This is regarding the ticket I booked from DXB to COK for the travel date July 7, 2020. Booking ref# Y9Q2F

I have not still received the refund for this ticket as flight was cancelled on this date due to lockdown. I have already called customer care and they have cancelled the ticket.

    I have to cancel the second leg of Journey from Delhi to Washington DC
    due to Pandemic situation.

    The ticket cancellation was processed through customer care.

    Please process the refund using the same payment method used for ticketing.

      Sir my flight was cancelled by air india and their customer care rep told me that I'm eligible for full refund on ticket cancellation. I cancelled my ticket but I received 1/10 amount only. Please help sir I am a army person

        I have booked a ticket from Agartala to Delhi for 6th of June 2021 and PNR Number allotted Y6KMB but flight has been cancelled Air India and rebooked on 7th June 2021without giving any information about rebooking of ticket.. I can't travel on 7th June

        In this regard I call Air India on 03 June 2021 and also sent a mail to [protected]@airindia.in for cancellation of ticket and refund amount to the bank. As confirmed by Air India Customer Executive that within 21 days amount will be refunded but still no process or info share with me by Air India. I again call Customer care Mr Rashid on 25 June 2021 and he assured me for refund of amount within 5 days. No refund still done by air India.

            It's been more than 2 months, I have still not received the cancelation amount of Rs. 1, 45, 581 for the ticket booked with Air India. Due to flight suspension from India to Canada, my flight was cancelled and I was promised a full refund.

            Every time I call the customer care they say wait for a week and you will definitely receive the refund. The company's policy of 21 days for refund doesn't hold any value. I have lost the trust from this airline. Seems like there is no one to question them and they are taking customer's money for granted.

            Below are my ticket details for which I am still waiting for the refund

              After 60 days of following up against the ID [protected], refund not being made by the air line, air India.

              Seems to very ridiculous, at the same time how can we trust air India !!!

                Dear Air India Team,

                This is further with reference to " Non issuance of Refund" for an attempted ticket booking done on 19th March 2021 @ 21:30 hrs IST. The ticket was not issued but the amount of INR 65, 158/- has been debited from the account. PFB the details of the transaction below.

                  I booked my tickets via air India website, due to certain reasons I had to cancel the tickets. I cancelled the tickets on Apr 27th and its been 2 months and yet to receive my refunds. I have contacted the customer care atleast 5 times trying to follow up but always ended up with no answer.

                    as per the above transaction ID provided from AIR INDIA call center also provide information that AIR INDIA made a refund 16 day ago but till today I didn't get the refund amount yet. besides that nobody provides me information which I need as per below

                        I made booking through air india website for both my onwards and return journey, at payment page i selected PhonePe service and entered my upi id after receiving notification for payment in app, I had done my transanction succesful within seconds but after making payment, waited almost till timer on payment to reflect to Air India website, then after few minutes website got struck and it dint even show failed or error any kind of issue, when I talked to customer care they said i will get confirmation, hours passes i dint receive any kind of confirmational mail, also my internet is stable all the time.

                          Taking follow up multiple times, calling your customer support for approx. 15-20 times and getting the same reply for my refund process.

                          I have mailed ecommerce multiple times and received 1 reply on[protected] that the amount will be credited within 18-20 days but still its 8 month no amount has been refunded.

                          I have raised a complaint for National Consumer with complaint id 2670282.

                          I hope I will receive my refund at this crucial time at earliest.

                            I have requested for my refund 4 months ago. I have emailed to [protected]@airindia.in, [protected]@airindia.in and called at least 10-15 times for my refund. Worst customer service representative, does not know anything, refuses to help and gives false information just to get rid of the call. At the end of all calls they do not even let us give the review and try to convince us to cut the call so we will not go to the review portal.
                            None of the Air India department reached out to me to resolve the issue after sending them so many emails.
                            Can anyone help me out?
                            I do not want to reveal my ticket details here. please reply me so I can give the details.

                              My name is Rajesh Sharma and my PNR number is YHZ76. I have received an email from AIR INDIA on 22-Mar-2021 7:54 PM, that my ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons. I want to know when I will receive the refund. My ticket details are as follows.

                              I booked flight tickets for my parents from New Delhi to New York for May 20, 2020 bearing eticket number[protected]. Covid affected the travel plans and we were assured by Air India that they will allow changes/ cancellations without any penalties or extra charge. I called the call center to cancel the tickets in December and I was asked to send a mail. Since December 9, 2020, I have sent numerous mails and have called multiple times, and there is no update on my refund. Each time I call, I am assured that the refund will be processed, and have been given different time lines ranging from 3 days to 6 weeks. It has been over 7 months, and even after raising the matter to AirSewa and escalating to the CEO, there has been ZERO update from their side. I have run out of patience and I do not know what else to do. I am seeking a refund of the tickets I booked. Thank you!

                                  I had a confirmed booking for myself to travel from San Francisco to Bangalore and back for 11-May and return on 20-May. My ticket was cancelled because the flight was cancelled. Raised a refund request back in May but never got an acknowledgement or refund.

                                        I had booked 2 tickets online for my family. one from Guwahati to Coimbatore and the other one to Bengaluru on different dates. during the first nationwide lockdown those were cancelled. After the re opening of airlines services neither i could reschedule nor getting refund even after sending mails and contacting customer care numbers. Finally they are not even answering calls. It's been more than a year. I need an explanation for the poor service and I want immediate refund.
