I have booked a flight ticket for my mother to visit my brother in australia, she was spossed to fly on 07th of april 2020 but due to covid 19 spread all over the world all the countries closed their respective borders due to which she unable to complete the journey and now we are continously contacting the air india customer care since last 6 months for the refund but we haven't received any proper reply from their end also from last two months they are saying we have refunded your money but after 2 months also my account wasn't credited so i requesting you to please help me in this matter.     Air India flight AI 9805 on[protected] from Delhi to kullu was cancelled. Refund for my travel is not being issued by air india. Letter by air india manager indicating full refund and flight cancellation status is attached.

      The refund for the flight cancellation by the Airlines has not been processed or received. The flight was scheduled for May 10, 2021 which was cancelled but never received the refund. Many attempts have been made via e-mail and customer care service but to no avail. I have been told the same thing since last 2 months that the refund is being processed. But neither have I received any refund nor have I received any assurance that I will be receiving the same. Kindly help with this matter.

      Please include the ticket while in consideration to avoid confusion as I am representing my sibling, in whose name the ticket is booked.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am
        The refund for the flight cancellation by the Airlines has not been processed or received. The flight was scheduled for May 10, 2021 which was cancelled but never received the refund.             Dear Sir/madam,

            Myself Charnjeet Singh, and I have travelled on 25th Sept. 2021 from India to Maldives with work permit through Air India flight PNR JG91S associated ticket number[protected].

            The above ticket has been purchased by my company Ooredoo Maldives Ltd. on 20th Sept. 2021. Allowed check-in baggage with this ticket was one pcs 20 kg and cabin one pcs 7kg.

            On 21st Sept. 2021. at 11.36 am I called on your customer care no. [protected] for to book/add check-in baggage. She asked me for my ticket no. and then she took time and told me yes you are eligible that you can pay in advance for extra check-in baggage in terms of per kg or in extra baggage. The same I have paid 5900/ INR in advance online at your site portal by select one pcs excess baggage. Receipt and ticket attached.

            But when I traveled on 25th September with scheduled time accordingly, I have faced a huge harassment on the Airport by your team at boarding pass counter F with my excess one check in baggage. Your representative denied to accept the receipts of 5900/ INR which was generated at your site and said that you are not illegible to carry the excess one check in baggage for which I have paid in advance to your company portal.

            Then I moved to your office help desk near gate 1. Here I’m again harassed as your helpdesk representative told me that there is some error and mistake in their system so this receipt is not valid, moreover there is no any other way except to pay additional 36270/ INR for my excess baggage by per kg weight. I’m shocked that suddenly how I can pay such amount at this situation.

            That was totally harassment to me by yours staff. Just imagine the situation while you travel alone internationally and staff of the airlines not listen where there an issue in their own system. And I have moved here and there on the time of boarding pass check-in with my luggage on airport.

            On this panic situation at that time I have arranged the money within my family circle to sudden payment of 36270/- As there was no way out left by your staff at that time.
            Kindly go through my situation while I travelled through my own country Airlines and it have an error with their own system and nobody listening. Really it was very bad experience ever as I have travelled a lot with other countries airline.

            My request you to please refund my all charges I have paid i.e. 5900+36270 = 42170/- to your airline as there was not my mistake it was your system Air India faults.

              Air India cancelled my flight 24 hrs hrs before the departure and its been 6 months and i have note recieved the refund yet. After calling the airline i was informed that the flight was opreational and on time. Where as i have emails by air india saying that the flight was cancelled and now the airindia customer service are asking me to contact the respective airport when i call the airport no one is answering the callls. There is no proper guidance by the airlines. They just cut the call on the face.
              I had booked this through gogoibibo and the goibibo people are just telling me it will take 6 months for the refund now the 6 months are done but now they are saying it will take another 120 days for the refund.
              Please help me here.

I booked a ticket for Air india from Toronto to New delhi for September cancelled my flight twice and now when I want to cancel it customer care agents never pick calls and it cuts automatically after 2 hours wait.                     My 8 am flight AI 560 to Hyderabad has still not left delhi as I am writing this mail at 10.45 am…
                    I was going for a very important business meeting today which was scheduled for 12 noon which is why I took the early morning flight getting up at the crack of dawn.
                    Now my meeting is canceled as my associates are leaving Hyderabad today.
                    Next 2 days are holidays and my whole business has suffered and this trip is not only worthless but also has given me a great loss in my business.
                    I will need full compensation of this return flight both ways and penalty for my business loss.

                        My name is Gaurav Malhotra and I booked Air india flight from Vancouver to New delhi for the 15th of October.

                        After successful payment from My debit card the Air India website says:
                        THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST.
                        P_0006 - Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly.

                        I did not receive any email (checked spam folder also multiple times) or message from Air India.

                        I wonder how Air India has done the transaction without sending a ticket or notification. I would request the tickets as soon as possible.

                        I hope Air India would send me the tickets soon.

                          We booked flight for tirupati in Mar 2021 but we couldn't travel as we got COVID(+) and we availed open for use facility now we are trying to reach customer care since last 2 weeks for rebooking the tickets against the previously booked ones but after several number of failed attempts I am writing this to you to get my query resolved at the earliest. I am actually frustrated with AIR INDIA services have never experienced such situations with other airlines.

                              My Kids and I travelled from EWR - TRV on Nov 27th and was planning to return on Jan 2nd, but we had to postponed the ticket to Jan 27th because of some family emergency. Unfortunately, I had cancel the ticket on Jan 21st and I requested for Refund for the following tickets. The representative told me there will be a refund of Rs. 11000+/ticket but I haven't received the refund yet. I have contact Air India at least 6 times regarding the refund of my ticket(s). Every time I contact them, they will say it will be taken care in 2-3 weeks, the last time they said that was on Aug 27th and I still haven't received any refund.

                                      I am Sarita. Booked ticket on September 26 from Air India website from Dubai to Delhi for October 15 with passenger name as Sarita Sarita.

                                      I booked tickets for two persons (one is me) from Dubai to Delhi on October 15. I paid AED 1020 for two person tickets. The payment is complete and I received the message also but not any tickets or itinerary or PNR number. I used [protected]@ma.iitr.ac.in email address to book the tickets (as guest booking). After successful payment from Korean credit card the Air India website says:
                                      THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST.
                                      P_0006 - Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly.

                                      I did not receive any email (checked spam folder also multiple times) or message from Air India.

                                      I wonder how Air India has done the transaction without sending a ticket or notification. I would request the tickets as soon as possible or refund.

                                      I hope Air India would send me the tickets soon.
