I’m a passenger who booked a flight with AirIndia. My flight was cancelled by Air India and was promised a refund of full amount. Kindly seeking the refund to be processed as soon as possible, as it’s been more than a year since cancellation.

We got in touch with CheapOair, who advised us that we must be in touch with AirIndia to issue the refund.

We waited for 2 billing cycles. Please...

The issue that I have experienced was: I booked my tickets for andaman trip from amritsar to and fro online .the pnr of these tickets are : jjwbr and jjwkt. Due to lockdown in whole country I rescheduled both tickets for 2nd Nov and 12th nov .
Now, I am pregnant and advised not to travel by doctor .I want to cancel my tickets, but neither customer support nor air india counter staff of amritsar Airport listening my request

I am writing this complaint on the behalf of inconvenience faced by Air India airlines. I booked my flight from Chandigarh to Kullu on 7th October 2021 at 8:10 am.

Hi Team,

It has been over 9 months now and I haven't received refund of my cancelled ticket(e ticket[protected], even after multiple escalations. There is no proper response for emails either. It is absolutely unacceptable for AIR INDIA to hold my funds for so long. Please refund my money at the earliest.

Travel Date - Feb 11 2021....

I had booked Mumbai to Port Blair flight for 18th November 2021.

There were connecting flights: Mumbai to Chennai and Chennai to Port Blair.

I received a communication from goibibo that the schedule has been changed for flight from Chennai to Port Blair.

The communication mentions that Flight AI-551, scheduled at 9.35 has been replaced by Flight AI-549, scheduled at 5.55.

I had purchased 4 tickets from Singapore to New Delhi on 12 December 2020 returning on 20 December 2020. The flight was cancelled due to Corona virus and I claimed for refund in October 2020.It has been more than a year now and every time I have called they have acknowledged the claim and said they are processing. I cancel my ticket due to change in flight schedule and connection got disturbed. But my refund is pending. Feedback status is also pending....

My flight was booked via PayTM for Air India on 4th Aug, 2021.
And on 2nd Aug midnight I got a message saying due to operational reasons my flight has been rescheduled and now I have to travel on 8th Aug, 2021, I had to travel on 4th Aug only, so I called AI customer care and after 2 hours of waiting they pick the call and said it's cancelled and that I will get 100% refund. I didn't get any message or email regarding the cancellation....

I booked a ticket from Chennai to London for 20th October 2021.
Payment got deducted. It didn't generate any ticket or provide any confirmation via email or text. I wanted to know if the ticket had been confirmed or not....

I have booked for tikit on 9th October 2021 for 16th nov 2021 from CCU to IXZ and money has been debited from google pay but I did not receive a ticket or a confirmation number. Just show THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST P-0004 - Payment Authorization Failed. You now have about 5544 rs of my money but nothing in return. Customer Service lines are busy. PLEASE HELP!

Air India had cancellrd my flight on 1st may, but haven't refunded my ticket value. I have been following up so many times but every time it says it's in process.

Serious action should be taken against them...

I cancelled my ticket for August 8th 2020 from US to India (cancelled it by the end of July). It has been a year now and I still have not yet received my refund of 39k. kindly pls reimburse my refund amount.

They changed the flight timing in that case they need to refund fully but they are not taking ant response i have called him 200 times till now...

Trying to reschedule my flight from 23 October to 13 October with TICKET NUMBER:[protected] from last 3 days and nights by calling various numbers at toll free customer care, Toronto Pearson airport number, Delhi Airport number, Amritsar airport number. But no one picks up the call. Toll free customer care gets connected after one hour but then every time they say transferring to ticketing department and never gets connected even waiting...
