Referring to your email that I received on 1st Jan 2021 regarding the refund for my tickets [protected]/96/97, I was informed that the request to refund the ticket amount as per the fare refund policy was processed and it would take 5 to 6 weeks to process and have the refund into my account.
Unfortunately, it has been over 10 months and I have yet to see any credit from Air India to my account. Not to mention, this is hard earned money that is much needed during these tough times and yet I have to keep chasing Air India to get my own money back without any positive action at your end. I had been a regular flyer with Air India all these years but my confidence and faith in my National carrier is shaken due to the lack of customer service at your end. I demand to know what is the status of my refund and a firm date when the money will be transferred to my account.
I wish to fly with Air India in future as this lockdown will not stay forever but I don't want to consider alternate options because of a bad experience. I would like to have a response from the Air India team at the earliest with information on my refund.

I have been trying to get in touch with your department since months. I am either put on hold aur the call is not answered.
It is pitiful for a customer to suffer who is with you for over two decades.
I am devastated and tired of calling customer service number .
It is uncertain for me to travel with Australian border closures.Please tell me the correct process for the refund of my tickets pending with you due to pandemic covid 19 since March 2020.
I will be highly obliged if you can reach me on +[protected] asap and inform me how to get refund on my tickets.
