Hi, flew Delhi to Chicago on 11/22/2021. One of my luggage was missing and was told that air India never loaded from Delhi. On that day there are 20-30 more passengers similar plight. International flight from LHR to MAA on 23 Nov 2021 delayed by 7 hours with no prior notification. Ground staff at LHR in passing only mentioned the delay of the flight. No explanation, apology or empathy. Just a food voucher to keep passengers confused.

Upon arrival at MAA passengers advised baggage had not arrived.
