As Covid was at peak at that time my 1st leg of flight ie international flights got canceled, I reached out to Airindia customer service and they said they will cancel my existing booking and will keep the ticket open so I can rebook it anytime by March’22
Since Sept I am trying to reach Air India who has 2 steps of call execution . On 1st step they take all information and says they they are transferring the call to e-Ticketing department and they will issue ticket. This never happens the calls gets disconnected abruptly or never gets transferred. The 1st line of agents os denying direct call no.
We are internationally located and have no other access to Air India except their call Nos . I would like to lodge complaints against false promises and denial of service against AirIndia who is just refusing to refund or reissue my ticket
