The flight was on Tuesday 29th June Bhubaneswar to Mumbai, Mumbai to Delhi, Delhi to Bahrain. within 3 layovers halting more than 32 hrs. I have done my test on Monday My RT-PCR test report was valid only for 48 hrs. when I was at Mumbai airport they boarding my all laugage and said everything is ok. once I reached Delhi my flight was at 11 pm but Airline people inform me that I cant travel at 10 pm. how someone can do a test while traveling....

Air india had to refund for my tickets with numbers as below which was booked for aug 30th 2020 . It’s almost an year and they say it’s already refunded.

Air india haven’t shared which bank it was refunded, no transaction details and no nothing. I have provided the bank statement with no refund transactions and still no response. I am doing everything to sue and take strict action....

Air India has been ignoring my emails and ticket reference. My tickets were never refunded due to Covid 19 lockdown cancellation done by the country. I am out 2k and they no intention of paying customers back...

Air India cancelled our 6 flight tickets from Frankfurt to Delhi due to Covid last year July. Since then we have been unable to receive our refund and we have been passed from pillar to post.
We have contacted various customer services desks and emailed multiple times. What else can we do?

Please note I am really disappointed with your services for refund. It's been more than 2 months, I have still not received the cancelation amount of Rs. 1, 45, 581 for the ticket booked with Air India. Due to flight suspension from India to Canada, my flight was cancelled and I was promised a full refund.

I made booking through air india website for both my onwards and return journey, at payment page i selected PhonePe service and entered my upi id after receiving notification for payment in app, I had done my transanction succesful within seconds but after making payment, waited almost till timer on payment to reflect to Air India website, then after few minutes website got struck and it dint even show failed or error any kind of issue, when...

I have requested for my refund 4 months ago. I have emailed to [protected]@airindia.in, [protected]@airindia.in and called at least 10-15 times for my refund. Worst customer service representative, does not know anything, refuses to help and gives false information just to get rid of the call. At the end of all calls they do not even let us give the review and try to convince us to cut the call so we will not go to the review portal.
