      I am reeth travelling from chennai - hyderabad on 26th september 2021 in business class. I have been trying to contact the airline to change my flight as i am doing a domestic travel and i cant travel in international flight. i have been waiting in call for 40 minutes every time i call.         My name is Yogeshkumar Patel I am a US citizen. I purchased 4 airline tickets on October 27 2020 for 23 December 2020 Departure & February 20th 2021 arrival @ EWR Tickets were bought via third party named Bravofly. We have visitors visa valid up 2023 but after purchased found out that we need OCI so we tried to get OCI by the time we kept tickets open now when we tried to confirm for this year Air India does not do it we spent hundreds of ours to get tickets confirmed no success we need our money back Tickets nos.are[protected] Ruchi Patel[protected] Yogeshkumar Patel[protected] Ashesh Patel[protected] Kashmira Patel

          I had an Air India flight AI 186, dated June 27, 2021, from Vancouver to New Delhi which was cancelled due to ongoing covid situation then. I have been following up with Air India via calls and emails at [protected]@airindia.in and ecommerce email for refund and it is still not processed after 3 months. Every time I call, there is a new agent who tells me that best he/she can do is forward it marked as high priority to the concerned department and don't give any written acknowledgement saying they can't do that. I have no way to get anyone to respond which is frustrating.

            I Booked flights on Air India on 21st September 2021 @ 14:11:28 and went on to book the tickets but on check out after including all the bank details, the website hung and everything got cancelled. I did not receive any email from Air India for a ticket. I called them and they confirmed that they had not booked the ticket and the PNR got cancelled automatically and no money had been deducted. However on 23rd September I checked my account and realized that i had been deducted an amount of INR 400304.18 equivalent to £3951.28.
            I called them immediately very hysteric as they had taken my amount without providing a service or a ticket. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD AND STEALING.

            When called they put me on hold for nearly 4 hours and i had to call in at least 3 times to speak to someone about my situation. All of them had a script to tell me that they will see if they can refund my amount and i had to fill a request for refund. No one was helpful and they just disconnected the phone. It was so frustrating that i was actually crying on the phone for being scammed so badly but a NATIONAL airline of India. I still have not heard from anyone. Its like they do not care. I am desperate and very upset

              I had direct flight from Delhi to Raipur but my flight got rescheduled and the flight was via Hyderabad and the we got delayed by 2:30 hours

                I am waiting since May 2020. Now AirIndia saying we refunded your Ticket 2 months back . I did not receive any money. I chasing up last 2 months they made me go here and there, but no use. International airline regulatory body should make a note how this So called AirIndia harass people. They super fraud and super shameless people. I think to get job in AirIndia that test is one should be biggest shameless person. CUSTOMER care say you write to [protected]@airindia.in then next time they say go to website and leave feedback. All done 30 times. You getting reply we cannot help in case of website booking go to CUSTOMER care. They are ###. just cheating people typical Govt department. I thought Govt Department improved. Today AirIndia is Example.

                  I had to cancel my Air India flight ticket from Kochi to Vancouver due to the travel ban extension by the Canadian government (flight was cancelled already, I called customer care to cancel the ticket and initiate the refund).
                  It's almost 4 months since I cancelled my flight ticket and I am still awaiting the refund.

                  I have already sent the email requesting a refund on May 27th and Sep 22nd, but still haven't got any response from Air India. I have called customer care multiple times and created below tasks with with them for initiating my refund.

                  Please help me to get my refund processed immediately.

                    We were scheduled to fly on 1st April 2020 from Frankfurt to Kathmandu via New Delhi. We had two different tickets within the family. Due to covid the flights got cancelled. We waited for a while because we thought we could fly later. But then the Indian variant came. We were not able to fly with Air India at all. So, we requested for refund on 3rd March for the first ticekt and the on 17th April for the second ticket. We are still waiting for the refund. Each time they say something like this

                    Your refund request for ticket number---[protected] [protected] [protected]-- has been noted.
                    The refund proceeds will be credited in cardholder account in 2-3 WEEKS.
                    We are facing a back log of refund requests and we appreciate your patience in this regard.

