I bought a ticket (eTicket No:[protected] on Air India Flight, AI 142 from Paris to New Delhi on Monday, 12th of October, 2020 which I then cancelled on Wednesday, 14th of October, by calling your helpline. The flight was from Paris to New Delhi for the 16th of October, 2020.
I was informed by e-mail from '[protected]@airindia.in' that my refund had been processed on the 7th of December, 2020. But I never received the money back. I shared all my bank transaction details for December and January with them(and also with '[protected]@airindia.in') to prove that I didn't get the refund. I also got in touch with my bank who confirmed that there were no pending transactions on my credit card in either December, 2020 or January, 2021. All my e-mails to either '[protected]@airindia.in' or '[protected]@airindia.in' have gone unanswered. I have spoken to your helpline who keeps repeating that they are escalating the matter but so far, almost one year after, I still haven't received my refund. How long more do I need to wait to get my refund?
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
