My flight to UK was cancelled by the airline in Jan 2021 and till date i have not received the refund. Its a huge amount involved and have been following up for the same from Feb 2021. The ticket was booked through Makemytrip

    I had received a message from mohit sharma ([protected]) mentioning that my job application has been accepted in air india in domestic airport.

    When i called to this number he told that he is a hr in air india, mumbai.
    After discussing about the job profile, he asked me to deposit an amount of 1, 400 as a security deposit, which is refundable.

    He gave his ac number, when asked why he is providing his personal ac number, he told that as he is a senior hr, so he will take care of further processing.

    After which i kept on calling him, he told that he will call me back but that didn't happen after this.

      I have been following up with the agency [ EasymyTrip] for the last two months for the refund of my ticket. It is very sad that at this time of crisis you are holding my money for no reason. Blocking this lump sum money really matters to me. I have been following up with the travel agency [ Please refer my email chain with EasymyTrip since 1st May ] for the status of my refund and it's very clear that money was being held by Air India.

      I need immediate action from your end to get the money refunded quicky. i will expect a reply with a clear timeline for the refund of my money.

        Due to rescheduling / cancellation of AIR INDIA flight twice, I was forced to travel by another airline at a higher fare. So I have raised a request for cancellation of the above ticket for full refund. Your Customer Care executive told that it will take 21 days from the date of cancellation to credit the proceeds to your account, from which you have paid for it. When I called after completion of 21 days, they asked me to wait another 10 days. Today, after more than a month, when I called Customer Care, they again told me that the cancellation process will take another 10 to 21 days from now onwards. It is very clear that how you people are harassing Air India passengers.

          I with my family was moving from patna to amritsar by flight no. 725 on 9th may 2021 according to guidelines issued by govt of Punjab. I and my family got antigen test with negative report. I was also ready for RAT at amritsar airport which was mentioned in guidelines of punjab govt and affidavit taken by this airlines
          but staffs of air india stopped us from boarding to flight. A legal action must be taken against staff of air india who were deputed at patna airport on 9th may 2021 for operating flight no. 725 for amritsar and also at earliest refund my ticket amount Rs. 13063 and fare between praygraj to patna of car 12000...

            I was having antigen test report as per state guidelines inspite of that staffs of your airlines didn't let us boarding I lost my worth Rs 13063 and Rs 12000 around car fare of allahabad to patna
            Take action against staffs on that day 9 may who were operating air india flight 725 patna to amritsar at patna air port and refund my amount 25063 at earliest

              It has been more than six months since the day I cancelled the ticket (Booking reference: HJLKB, Eticket #[protected], Flight number: AI 176) and was promised a full refund. There have been no replies to my emails, no answers to my phone calls.

              The ticket was booked on 31 December 2021 and was cancelled within 24 hours. I cancelled the ticket via phone call to the air india customer care, who confirmed that there are no charges related to this cancellation and I am eligible for a full refund.

              It is very inconvenient to wait for so long for the refund and to spend hours trying to contact Air India e-commerce and customer service. Please see to it that the refund is processed immediately.

                        Dear sir I had booked a flight from goa to Chennai via Hyderabad date of traveling was 9th June 2021 which was cancelled by air india PNR no JLFK2, Transaction ID- [protected] it's been more than one month I have not received my money back.
                        I just want to know when will I will receive my money back and whether air India will pay interest for holding my money to me.

                          A flight from delhi to raipur was cancelled by air india on 06 june 2021. PNR no H7YDH. The amount against cancelled tickets is not refunded till now. Complained three to four times on cust care but not answered satisfa torily.

                            I cancelled my Air India ticket on 28 March. I was informed I will get the refund within 21 days.
                            It’s been more than 40 days and still the refund has not been credited to my bank account. I am being told waiting for more 10 days, wait for more 3 weeks etc.
                            Now they saying my money was transferred on 10June. But there is no amount refunded in my credit card. I am being charged every month by my credit card company. The total amount was 42, 939. I am being charged by credit card plus they keep mentally harassing me by not giving the right information.

                              Hi,

                              I have recently traveled to Dublin, Ireland from Hyderabad, India Using Airindia along with Lufthansa. My issue was I have bought excess baggage for the whole trip from Hyderabad to Dublin in the Airindia Counter Hyderabad. When I reached to board Lufthansa in Mumbai I came to know that my PNR was not updated to Lufthansa and also you have charged the wrong amount. I have again paid another amount to Lufthansa in order to onboard my journey. I have contacted the higher authorities of AirIndia in Mumbai they said there is a mistake on Airindia side and the amount will be refunded asap.

                                My ticket #[protected]. I paid Rs. 10540 direct to air india. I cancelled booking. Air India gave credit for my booking amount but did not refund my special seat booking amount Rs, 10540. I provided all information to ecommerce dept. and [protected]@air india.com. Nobody care for my refund. I am struggling since 90 days.

                                      Cancellation Reason: Surge in Covid cases in India

                                      AI had made announcement on AI website that cancellation fees are waived for my flight dates and full refund will be given.

                                      No refund is made till date despite several emails (to [protected]@airindia.in) and phone calls. No response whatsoever.

                                        I am dealing 3 different flight cancellation trips with Air India for different dates. I suppose to take connecting International flight, I cannot wait to book other flight from other location. (details are below).

                                        By this way, I ended up with 3 cancellation of flights in few days. Send several refund requesting emails with reminder to [protected]@airindia.in. No response at all.

                                        Called Air India service desk. I can say, useless service. Call and repeat the whole story again and again to new receiver. Raise a ticket. Replay saying Air India will call back. Noting has happened. 3 months now.

                                        As an Indian, Air India is our identity airline to represent Internationally. Such experience and slow services is not a good example for ourselves and for nation.

                                        Flight was cancelled due to Covid situation by Airline