                    Thank you for your understanding and support.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      On 22 September 2021, I tried to purchase a LTC Air ticket from your website (Air India), using my Credit Card . The journey detail is: GOA to Kolkata (on 13th Oct, 2021) and KOLKATA to GOA (on 31st Oct, 2021). The money has been deducted from the credit card and the ticket is not issue. The website says” THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST.
                      P_0006 - Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly”. The amount is Rs 44440/-.

                      I wonder how Air India has done the transaction without sending a ticket or notification. I hereby request from you to refund the amounts which you have charged without providing a service (Air tickets).

                          I applied for refund for ticket number[protected] through IRCTC (as ticket was booked through IRCTC) and the flight number AI-610 BLR-BOM (19:10, 15-Mar-2020) was cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. At that time, I contacted Air India office and they reserved the money in the same PNR number.
                          But the situations didn't improve and in April 2021, I contacted Air India about the validity of the ticket and they informed me that the ticket money is valid till Dec 2021. They also told me that I can choose the option to cancel the ticket for full refund. After confirming 2-3 times, I applied for refund and now I got to know that airlines has levied the cancellation charges of Rs 4177 on my ticket. What is this???

                          I want my full refund.

                            This is to inform you that I tried to book a ticket for two passengers through Air India website on 17/04/2021 at around 9:30p.m. for travelling from Guwahati to Imphal with Air India fight no AI-889 and travelling date is 18/04/2021.However, after the completion of the payment it failed to generate the ticket though the amount of Rs.6078/- has been deducted from the account. Since, we do not have the facility to visit any Air india office at that very moment, I tried to contact the customer service to enquire about it for an hour but failed, later at around 10:30np.m we book 2 different tickets for the same passengers in the same flight AI-889 through Flipkart as it is very urgent for us and cannot wait further for the customer care to pick up my call . Next day at around 8:00 a.m I contacted the customer care and advised me to write to [protected]@airindia.in for the refund process. Accordingly, I write to [protected]@airindia.in and wait for their reply but even after waiting for 3 working days I failed to receive any confirmation mail so I went to Air India Office situated at Bapupara Imphal Manipur. There, they provide me two tickets that failed to generate at the time of booking on 17/04/2021 and advise me to write to ecommerce attaching all the tickets including those that has been used in travelling. As per their advise, I am attaching herewith all the four tickets and mark as ticket 1, 2 3 and 4 in the attachment for your ready reference. Tickets 1 and 2 are provided from the Air India office that fail to generate at the time of booking and asking for the refund whereas 3 and 4 are tickets books through flipkart which has been used. In the light of that kindly make the necessary arrangement to refund the amount of Rs.6078/- as early as possible.

                            This is the mail that I have forwarded to
                            [protected]@airindia.in on 23th April 2021 as per the advice from the staff of Air India whos office is located at Bapupara Imphal Manipur. However till today I have not received any reply from the Air India.

                              I submitted the cancellation request on April 23rd 2021 for my airline ticket from Toronto-Hyderabdad. However, it has been more than 5 months and the airline did not process my refund.

                              The call center is not responsive. It takes 1 hour to get to an agent and everytime the agent says that the request will be processes in 5 business days but nothing happens. I am really frustrated with the airline and i am requesting my refunds to be processed quickly.

                                I had booked a flight from AUH to CCJ on 12th sep 2021, but i had to cancel long back due to Covid restrictions. But now its morethan 2 Months i haven't received my refund. Booking PNR J30W6
                                Everytime i Check, tgey say its processed.

                                        I had to cancel and make my tickets open due to medical emergency, and now when I am ready to rebook the tickets it is real pain in the butt as I am not able to reach anyone who can help. I have called multiple times and after hours of hold time they transfer me to ticketing department. Many times the call drops after waiting for several minutes to hours. A couple of times when I was able to get in touch with ticketing department they got the rebooking details and informed me they would call back, which never happened. I am stuck with this pathetic airline. Man why in the world is this airline allowed to operate...
