They changed the flight timing in that case they need to refund fully but they are not taking ant response i have called him 200 times till now

    Trying to reschedule my flight from 23 October to 13 October with TICKET NUMBER:[protected] from last 3 days and nights by calling various numbers at toll free customer care, Toronto Pearson airport number, Delhi Airport number, Amritsar airport number. But no one picks up the call. Toll free customer care gets connected after one hour but then every time they say transferring to ticketing department and never gets connected even waiting for hours. This is very much frustrating and with no one to help. Moreover now 13th October is coming near and near ticket prices are getting increased.
    Also I sent an email to sales.[protected]@airindia.in but no response even from that. Not sure what else an individual can do. can not imagine anything worst than this. It would be impossible if you would have to travel prior to your planned date because of some emergency, because there is no way to reach out to the company to get it rescheduled.

        I have booked a flight from kochi to mumbai on 8 oct 2021 for the same day. I booked it from the official site of air india. The flight no is AI 699 at 2020hrs for which I booked the flight at around 1350hrs. It costed me ₹6484 for the flight. I did not get any PNR after 2 hrs also. Then I tried to contact customer care which waiting time of more than 20min. I booked the flight again but which costed me again ₹6484. This time also I did not get any confirmation from AIRINDIA. I called customer care. The guy for customer care told me that my name is there but due to server issue my ticket is not sent to me. He told that this issue can be resolved at airport from the air india window. When I reached the airport which is 40km from my house, the lady on the window told me that my name is not there on the flight I cant go on it. When I showed her the transaction done for air india twice than also she blatantly told me that it is just not possible and if I want I can buy ticket from the window itself. When I told her that I will buy the ticket, then she told me hold and talked to Duty manager. After that she told me that flight is full and she cant give me ticket . When I told her that how much inconvenience Air India has caused me and they are supposed to do something about it then also she told me that she cant help me.
        Now I am sitting outside the departure gate of airport waiting for my driver to come who has to drive again 40km to come and again 40km to go back.
        This incident has caused me mental as well as financial problems. AirIndia should be held accountable for all this mess.

            baggage mishandled / loss / pir delay 39990

            It has been 13 days that you did not find out my luggage. What a bad luggage service and customer care service provided by Air India. What an unprofessional work you are doing.

            This 8th October 2021 I still did not have any relevant replies (no emails, no calls) from Air India, they are not working in a collaborative...

            Incorrect refund amount processed,
            -40% deducted as No-show incorrectly;
            -wrong guidance by Air India customer care(call recordings can be scrutinized) - genuine case -
            -as a customer, I have full rights to receive mine & my son's 100% ticket refund, following up since 5months. ticket#- [protected]/70 (PNR - Y743R)Hyd- Chicago(USA) flight for 5May2021

            Background - Due to US India travel ban in pandemic, My son and myself could not board our flight dated 5thMay 2021, (PNR-Y743R);ticket#- [protected]/70; as we had US tourist visa. When I contacted the customer care helpline prior to my flight date multiple times, I was informed that my flight is already showing as cancelled and they did not recommend cancelling my ticket since the flight is already cancelled, however again received a mixed guidance. However, to be on safe side, I raised a refund with the Air India team on 6thMay2021, which they registered but they processed only 60% amount as refund (after 4 months) and have withheld 56, 700/INR incorrectly with Air India depicted as 'No-show' - they deducted 40% of the amount, this is a huge amount for me and I am in need of it. Please intervene to support in any way possible. It has been almost 5 months through this challenging process.

            I have approached all forums here but in vain. I have call recordings of Air India customer care who mentioned that my flight is cancelled yet they processed it as I have a 'No-show'
            1) I have written emails to Air India ecommerce ID - no proper support, no revert
            2) I have raised multiple ticket IDs with Air India customer care (Case ID#[protected]Aug; Case ID#[protected]Jul;)
            2) I have raised ticket on Consumer grievance portal - after which I received incorrect amount 60% refund - withheld almost 57000/-INR (CPGRAMS grievance complaint# MOCAV/E/2021/05871)
            3) I have visited Air India office - they asked to raise a feedback form to legal team
            4) I have raised the feedback form (Ref No. WB-IHYD[protected], their response seems to be only suggesting the incorrect refund amount.

              My ticket is canceled several months ago and I haven’t received a refund yet. This is how’s reputed airline like air india can work . I can file a case in germany regarding this issue if I don’t get my refund back in three business day.

              On 13.04.2021 I booked tickets for germany to Bangalore and also return tickets. Ticket cost 574euros.

              I got cancellation confirmation too. But till date I dint receive my refund. This is clearly unprofessional .

                I bought a ticket (eTicket No:[protected] on Air India Flight, AI 142 from Paris to New Delhi on Monday, 12th of October, 2020 which I then cancelled on Wednesday, 14th of October, by calling their helpline. The flight was from Paris to New Delhi for the 16th of October, 2020.

