I booked Air India tickets through yatra.com for a round trip from Seoul to Bhubaneswar on 4th July 2020 and Bhubaneswar to Seoul on 10th August 2020 (booking ref.[protected]. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic 2020 unprecedented situation, my flight got canceled and advised us to reschedule the flight till 31st December 2021. Since then, it's been more than 1 year, I am continuously sending emails for a refund of my flight tickets. But, it has been informed to me by yatra.com that the "refund claim for your booking is still pending with the airline under the refund application number (RA number) [protected]".
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
That too a WRONG REFUND amount.
Ticket price is 340€ only 172€ was issued as refund.
Cancellation penalty was waived for all flights to and from Germany due to covid restrictions starting 26th April 2021. PDF is uploaded on Air India website. Customer care employess have absolutely no idea on this.
