I had a trip from Jodhpur to Mumbai scheduled on 01 June 2021 via Air India Flight AI646. The flight got cancelled that day and we I couldn't get an alternative booking too. Since then, I have been writing to [protected]@airindia.in, [protected]@airindia.in, calling customer support of airindia for processing the refund, but I have constantly been getting different answers like it is under process, someone told that the process is yet to initiate etc. I have even filled up the feedback form twice, as an executive asked me lateron to do so and yet another asked me to fill it up once more. For more than 4 months, I am continuously being assured of getting response within one week but neither I get response, nor I am getting my refund. The details of the booking are as under:

I request people from airindia to kindly take a note that every individual has got some job, like them. They are not sitting idly to keep calling everyday and doing the same procedure gain and again. Since the flight cancellation was not on our part, its airindia's duty to refund the hard earned money. The way our complaints are taken ruthlessly by a prestigious airline, is something very disappointing and mentally torturing too.
I would request the airline staff to please consider the grievance redressal to be addressed as soon as possible.
