Hi,
I Anisha Kizhakkepatt, had booked a ticket in Air India from San Francisco to Bangalore on July 2021. The airlines had postponed the travel date due to which I was unable to travel. So I had to cancel my ticket and they informed the refund will be initiated soon. Till now Air India never initiated my refund. I have been sending mails, feedback form and reaching their customer support. But no response from their end. Kindly help me in resolving this. Below is my ticket details

    Our family traveled from Goa to Bhopal on 15th Nov’21

    After boarding Mumbai to Bhopal flight, your staff informed us about the same admitting their mistake.
    Our purple bag was broken and open and we lost some money Nd precious items inside it.
    We claim Damages against our broken bag and lost items.

      I had booked tickets from MAA to IAD for 23rd Nov 2021.
      The amount was deducted but was redirected to error page and did not receive confirmation or ticket.

        This is meena. S. I have booked a Air India flight, on 15 th november 2021 at 3.00pm for 23rd November 2021 8.45A.M from London heathrow Airport to Chennai Airport. I have paid the amount of £669 via Barclays bank, it is showing that the payment is successful and the said amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have neither received any information regarding the booking status or PNR or E-ticket on my mail nor in my mobile number which I provided while booking.

        I request you to please look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.

          Bengaluru via Delhi on 23 July 2020 and back to Milan on 8 August 2020. Due to the COVID situation we were unable to do so and I was informed by a representative from the Milan office that I could exchange these flights due to the COVID situation. However, due to the current situation, we will be not be able to fly before the deadline of 31 December 2021.

          Therefore, as we have no other option, I'd like to request a refund. I tried to enter our details on the "Manage Booking" section but the booking was not recognised. Please advise on the steps needed to obtain a refund.

            Amount paid Rs. 12, 228/-
            Flight Cancelled Date: 23/05/2020.
            Refund request sent date: Multiple email request.
            Air India Confirmation about Refund date: 09/03/2021.
            Even after confirmation of refund on March 9, 2021, still I have not received any refund. Further there is no feedback on repeated emails.

              My father Retd colonel Rakesh sharma travelled from Jaipur to Delhi in Air India AI 941 in business class on 10 nov . His luggage was missing on arrival. He’s faced a lot of turmoil since there has been no update on his luggage nor has there been any kind of compensation (that should’ve been provided to him on daily basis) . He’s a senior citizen who’s facing a lot of wrath managing his stay at Dubai without any support from the airline.
              His property irregularity report is DXB AI 31450 as seen in the document attached. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                Hello Air India

                It's been harrowing 5 months since July when Air India cancelled our flights from London to Bengaluru. Its a return ticket. Despite calling customer care numerous times and following up with Air India on twitter there is no help and I hear back same update as refund team is processing the request but I havent got any refund until now

                  Air India flight ticket (PNR: YG51P) was booked on 26th September 2021 which was scheduled on 14th November 2021 at 17:40 hrs from Patna to Kolkata.

                  During the web-checkin there was some technical issues hence the customer care was continuously contacted but there was no response at all.

                  At the day and time of of boarding, it was informed by the Air India personnel that the flight was rescheduled due to which it left 6 hrs prior to the previous schedule.

                  Since the next flight from Patna was after 2 days, i was advises to travel on 16th Nov.

                  It is to mention that, there was no alternative to return back to home as I have to travel for about 6 hours from my home to reach Airport along with an infant I have which is merely 18 months old.

                  Hence I had to take a next flight from another airline which cost me around 30, 804 in view of the situation Air India had put me in.

                  It is pertinent to mention that there was no prior information provided by Air India regarding the reschedule of the said airline.

                  I would like to obtain the refund of the additional cost and mental trauma which i have faced due to this fault of Air India.

                    I booked flight tickets through air India website on 5th October 2021 for two passengers named Shivalika Tanwar and Viveka Khanna (infant) to travel from Paris to Delhi on 26th October 2021 and returning on 18th November 2021. The booking reference is Z1CD4 and flight number is AI142and 143.Amount of 640.81€ was debited twice from my ING bank account. I was waiting positively that the excess deducted amount would be credited back to my debit card account. But the statement is depicting that the amount was deducted twice i. E. For failed transaction also. So kindly do the needful.

                        Web Check-In Portal Out Of Service

                        On account of the server being down a few hours i.e. 3-4 hours before the flight was due, customer care numbers not being reachable and the inability to check in online, I missed my flight to Mumbai.                               I had booked my ticket from Delhi to Patna for Tavel journey on 28th of May 2021.

                              As Covid was at peak at that time my 1st leg of flight- international flights got canceled, I reached out to Airindia customer service and they said they will cancel my existing booking and will keep the ticket open so I can rebook it anytime by March’21.

                              Since Aug, 24th I am trying to reach Air India who has 2 steps of call execution . On 1st step they take all information and says they they are transferring the call to e-Ticketing department and they will issue ticket. This never happens the calls gets disconnected abruptly or never gets transferred. The 1st line of agents os denying direct call no.

                              We are internationally located and have no other access to Air India except their call Nos . I would like to lodge complaints against false promises and denial of service against AirIndia who is just refusing to refund or reissue my ticket

                                I have cancelled my flight ticket on May 20th. I didn't get my refund yet.We have been following more than 6 months with air india customer care, everytime we are being asked to wait for few days.We are really disappointed with the service.Also we have dropped mail many times, yet we didn't received any reply from you. What should we do? Please advise in this matter

                                  Team Air India,

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I (Shelly Anand) along with my family (Munish Gupta and Aaranya Gupta) was travelling in Air India Flight no AI 121 dated 09.11.2021 flight timing 2.25 am for the destination Amsterdam with a halt at Frankfurt airport and onward journey to Amsterdam flight number LH0992 with my family members (flight tickets attached).

                                  I got my luggage back at Amsterdam airport. When I reached my hotel and tried to open the luggage, my luggage was badly damaged from inside (locks were broken internally, as shared in pics the lining of the baggage was also having clear marks of sharp tools used to open it forcefully) and few of new my clothes like jacket and sweater were missing. As they could not manage to break all locks and only from one side they could raise to get things out of luggage. Though the luggage on first appearance was looking fine and as I was travelling with 6 bags, rest of bags were not damaged.

                                  This was really very shocking and unacceptable to know how our luggage is being mishandled, damaged and stuff stolen by staff of such reputed airlines.

                                  I strongly want to convey that this needs to be addressed and resolved as soon as possible as I and my family have been deeply affected by this incident.

                                    Wheelchair service for Elderly passenger

                                    My Grandmother arrived to Delhi from Chicago on flight AI 126 on 10th November 2021. We had booked a business class ticket and wheelchair assistance for her as she is 88 years old. She was provided assistance from plane to the arrival gate and the wheelchair guy said he will get back but she waited for hours at the arrival gate and nobody assisted her.                                     I have booked my and family members Air Ticket on 09/03/2021 for the travel date of 04/06/2021. But due to COVID-19 situation, I was not able to travel on due date as same day flight was cancelled (Same was confirmed on call by costumer care representative). Also customer care representative informed me that same Air Ticket can be utilized within one year with no additional charges.
                                    I have been approaching the Air India since last 10 days for rescheduling my journey (as I have to utilize these tickets worth Rs. 10332/-) but no favorable response and proper guidance for availing the reschedule facility is obtained from Air India Customer Care officials.

                                    This all lead me in mental and physical stress leaving an impression that I will never travel with Air India because of poor response rendered by the Air India Customer Care officials.