                I was informed by e-mail from '[protected]@airindia.in' that my refund had been processed on the 7th of December, 2020. But I never received the money back. I shared all my bank transaction details for December and January with them(and also with '[protected]@airindia.in') to prove that I didn't get the refund. I also got in touch with my bank who confirmed that there were no pending transactions on my credit card in either December, 2020 or January, 2021. All my e-mails to either '[protected]@airindia.in' or '[protected]@airindia.in' since then have gone unanswered. I have spoken to the Air India helpline who keeps repeating since January that they are escalating the matter and it will be treated in 2-3 weeks but so far, almost one year after, I still haven't received my refund. How long more do I need to wait to get my refund?

                  I have to reschedule my flight.
                  I started communication with Executive and they said will receive call from ticketing dept within 2 Hrs. Same day I call them 8 Times and everytime they said will receive call from Ticketing Dept. within 2 Hrs. but no call from dept. Next day same story but received call from Dept and they charged me Rs 3000 and I ask for reason they disconnected the call. I tried again to connect with them but could not.
                  Today they called me know they are asking to pay Rs. 6500, when I asked for reason they said will connect the call to senior, senior heard my concern and again connected to Ticketing Dept without providing any resolution. The call got disconnected as exceed the time limit.

                  Air India is making fraud by charging additional charges without any problem justification

                    Following are my ticket details:

                    Inspite of repeated calls and emails, till date even after more than 2 months, I have still not got the refund for the flight which was cancelled by Air India and I am getting stereotype reply that refund is under process.

                      I have paid online via AirIndia website for 2nd additional baggage's and amounts £106, £104 deducted from my HSBC Bank account though I didn't receive any payment receipts.
                      When I reached Heathrow airport, I was told that only 1 additional baggage is reflected in the system and was asked to pay £131 pounds for my 2nd additional baggage again in the Airindia counter at the airport. I had no other choice and have paid for my 2nd additional baggage again. Attached my Bank statements which indicates the amount deducted for my 2 baggage's and Airport Receipt for my payment again.

                      It occurred on: 04/09/2021

                      Please help me to get refund for the 2nd additional baggage that I paid again at the Airport.

                      AirIndia to refund for the 2nd additional baggage £131 GBP that I paid again at the London Heathrow Airport counter for which the receipt is attached.

                        My husband Capt Awanish Pratap Rao had his air india flight AI 9836 from Pathankot to Delhi on 2nd Sept 2021 at 15:25. The booking reference no is Z7K1J. The ticket ID is [protected]. His flight got delayed by 2 hours 15 mins. And revised timing was 5:40.
                        Since he had a connecting flight from Delhi to Mumbai on the very same day, he would have missed the flight because of this delay.

                        Hence he called Air india customer care and he was asked to cancel the ticket and refund will be issued regarding the same. But it's been more than 30 days and I haven't yet received the refund.

                        He called air india more than 10 times and they just put it on hold for long and won't tell the status of refund. We also sent an email for which they replied to fill the feeback form. The feedback form wasn't opening. We sent screenshot of the same to them but there is no reply from their side. We are not getting any response about the refund.

                        I had booked abooked 7 tickets in AIrIndia Flight No. AI423 on 11 Feb 2022 (Travel date 28 FEB 2022) vide booking reference YNFQD (Ticket Nos.[protected] to[protected]. This Ticket was booked online and the payment was paid by my debit card(SBI A/c. [protected]) but at the mean time this Flight was cancelled by Air India itself. I had also put feedback on ;line. Sorry to inform you that the refund has not yet been received by me till date. Kindly do the needful for an early refund.

                                Booked a flight on 14 May 2021 from Chicago to India on 25 Feb 2021

                                That flight got cancelled and never processed a refund on that.

                                I am waiting on this refund from past six months, Called number of times by staying in line for hours to talk with customer care but every time the customer representative ended my call by saying refund will be processed in 5 to 7 Business days.

                                    I booked a flight for my parents on the 21st of March which I had to cancel on call. The agent promised me that I will receive a partial refund for my order.

                                    Since then it has been 6 months and after multiple followups I still haven't received my refund. They claim that the refund has been processed on the 10th of April 2021 but, on one of the calls, their own escalation team member mentioned that the refund is still pending with their refunds team.

                                    He promised a callback in 3 days and a refund in 7 days but none of it happened. I have written to the Chief Vigilance Officer as well but haven't received a response

                                      Air India cancelled my ticket due to covid-19 and I requested for a full refund of my tickets but it has been more than a year that I am waiting for the same .
                                      I am trying call there customer care no. But could not reach them . Once I managed to talk to them and they said it has been processed but still I have not got any refund .
                                      My £1000 are stuck with air India with us really financially depressing for me .
                                      Please help me with the problem above .
