This is regarding reimbursement of cancelled flight ticket fares.The ticket numbers are[protected],

[protected].The flight was on 16 May 21 from VGA-DEL, I called numerous time to Air India Customer care, , but i havent got my money back till date.my problem, i was told that my tickets have been refunded on 17Jul 21, , but i have not received any money back to my credit card till date as on 30 Aug 21...i even called to my HDFC credit card section but they told no such transaction has taken place between Air india and HDFC on 17 July, , , i can provide Credit card statemet if needed ...pls solve my issue as its more than 3 months...pls expedite reimbursement process...hoping ur positive response.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
That too a WRONG REFUND amount.
Ticket price is 340€ only 172€ was issued as refund.
Cancellation penalty was waived for all flights to and from Germany due to covid restrictions starting 26th April 2021. PDF is uploaded on Air India website. Customer care employess have absolutely no idea on this.
