Bengaluru via Delhi on 23 July 2020 and back to Milan on 8 August 2020. Due to the COVID situation we were unable to do so and I was informed by a representative from the Milan office that I could exchange these flights due to the COVID situation. However, due to the current situation, we will be not be able to fly before the deadline of 31 December 2021.
Therefore, as we have no other option, I'd like to request a refund. I tried to enter our details on the "Manage Booking" section but the booking was not recognised. Please advise on the steps needed to obtain a refund.
