I’m Goutham Tirpur and I had booked a air india ticket having reference Eticket no.[protected]/Booking Reference YNRSF for myself on dated 02/11/2021 to visit Mumbai From Hyderabad for personal purpose but due to some issues the flight was re-scheduled to 03/11/2021. So after having conversation with air india customer care executive, I opted to cancel the ticket with full refund.

I spoke to customer care executives regading the issues many times but so far I haven’t got any sort of help from them.

    From 5 to 6 days I am calling air india customer care for rescheduling my flight ticket.but they transfer my call to ticketing dept but no one picks the call from ticketing dept.

    Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Yes I am also facing the same Issue, I am trying to reschedule my flight. My call is being forwarded always to the ticketing department & those executive are not responding well & they are lack of knowledge/company protocols. After providing all the required documents also they are not rescheduling my flight and most annoying part is they are keeping on hold for more than an hour and till now I spent more than 6-7hrs from past 4 days to answer my call (not even for solution).

      I booked a flight for my sister from Mangalore to Udaipur. It was a connecting flight Mangalore to Bombay & Bombay to Udaipur.

      The flight got cancelled, but I didn't recieve any notification via sms or email or anything. I am trying to get a reschedule done but the customer care doesn't pickup the phone and puts you on hold for hours.

      This is causing extreme stress to me and my family.

        Respected Sir/ Madam,

        I Hasanabbas N. Kadiwala brother of Mohemedali N. kadiwala would like to file a complaint to Air India Airlines regarding the scam done by Air India Airlines management at Mumbai T2 terminal.

        On 11th January 2022, My brother was going to London for studies along with student visa from Mumbai. So according to the Student Offer there is an allowance of 1 free additional piece of max 23kgs.
        But while checking in he was told by the Air India Airlines management at Mumbai T2 Terminal that the student offer is not valid (even though the student offer is still showing on the website) and he was charged Rs.14, 000 stating as an excess luggage.

        I would respectfully ask the Air India Airlines to look into this matter and refund the total amount of Rs.14, 000 as soon as possible.

          Hi..I had to cancel my tickets for 20th of march because I have been quarantined here in chandigarh..In order to get refund of my tickets i had to drop a mail here..i hope the action will be taken as soon as possible and I would be refunded back my amount which is Rs 6508

            Shame on Air india poor service and missing bag

            I travelled with family from Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to USA on Jan 15th 2021. In the checked baggage apparently one bag had something which could not pass the security which I was been informed only at last moment when boarding the flight and than they told me there isn’t enough time and I have to leave the bag and they will send it to my final destination. In the world of mobile phones why they couldn’t call me upon finding something...

            I travelled with family from Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to USA on Jan 15th 2021. In the checked in baggage apparently one bag had something which could not pass the security which I was been informed only at last moment when birding the flight and than they told me there isn’t enough time and I have to leave the bag and they will send it to my final destination. In the world of mobile phones why they couldn’t call me upon finding something non compliant? Why they had to inform me only at the time of boarding? Anyway we left the bag arrived Delhi and filed a report. I was been told that on 1st available flight bag will be sent to my home in USA.

            It now 5 days and have made more than 30 calls to various numbers and sent numerous emails with no success to fina exact location of bag. Delhi office keeps on telling saying bag has been sent to USA via EWR airport to IAH via United. United tells me they have not recd bag. There is no response from EWR AI phones. Main number and email doesn’t work and other numbers no one picks up.

            It’s nightmare as the bag contains some valuables which I cannot afford to lose emotionally.

            I wonder why Tara’s bought such pathetic and unfriendly airline which is disaster and cannot be rebuild unless it’s completely dismantled!

            Air india has lost a family of 5 as customer for life and many more to lose.

                    Hi,

                    I would like to seek help to file proper complaint against Air India. I booked thru kiwi.com flight Doha Qatar to Philippines. Travel agency give me transit connecting flight, Unfortunately one of the flight has been cancelled and there's no way for me to continue the travel so i have no choice but to agree the entire travel plan, which include the Doha to Delhi flight via AIR INDIA. I have been notify that my travel agency requested to cancel this flight Sept 28, 2021 by the way the date of the flight supposedly October 13, 2021.

                    I received my refund from Thai Airways and GoAir/Gofirst which is part also of the Flight. And I was suprised that AIR INDIA REJECTED THE REFUND REQUEST initiated by my Travel agency. And They can't even provide me reason for the refund that has been rejected.

                    Ive been trying to contact all social media account of AIR INDIA, Been sending multiple emails tried to contact their customer service but no one is helping me.

                    I need my money back. It is not my fault that this flight got cancelled. Help me with this please.

