Updated by shahine The delivery guy show me the bag but it's NOT the correct one !!! How can Air India gives me another random bag with another tag number!!!
All the evidences have been given but Air India is not working and is not customer-oriented!
Air India luggage service is very unprofessional and ridiculous.

AIR INDIA is never replying!!! All your lines are busy as usual!
I remind their commitments:
International flights are covered by the Warsaw Convention.
The current lost luggage reimbursement is around $1, 750 per person + itemized amount to be reimbursed.
I have already sent multiple times my compensation/claiming letter and still no replies!
I have raised 13 case support ID and still no replies!
I won’t let them escape so easily!
