    I had a trip from Jodhpur to Mumbai scheduled on 01 June 2021 via Air India Flight AI646. The flight got cancelled that day and we I couldn't get an alternative booking too. Since then, I have been writing to [protected]@airindia.in, [protected]@airindia.in, calling customer support of airindia for processing the refund, but I have constantly been getting different answers like it is under process, someone told that the process is yet to initiate etc. I have even filled up the feedback form twice, as an executive asked me lateron to do so and yet another asked me to fill it up once more. For more than 4 months, I am continuously being assured of getting response within one week but neither I get response, nor I am getting my refund. The details of the booking are as under:

    I request people from airindia to kindly take a note that every individual has got some job, like them. They are not sitting idly to keep calling everyday and doing the same procedure gain and again. Since the flight cancellation was not on our part, its airindia's duty to refund the hard earned money. The way our complaints are taken ruthlessly by a prestigious airline, is something very disappointing and mentally torturing too.

    I would request the airline staff to please consider the grievance redressal to be addressed as soon as possible.

      We had booked 4 tickets from sydney to delhi and back by AI 301 and AI302. PNR Y6HW3 AND Y6HW4. Flights cancelled due to Covid19. We did not receive any refund despite many requests. Now we got a mail from @Airindian that our tickets have been refunded on 10-8-21. Where the refund has gone? No transaction details of refund are being provided.

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

          The issue that I have experienced was: Namaste
          My name is seema khan
          I fly on 13th october 2021 with air india AI 941 my flight was connecting BOM- JAI- DXB
          I am newly married after my wedding this is my first time i was flying with my husband dubai for honeymoon
          When my husband ask me to which airline we suppose to book
          I excitedly said book air india because air india air craft has entertainment TV and very good food service litreally after flying with AI 941 i got very angry on my self that y i choose air india
          Main issue was entertainment tv not working most of the seats tv was not working i press button thrice to cal cabin crew but she didnt response then i went to cabin crew and told her that y tv is not working she couldnt help me on this they said its technical issue and when i ask her why u didnt come when i press button she said when m serving its not allow to go to passenger and solve problem
          I feel so embress front of my husband when cabin crew who working on my side means who allocated in my aisle i dont know her name but she was sooo sooo rude
          She should not do like this to passenger is it a service from air india????
          I had 3 complaint regard that flight
          1) entertainment tv was not working

          2) food was not good they suppose to give some helathy food in lunche time but they give oy breakfast and juice also in tetra pack

          3) cabin crew behaviour was very very rude with me and she dont know how to talk with passengers
          Even she dont know what kind of juice they had in air craft

          It occurred on: 13/10/2021

          Please improve ur services
          Check ur entertainment option its working or not before u fly
          Because i choose air india because of good service and tV facility

          I used to fly from bom to dubai and the service of bom to dubai flight was always awsome please make all flight services same
          We expect same services all the time

          And not only me there is so many passengers seating over there because there tv was not working
          It was so bad experience with air india this time
          I dont know name of that cabin crew but i can recognise her by face i really want that air india take it iniciative because of bad service of cabin crew and behaviour u may lost ur good passenger

          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            My wife and son were scheduled to fly to USA for an important examination for my son. The flight was to leave on June
            Twenty-four before departure we tried online checkin. The website was not working. The flight wasn't showing. We called air india and were informed the flight had been cancelled n we were rebooked for next week!
            Not one email,
            Not one phone call,
            Not even apologetic!
            We asked for a refund and they were not giving straight answer to my wife. When I spoke with them, they tried to make it sound like we were ignorant and should know. Sadly we haven't be refunded to date.
            Is there any recourse for the common people to get our money back?
            A very bad company which has no concern for its customers and a perfect reflection of government workers without concern for its citizens.

              I book a ticket on 14th july 2021. Date of journey was 06th August. But it was connecting flight.
              Rajkot to Mumbai and Mumbai to Varansi.

              But I received a mail before 2 days that my Rajkot to Mumbai flight time schedule got changed and it disturbed the connection so i requested to cancel it. It got canceled. But Since that time I am waiting for my refund.

              I registered a feedback request also but nothing happened till today. Whenever I call they put me on hold till 30 to 45 minutes.

                Wasting our precious time and telling that after 15 mins by airindia check in staff

                I Cancelled An Air India Ticket Within 24 Hours Of Booking And As Per Their Official Guidelines, I Am Eligible For Full Refund. Its Been More Than A Month And I Have Not Received Money In My Account. They Keep Telling Me That Refund Is Processed And Ask Me To Contact The Bank, But They Don’t Give Any Transaction Number To Contact With Bank.
                Also, Looking At Multiple People Complaining Here, It Seems Like Even With The Transaction Number, People Are Not Able To Track Their Money And Some Of Them Are Waiting For Their Money From As Long As 1 Year.
                Air India Please Refund Back The Money, As Its Not A Small Amount And Some O[censored]s Have To Book New Tickets And Need Money For That Too.

