Myself and Two kids [ aged 4 and 2 ] have booked tickets with AirIndia . Booking reference:J863S
11/08/2021:Chennai -- Mumbai [AI 672] - First Leg
12/08/2021: Mumbai--London [AI 131] - Second Leg

1) First-leg, no issues, reached Mumbai on time.
2) Second-Leg, in Mumbai terminal2 Check-in counter, AirIndia staff [ Viraj ], rejected us to travel, reason was "Stayed in India More than 2 Years".
I have explained many times No such rule for "Dependent Visa". However, they didn't allow us.
3) Myself and Two kids [ aged 4 and 2 ] were struggled a lot and went through painful situation.
4)My husband, enquired with Home office, they confirmed that, she can enter into UK with this Visa.
5) Just because of their misunderstanding, we suffered a lot.
6) I need your help on this issue for re-booking and compensation.

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Tirupati through travel agent Happy Easy GO. dated 8th August 2021. But I contacted their customer care on 7th August 2021, before 26 hours of departure of flight for rescheduling as per their free change of ticket before 26 hours of departure.
I have called AIr India customer care number [protected] thirty to forty times. They are not responding.
But on 8th August 2021 when I called...

I had booked 6 tickets using my Air India FF Air Miles and 2 tickets using credit card in last year Feb 2020, but looking in to current situation for COVID19, still limited flights are operating and it seems countries have not allowed immigration for Indian Travelers at this moment.

I had used my Air India miles approx 270000 to book 6 tickets and 2 tickets with credit card to book these tickets.

now I am getting this update from Air India that they have refunded the tickets but I have not received any amount and miles in my account, when I called Air India customer care for miles credit they said your miles are expired and can't be credit back.

I never said to refund the the same, not sure why Air India has initiated refund process automatically.

I want to retain the tickets and I have not given any consent to cancel the same.

I had booked 2 return tickets for travel in May from Bangalore to Chicago, which had to be cancelled due to travel ban imposed by USA. I have raised the refund issue and called Airindia customer care several times, but no refund, only excuses and false assurances of it being processed in next 3/5/7/15/21 days. PNR for the booking is YEHL5.

Since April 2021, I have been requesting you through several emails and telephone for the refund of my cancelled tickets, "JV14P" and "Z7CFB". It's almost four months but till date I have not yet received the amount. Other than the system generated email reply no communication has been received!
Since me and my entire family were infected with COVID, we couldn't travel and all necessary medical documents along with Aadhar card copies had been sent to you for your further process, but no response from your side.
It's disgusting and frustrating! I'm a poor citizen and badly affected due to the lockdown and my financial condition has become pathetic and your organisation does not bother to refund my hard earned money.
Please look into it and arrange to refund the amount ASAP

Hello, I am Hema. It's been 150days since I've asked for my refund whereas the flight got cancelled by air India. Everytime I'm calling them Nd makin me to wait like a fool by saying the reason again Nd again. I can't withstand anymore, I want to take an action on this. I had paid huge 46k INR for my ticket. I wrote several emails to the refund Nd escalation department but no response yet. I'm just done with this, I want my refund and my e-ticket numb is 098-[protected].

I was not allowed to board the flight at delhi air port and my ticket no[protected] was cancelled by air india staff at the delhi airport
I tried to contact many times the air india customer care and mailed them but no response i got.
I need to know my refund status of my ticket

Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket which is rescheduled by air india with out prior notice so I have to cancel the same...when I have raised refund request and it comes to known the it will take 180days days?? However Air india is claiming that the will settle the refund within 21days.
Actually i desperately need money as iam facing some financial problems.
So I request to please help and do the needful.

As per the telephonic conversation with one of your staff, i have been informed that my ticket has been fully refunded on 20th April 2021 (Rs 11268/-) which is the flight from Imphal - Delhi; Delhi - Kolkata and Kolkata to Agartala to the travel agency ie Ease my trip. I have been on call with Air India support for about 10-12 hours of the day to book my flight. The original flight timing has been randomly been canceled without letting us know.

I had already placed a complaint through this website and the status is marked as resolved just because the matter was sent to air india by email.

Air india has not done anything so far in terms of processing my refund.

I will consider taking this case to consumer court.

Before that I am going to file complaint again on this site so I can keep records of all the efforts that I did to get this resolved.

my initial complaint is:

I booked air india international flight from Paris to Delhi for travel in July 2020. After multiple failed transactions I was issued a ticket but money was deducted each time. Money was refunded for some of the transactions but I came to know later that two tickets were issued on my name for the same flight on the same day!! So i contacted air india and requested them to refund one of the tickets but refund has not been processed till now. E-commerce section does not respond to phone calls (I called them at least 500 times) following which I emailed them multiple times only to get replies stating refund will be processed but has not happened till now. I contacted air india complaint/feedback department and they registered a complaint with a reference number (WB-IPAR[protected] but no redressal until now. I have also contacted the vigilance department of air india regarding corruption by cheating the customer off of money by selling ticket twice on the online platform for the same flight and the vigilance officer emailed back asking the e-commerce section to provide refund but this has not been done even after intervention from vigilance team.
I do not have any other avenues to resolve this matter so I am registering my grievance here.

Hi Team,
I booked ticket via yatra and cancelled my flight.
Now its 3 month and i am still awaiting refund . This service is disappointing as well as frustrating.
Trust me i am not going to use yatra in my life due to this pathetic experience.

But even after several follow ups you are not resolving the issue and not refunding the amount.

I chased with air india via call and email but frustration continues. They are asking me to contact you for follow up and status.

But a renowned company like yours is doing harrassment to users is unacceptable.

Air India — Reschedule of My Flight Tickets

I Had booked a flight for 1st september, 2021. I want to reschedule my Flight on 29th septemner, 2021. I am Contacted the customer service on 7th August, 2021 and resedhuled my tickets and paid the difference amount which is also confirmed by the customer support but till now not issued my tickets and now every time I call customer support they said have to transfer...

I have booked flight ticket No.[protected] &[protected] Kolkata to Mumbai in Air India on 02 dec 2020, air lines has cancelled the flight.
Total price of the ticket is 110206. After long follow up with mails and telephonic discussion air lines made a reversal payment after six month later with rupees 3856.
Total ticket price which I have paid during booking is 11206/.
They give a refund with 3856/.
The different is 7350/.
Request you to refund my balance amount of rupees 7350.

Air India cancelled my tickets scheduled on 1st May 2021.They had committed that the ticket will be refunded within 49 days.

It has been 3 months since then, the money has not been refunded yet. Every time I call them they say that it is in process.

The amount id 50000 INR. Please help me recover it

I booked a flight from air India website, departing from Delhi to Torronto on 3rd May 2021. It was postponed due to corona. So i cancelled the flight as it was refundable. i cancelled it on 24 May 2021, i called customer care to cancel it. They then initiated the refund process and then i mailed my details and request for refund at [protected]@airindia.in on the same day. i was given assurance that i would receive my refund within 21 working days. It now has been more than two months yet i haven't receive my refund nor any email from air india on when i will be getting my refund.
The refund amount is Rs.1, 28, 209.
