        Ticketing agent never reachable for rescheduling of the ticket. The ticket could not be rescheduled over online directly by the passengers. By this no-response tactics, I am worried that AirIndia will make my case as a no show and swindle the entire booking charges, without allowing me to travel on a rescheduled date.

          Flight hubli to Mumbai dated on 3rd September was cancelled from the airline on 21st August, the refund application was processed on 21st August but I have not yet received it .

            Hi, I have canceled my flight ticket from India to Toronto on August 5th, 2021, it's been 36 days but I still didn't get any refund. My name is Sai Dileep Yamani. I even mailed Air India Customer care mail IDs and numbers, but they didn't resolve the issue still now. What should I do now to get my refund which is rightfully mine, but Air India is taking a lot of time to issue.

              My flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru scheduled on August 20 was canceled by Air India and intimation was sent on July 30th.

              A refund request was raised on August 3 via an intermediary (Goibibo)

              It's been 5 weeks and counting and no response on the status of the refund from the airline yet.

                I have booked eticket[protected], from Raipur to Bhopal via mumbai on 18.07.2021 through paytm.

                The said ticket was cancelled on 20.07.2021, but cancellation is not yet processed.

                Please do the needful as soon as possible and provide me my cancelled ticket.

                No resolution or appropriate reply is received from their end yet.

                  I have booked to and fro flight ticket through IRCTC website Kolkata to Port Blair on[protected] PNR ( Z2GSM) & return journey (JLNP1) on 16/10/2021 with 2 adult 2 children and 1 infant both the flight been reschedule by you i.e. (AIRLINE) as per policy of airline if ticket is reschedule/cancelled by airline the full amount refund to the customer after 21 days through IRCTC
                  Hence it is requested to you kindly send me confirmation of full refund a stamped for endorsed copy of the e-ticket need to be required by IRCTC vide their mail address [protected]@irctc.co.in for the refund to be processed.

                      I had booked my ticket from Delhi to Patna for Tavel journey on 28th May 2021.

                      Due to Covid and lock down and that peak time I reached Airindia customer service and they said they will cancel my existing booking and will keep the ticket open so I can rebook it anytime by Sep.

                      Since Aug 29th I am trying to reach Air India who has 2 steps of call execution . On 1st step they take all information and says they they are transferring the call to e-Ticketing department and they will issue ticket. This never happens the calls gets disconnected abruptly or never gets transferred. The 1st line of agents os denying direct call no.

                      We are internationally located and have no other access to Air India except there call Nos . Soon we are going to loose all booking amount . I would like to lodge complaints against false promises and denial of service against AirIndia who is just refusing to refund or reissue public money.

                          I booked Air India tickets through yatra.com for a round trip from Seoul to Bhubaneswar on 4th July 2020 and Bhubaneswar to Seoul on 10th August 2020 (booking ref.[protected]. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic 2020 unprecedented situation, my flight got canceled and advised us to reschedule the flight till 31st December 2021. Since then, it's been more than 1 year, I am continuously sending emails for a refund of my flight tickets. But, it has been informed to me by yatra.com that the "​refund claim for your booking is still pending with the airline under the refund application number (RA number) [protected]".

                            I had booked an international flight on the 5th of August with Air India but had to cancel it immediately due to an emergency. I had booked it through Air India website itself and the cancellation was carried out through customer care. Once the cancellation was done I got a mail from ecommerce stating that I will receive my refund in my account within 25 days at the latest. But as of today, its already 30 days and I am yet to receive it. I will be leaving the country in a few days and my bank account will have to be closed. Hence its critical that the money transfer is done at the earliest.
                            I have attached the email correspondence with ecommerce.

                            Kindly assist me with this at the earliest.

                                We booked airline tickets through Makemytrip for travel from udaipur to delhi and then delhi to Chandigarh. Flight was cancelled by air india and we raised refund request to makemy trip. As per Makemytrip They have already raised refund application through ref no [protected]/[protected] to air india on 07/08/2021 which is still pending after more than one month. Air india is not returning my money.

                                  I had booked with Air India under Ref ID YD7LZ And Eticket[protected]. from CCU to JFK via New dehli
                                  Owing to personal reasons I had to cancel. As per airline policy you have to issue refunds within 21 days, but despite 12 calls and innumerable emails, air India refuses to initiate the refund and gives the same generic response everytime.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have sent several emails and also called Aur India customer care many time with zero results, it’s very frustrating indeed. I have 2 bookings from Sydney to Delhi flight which wasn’t used due to lockdown and it’s been a year since i am requesting them to either give me an extension to use the tickets or refund. Unfortunately after several attempts still i am waiting for their response. However, i do get a standard response from them over n over to call customer care.