                      I am a user of airtel. I am using airtel sim and data since four to five years. It was a beautiful experience. But now airtel steeling my data in the mid night after 12 o'clock. After 12 o' clock immediate after 10 to 20 minutes airtel send a message that I used 100% data. This was totally cheating. Please grant me justice

                        Tickets were booked and confirmed by airindia. Payments were taken as well.
                        Later in few weeks flight schedule changed, we got email but no information about what's changed.
                        Called customer support 3 times, and all time I got told they will transfer to ticketing department.
                        In last I asked for direct number, I was told they don't have direct number. All 3 times call was hung up after 40 to 45 min putting me on hold.
                        When I tried to check my booking online, it says "your booking has been changed, please contact customer support"

                        I am planning to file lawsuit as we had our flight delay from origin and then they took off connecting flight and left behind 15 customer when we went to India.

                          I have been trying to reschedule my flight to India by Air India schedule for departure from San Francisco on 21st Jan. My booking reference is J5RF1 and I have not been able to reschedule and I have spent over 16 hrs trying to reach the ticketing team and somehow I have not been able to get them. How do people manage? I am planning to file a lawsuit and not only get my money back but also get back the wages and time lost due to the 16 hrs of time spent and till now I have not been able to reschedule or talk to a ticketing agent

                            Air india cancelled the flights and Flightnetworks.com duly submitted application to Air inida for full refund of the amount paid.

                              I have canceled my ticket[protected] which I booked from airindia website and submitted the feedback form twice to get the refund. I have called the customer service team more than 15 times. It’s been more than a month I am waiting for my refund and still, I haven’t got my money back. I am always told to wait for a few more days on each and every call and the customer care team is giving false assurances. Once one of their team members told me to wait for 4 hours and I would get a call back from their so-called “backend team” and guess what they never called me back. I had been waiting for their call for the whole 4 hours canceling all my appointments and meetings and no one had called me back. I was extremely furious about this rude and insulting behavior of the customer team and I contacted them again and a lady told me to wait 1 more hour to get a callback and she assured me that if no one had called me she would call me to give the reason behind the delayed refund.

                              I waited again hoping at least she would call me. I should say this .. that waiting was worthless and no one contacted me. And today I called them again. They said me to wait in the call while they transfer the call to their concerned team and I waited almost 1 hour and the call was simply disconnected by them without saying a single word. I called them again and when I explained my case she just suddenly went silent and not replied me back. The worst customer care I ever experienced in my entire life giving false assurances and rude behavior to the customers. I think they are stealing the money. This is what I can conclude by this behavior. No more words to say.

                                I had cancelled my flight ticket (No.[protected] on 6th December, 2021 and filled their feedback form as told by them on the same day (Feedback Form Ref.No.WB-DDEL[protected]) duly acknowledged. It was informed by their customer care executive that refund for the same would be processed in 21 working days. But till date, no refund against the cancelled ticket has been received by me though I had called on their customer care number many times and requested for my refund.

                                Please do the needful at the earliest for refund of my money against cancelled ticket as stated above.

                                  I travelled to London Heathrow airport with my 15month old infant from Goa airport on 7th January 2022 with AI 145. PNR number JBXSH. I went to business class counter as I wanted to upgrade my ticket. I was told it would cost me Rs 50000/- which I was fine with.
                                  When I was checking in at Goa airport, I was told by senior air India staff lady that my self lateral flow test (pre departure test) which I did as per the UK regulations was not acceptable. Her supervisor (man) also agreed with her and the two forced me to get a lateral flow test done as they said I had to follow the rules in India. I had to walk more than a kilometre with my luggage and my infant to the multi storey car park, only to be told that the staff who perform the lateral flow test do not work on a Friday. So it was very irresponsible on the part of Air India staff for not inquiring, giving me false information and causing me immense discomfort as I was travelling alone with my infant. There was a porter who was very helpful in helping me get the test done for which I had to pay.
                                  Finally, I returned to the airport to upgrade my ticket and another air India staff lady checked and told me I have to pay Rs 58000/- but then she spoke to someone else on the phone and said they would charge my infant on lap a full ticket and now told me I had to pay Rs 98000/- which is totally incorrect but I had no strength and no patience to argue with them as I was exhausted following the ordeal I was put through. So I paid the upgrade amount. Until this point there was no support or cooperation from air India staff at all considering I was travelling with an infant.

                                  Then at the time of boarding, there was no announcement made for business class passengers to board first. There was no staff as well at the business class boarding gate. I had to request them to board me.

                                  And then we had to walk for more 15-20 minutes to reach the flight which was extremely inconvenient.

                                  Overall I have never had such bad experience with any airlines.

                                  I am looking for a compensation for all the trouble I was put through at Goa airport and refund of my infants tickets. I would also like some corrective action to be taken against the senior air India ground staff at Goa airport so that this does not happen to anyone else.
