My flight from delhi to toronto on 8th septmber 2021 was cancelled by airindia and as per their respresntative refund has already been initiated on 21st august 2021 . However, i have not rceived the amount in by bank account yet. Upon calling air india, no satisfactory response was given. please look into it urgently. Issue my refund ASAP....

My flight cancelled by the company Air India and they didn't send me refund it's been 4 months...

I have tried calling air india for cancellation of my ticket they assured every day for cancellation but still today Customer executive says ticket not cancelled....

This is in reference of open air tickets numbered[protected] and[protected]. We were supposed to travel on 9th May 2021 from Guwahati to Delhi but due to inevitable situations because of COVID 19 and closure of Meghalaya Tourism, we couldn't travel on the scheduled dates. We have re-planned our trip in October and want to reschedule our flight tickets on 16th October 2021 from Guwahati to Delhi as discussed with your executive in May....

We are- Induben Mahitcha Female 72 and Asha Rathod Female 71- had purchased two tickets-PNR number H627W for Vadodara to Washington DC on 20/02/20 through Jayshri T credit card- Auth Code 73030 and paid Rs.154526.00 from Air India website directly. Our PM Narendra Modi had declared lockdown due to Covid 19 pandemic through his national telecast on 19th and 20th March 2020 following which we cancelled our journey scheduled on 19th April 2020.br...

Why the hell AirIndia still working in India?...

Ticketing agent never reachable for rescheduling of the ticket. The ticket could not be rescheduled over online directly by the passengers. By this no-response tactics, I am worried that AirIndia will make my case as a no show and swindle the entire booking charges, without allowing me to travel on a rescheduled date....

Flight hubli to Mumbai dated on 3rd September was cancelled from the airline on 21st August, the refund application was processed on 21st August but I have not yet received it ....

Hi, I have canceled my flight ticket from India to Toronto on August 5th, 2021, it's been 36 days but I still didn't get any refund. My name is Sai Dileep Yamani. I even mailed Air India Customer care mail IDs and numbers, but they didn't resolve the issue still now. What should I do now to get my refund which is rightfully mine, but Air India is taking a lot of time to issue....

My flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru scheduled on August 20 was canceled by Air India and intimation was sent on July 30th.

A refund request was raised on August 3 via an intermediary (Goibibo)

It's been 5 weeks and counting and no response on the status of the refund from the airline yet.

The said ticket was cancelled on 20.07.2021, but cancellation is not yet processed.

I booked Air India tickets through yatra.com for a round trip from Seoul to Bhubaneswar on 4th July 2020 and Bhubaneswar to Seoul on 10th August 2020 (booking ref.[protected]. I had booked an international flight on the 5th of August with Air India but had to cancel it immediately due to an emergency. I had booked it through Air India website itself and the cancellation was carried out through customer care. Once the cancellation was done I got a mail from ecommerce stating that I will receive my refund in my account within 25 days at the latest.