                    Could you please let me know what is the reason for not refunding for tickets which had been cancelled in May 2020. I paid around Rs 240000 for two single side tickets from Mumbai to London and still waiting for the refund from may 2020.

                      I’m a passenger who booked a flight with AirIndia. My flight was cancelled by Air India and was promised a refund of full amount. Kindly seeking the refund to be processed as soon as possible, as it’s been more than a year since cancellation.

                      We got in touch with CheapOair, who advised us that we must be in touch with AirIndia to issue the refund.

                      We waited for 2 billing cycles. Please issue us the refund to our original payment method, knowing we are all in a financial crisis.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

                        The issue that I have experienced was: I booked an AirIndia ticket via Trip.com 28.10.2021 Rome to Amritsar

                        When I received my ticket on my email I noticed that my name was on the wrong place on the ticket so I immediately contacted trip.com and they told me there was nothing we could do. Please contact the airline directly.

                        My real full name is Davinder Singh and my last name is Syan and same on the passport too,

                        but my full name on the ticket is Syan and my last name is Davinder Singh which is completely wrong.

                        I requested Air India several times and they said we can neither change the name & Air India Customer Care told me that we have no guarantee that. they will let you board or not at airport.

                        It occurred on: 11/10/2021

                        Please write my name in the correct place on the ticket so that I do not face any problem Boarding Time at the airport.

                        Please solve my this complaint before 28th October 2021 then I can easily boarding

                            The issue that I have experienced was: I booked my tickets for andaman trip from amritsar to and fro online .the pnr of these tickets are : jjwbr and jjwkt. Due to lockdown in whole country I rescheduled both tickets for 2nd Nov and 12th nov .
                            Now, I am pregnant and advised not to travel by doctor .I want to cancel my tickets, but neither customer support nor air india counter staff of amritsar Airport listening my request

                            Kjndly cancel both the tickets and process my refund

                                I am writing this complaint on the behalf of inconvenience faced by Air India airlines. I booked my flight from Chandigarh to Kullu on 7th October 2021 at 8:10 am.
                                I reached airport at 7am in the morning and first step was bag screening after entering airport. The CSIF officer checked my ticket and told me to wait at F counter. Since I am 16 weeks pregnant and due to my medical conditions I couldn’t roam unnecessarily. I followed his instructions and kept my eye on F counter. The counter was closed since morning and when it was too late, I got curious and enquired to Airport staff member about my flight and he told me to check with some other counter. It was 7:40 am when I found out right counter. I gave my ticket to Air India Airline representative staff at counter and the girl started giving me explanations that I was too late for the flight. When I explained her my whole situation that I was misguided by CISF officer, she wasted my time by giving explanations that they don’t have anything to do with them. On my further request, she informed the manager sitting on the next steps, he told me straight away that they can’t help me. When it was nearly 7:58 am they told me they could have allowed me to travel with them if I didn’t have any luggage with me. I asked them for the possible help to send my luggage on next flight within a week or so and they wasted the whole time in the arguments. They told me I could have left the luggage at airport and my family can collect it later on and they do give any guarantees for my luggage if stolen or misplaced and at the same time I could have travel with them. Since I came from Yamunanagar, Haryana my family left after dropping me at airport. I had no one to take care of my luggage at that time. And in the next statement, they told me the flight has gone.

                                I’m disheartened with the behaviour of Air India Airlines and the way their staff handled me. It’s a big shame for this airlines that cannot help a person in need and no fault of their own.

                                On further discussion, I asked the CISF officer to come forward and admit his mistake and he requested the manager for helping me out. But this heartless person told me “Mam for your 6000 rupees loss we will not be going to take 60, 000 rupees penalty. Helping you can take someone’s job! “

                                He completely denied for any help. I asked him to book me for next day or any possible day in a week. But they were just denying everything. They didn’t left me with any options.

                                I request Air India Airlines to help me out of this situation. I request for the complete refund of the ticket and details of which are enclosed below. For more details, you can also refer to security cameras at Mohali International Airport.

                                I have been calling customer service since last 8 days and haven’t received any help and solution on the behalf of Airlines.

                                    It has been over 9 months now and I haven't received refund of my cancelled ticket(e ticket[protected], even after multiple escalations. There is no proper response for emails either. It is absolutely unacceptable for AIR INDIA to hold my funds for so long. Please refund my money at the earliest.

                                      I had booked Mumbai to Port Blair flight for 18th November 2021.

                                      There were connecting flights: Mumbai to Chennai and Chennai to Port Blair.

                                      I received a communication from goibibo that the schedule has been changed for flight from Chennai to Port Blair.

                                      The communication mentions that Flight AI-551, scheduled at 9.35 has been replaced by Flight AI-549, scheduled at 5.55.

                                      My flight from Mumbai to Chennai (AI-570) is scheduled to reach Chennai at 7.15. Apparently, due to this schedule change I'm going to miss the flight as I won't reach Chennai till 7.15.

                                      I need an alternate flight for Chennai to Port Blair.

                                      Tried reaching out to Air India on call and email many times. No reply from them.

                                      After an hour the call gets connected, they disconnect the call in the middle of conversation.
