I had booked a flight with Air India for travel in July 2020, Toronto to Mumbai Return ticket. Because of the pandemic, ticket got cancelled, but I have not received the refund. Its been almost one and half year. I have been patiently waiting for the refund and had a faith that Air India will refund that. But after calling the call centers twice a week and following up several times, I have not received any response on the refund. Its $1498.36 which is quite a big amount for me. I have not expected this kind of issue while booking with Air India. I am expecting the very basic thing that is getting my own money refunded, I never thought I have to struggle to get my own money back.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally, got my refund on 28th Jan, 2022. Though I didn't hope that this issue will be solved within days, I checked it on 1st Feb. and surprised to see it was credited 3 days back.
