Air India has cancelled my flight on 16th of May and was not able to provide any alternate flight on that day or the next day. Now they are not giving my refund.

    Dear sir,
    I am Vinubhai punjabhai Talpada from Gujarat... Today Dtd. 15/6/21i travel to Kabul Afghanistan from Delhi.. By flight number AI243.
    When I reached hotel.. I found that my bag was damaged and 450$+150Drhms missing from my bag. They broked chain lock of bag. This is very bad and sad experience for me with Air India...
    Please compensation insurance about my loss of money and damage of baggage.
    I attached my flight Tkt and some damage photos for your reference.
    Please do the needful action and please support me for my losses.
    I am without money in Kabul now... It was my emergency money.
    Please consider my situation and kindly do the needful support for me to back my losses.
    Please give me compensation as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,
      A flight had been booked with Air India vide LOCATOR/CONTROL NO.:Y0V1W from Delhi to Birmingham Flight NO AI 1117 journey date 5th February 2021.Ticket Number : [protected], [protected]
      Sector booked/travelled : Delhi-Birmingham
      The said flight had been canceled by Air India due to operational reasons. We thereafter booked another flight with Air India from Delhi to Heathrow airport London for 4th March 2021
      We have requested the Manager E-commerce as evident from the several e-mails for a refund. You may appreciate an inordinate delay (as more than four) has been done in the refund. And the issue has now become an embarrassing matter.
      I once more request your personal intervention in the matter. A reply in the matter shall be highly solicited.

        I am on work visa and was planning to travel as my leaves got finished, so I called the air india airlines as only they are taking travelers to Dubai during this pandemic. So they said that as I have Emirates ID and work visa, I can travel to Dubai if I get a entry permit approval from DGCA, so I did that and fortunately got the approval and then I booked my ticket from Indore to Dubai. And on the day of travel at the indore airport, they issued me boarding pass till delhi and said that international boarding pass will be provided at Delhi airport, So I thought if I would not be allowed to travel Dubai then my ticket will be a waste, so I called the airlines customer service to confirm about my travel and I said everything and provided every document I had and they u r eligible to travel Dubai and there will be no issue…U can board the flight from indore without any doubt. So I did that but at Delhi airport they refused to give me boarding pass and said that I am not allowed to travel to Dubai…So I went to the airlines supervisor and complained about everything, he said that u can’t go ahead, so for a proof I called the customer service in front of him and asked the same thing which I asked before booking the ticket and they said yes u can travel…then the supervisor said that they are proceeding wrong information, we are sorry, it blew my mind…My whole ticket got wasted and rather giving me any refund they just said reschedule the ticket and I have to pay the rescheduling fees….waste of money..and I have to book my return ticket to indore which was another waste..if they would have provided me the right information then I would not have travelled from indore itself. So I want my refund.

          We were traveling from Newark Airport USA to Indira Gandhi airport Delhi on the 15th and then had an interconnecting flight to Mumbai on the 16th after we landed. Minutes before we checked in our baggage they told us that the flight has been cancelled and we have been rescheduled for a domestic flight which would leave 2 hours later than our previous scheduled time. No compensation, remuneration or even apologetic behavior was displayed for the same and when we tried to raise a complaint against it, the extremely rude female staff at the baggage check in counter for Air India blamed it conveniently o COVID while failing to acknowledge their own ignorance. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. Perhaps the worst airline. Also, besides this, the international flight that we travelled from was extremely unprofessional. The flight was extremely dirty, the cabin crew was extremely rude and never gave any assistance when asked for the same. Overall, terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

              Trip ID: RM4ARCNN8J with Indian Eagle.

              The ticket was canceled on 26 May 2021 but agency Indian Eagle is not able to provide any information about the refund.
              They say it will take some time but are unsure of how much time will it take to get my refund back.
              Indian Eagle says Air India is suffering from financial issues.
              I have paid USD 1400, I should get my refund at the earliest.

                I found my baggage lock broken and damaged with stealing of 450$ and 150Drhms.from bag.
                This is very bad and sad experience with Air India airline...
                Please give me compensation about baggage insurance.

                  With reference to the above mentioned subject, I krishna choudhary beg to say that I booked a Air Ticket for visiting from CCU to BOM on 27.01.2021(Wednesday) by AIR INDIA Flight and the date of performing Journey was 29.01.2021. but it is a matter of great sorrow that on several contacts from the Ticket booking company i.e Travolook, the deducted amount has not yet been refunded. The amount was Rs.5227. pls do the needful. Booking Reference no. REF[protected]

                    As per MakeMyTrip, the refund request initiated by them for the refund of my credit voucher is rejected by Air India.

                      Hi,
                      I had cancelled my AI flight dept 8-Nov-2020 and was awaiting for my refund. I haven’t received it even after following up with them for so many times.Air India claims that refund is processed. I have called as well as emailed them multiples of times that I haven’t received any refund with stamped copies of my Bank statement, still no response from them. How can a Government organization be so irresponsible and dupe its customers

                          I booked my ticket from Newark to New Delhi India.
                          but Air India did not allowed me onboard in flight and the reason they give is my RT-PRC report is late and my seat is given to someone else and I hove to cancel or reschedule the ticket.

                          I called customer care (at 1:10PM Eastern time with 55 mins duration on 4MAR) to cancel my PNR and they told me each ticket there is be charge of 100USD as cancellation fees, but to get the breakage on refund they asked to email " [protected]@airindia.in " as I can not locate the details anywhere.

                          I called again today (9MAR) and I was told to send an email to "[protected]@airindia.in". Request you to please assist here.

                          Please send me the ticket refund details in email along with information on when I can get the refund.

                                I booked international ticket for travel from Chennai to Frankfurt and back. Date of travel was 15.03.2021 and return date was 26.06.2021.

                                I cancelled the tickets on 12.03.2021 at Air Infia office Bangalore on. 12.03.2021. I was informed that refund process will take 21 days and amount will be credited to my ac.

                                Now it is almost 3 months and still refund not credited.

                                All our calls and mails have standard response that it is under process.

                                No remedy for me till date. Amount involved is about 1.5 lacs

                                      The booking reference is HTMO5. Travel date -August 11, 2020 and 22nd July 2020. Our Tickets (myself, my husband, and my infant) were booked in February 2020 from Sf to Mumbai. Ours for February end and My husband for July 2020. He was supposed to travel to India to get his Infant and me back from Mumbai to Sf. My infant and I went to Mumbai on 28th February 2020. Our return flights were canceled by AirIndia (TKT NBR:[protected]/38). I was promised a partial refund by AirIndia as the flight was canceled by AirIndia. Still waiting. My husband's ticket was canceled in June 2020 (Case id[protected], ticket id[protected], and we were promised a complete refund. For the last 12 months, we have been calling, tweeting, and emailing and getting promised his refund is initiated, and he will receive it in 3 weeks, but we have still not received it. We request you to help us. It's a significant amount, and last year has been challenging for all o[censored]s, and not getting this refund is making it difficult for us mentally and financially. Thank you,
