Hello - I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
It has been more than 100 hours and I've not received my bags yet. I'm a United Million Miler, Premier 1K and Star Alliance Gold member.
File reference for delayed baggage (VTZAI13451). I traveled business class from SFO and I picked my bags in Delhi on December 30th around 1:00AM, cleared customs and then went to the Air India domestic business class counter to handover for transfer to VTZ around 1:30AM.
Here are the details:
1st Bag: Brand TUMI, color grey (checkered pattern), HARD CASE. It contains the setup for my work-from-home like big power cord, monitor connection HDMI cables, laptop docking station
2nd Bag: Brand BUGATTI, color DARK grey, HARD CASE. It contains 2 handheld milk frothers (probably AA batteries are preinstalled which I didn’t realize when packing)
