Hello, It has been more than 2 months now i am trying to get refund money for my ticket which was cancelled due to issues with Air India website. The refund department is simply delaying the payment without offerring a propoer communication or email. Everytime i write an email, they write standard nonsense replies to email which doesnt help me at all.

I Dr. Aurobindo Behera along with my aunt aged 65 having severe health problems from Chandigarh to Vijayawada via Delhi. While checking in I had clearly mentioned the need for wheelchair assistance. She availed the service at Chandigarh airport but at Delhi we were denied service.

Tried to reschedule the tickets. But it is impossible to do that as the only department that can do it ticketing department and after long waiting time of 45-50 mins the call gets disconnected. Everytime the same story, and no one in customer service is ready to listen to that....
