I have booked flight ticket No.[protected] &[protected] Kolkata to Mumbai in Air India on 02 dec 2020, air lines has cancelled the flight.
Total price of the ticket is 110206. After long follow up with mails and telephonic discussion air lines made a reversal payment after six month later with rupees 3856.
Total ticket price which I have paid during booking is 11206/.
They give a refund with 3856/.
The different is 7350/.
Request you to refund my balance amount of rupees 7350.

    Air India cancelled my tickets scheduled on 1st May 2021.They had committed that the ticket will be refunded within 49 days.

    It has been 3 months since then, the money has not been refunded yet. Every time I call them they say that it is in process.

    The amount id 50000 INR. Please help me recover it

      I booked a flight from air India website, departing from Delhi to Torronto on 3rd May 2021. It was postponed due to corona. So i cancelled the flight as it was refundable. i cancelled it on 24 May 2021, i called customer care to cancel it. They then initiated the refund process and then i mailed my details and request for refund at [protected]@airindia.in on the same day. i was given assurance that i would receive my refund within 21 working days. It now has been more than two months yet i haven't receive my refund nor any email from air india on when i will be getting my refund.
      The refund amount is Rs.1, 28, 209.

            Hi,
            My flight got cancelled on 1st week of May and I raised refund request on same month . Initially they said 21 days it will take to credit the amount but it doesn't. Then I again called them multiple times and posted tweets in tweeter but no use
            I saw few tweets they are waiting for the refund more than 6 months also . But they are not returning our money. Can you please take serious action against this airline and help us to resolve the issue .

                I booked and canceled a ticket in April 2021. I was waiting for my refund since then. I tried contacting customer service, but they are not giving proper response. Always told me to call back. Worst service i ever got.
                At this hard covid time my money was stuck. I hope i get a help as soon as possible.

                  I Had booked a flight for 8th August, 2021. I want to reschedule my Flight on 15th August, 2021. I am Contacting the customer service 4th August, 2021 from 1800 hrs and no one is able to connect me to some one who can reschedule my flight??? Seriously ?? Every time i am in hold for more than 45 minutes and then the call is getting disconnected automatically. Seriously is this the way how air india treats their customer. I need a reply ASAP on this .

                    Request for refund was made on 12th July 21 by e-mail to ecommerce, Air india.
                    Nothing has been heard so far, even after lapse of 25 days.

                      My return journey ticket nos [protected], [protected] from SFO to Hyderabad were cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic and tickets were not allotted in VBM. Purchased fresh tickets[protected], 53 and returned to India. In spite of many representations return journey amount is not refunded even after 15 months. Kindly arrange to refund immediately.

                          Air India Manager stopped my sister and mother from taking their flight from the US airport, saying my sister is sick and once she is Ok, we can call their customer care services. They will do the re-booking without additional charges, and after two months, we tried a lot of time, and they said we have vande Bharat mission under which there are limited flights. I booked a new flight for my sister and mom that cost me additional 1500 dollars.
                          I have been trying to make all the efforts that I could since last year, but nobody responded, and they took me round and round. I want my refund, and that's it.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,
                            The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a flight for 6th August 2021 around a month before through Cleartrip.My trip id is [protected] and PNR is YDDFQ. On 1st August I received a mail that my flight has been rescheduled by the airlines. I originally booked flight for 13:45 but the rescheduled timing was 10:35. I m travelling from Moscow to new Delhi n my flight will land at 9:15. For me it becomes practically impossible to board the next flight from Delhi at 10:35...I asked Cleartrip by calling at support center to accommodate me in alternate flight on same day since 1st August bt they say they would talk to the airlines n contact us bt upto 4th August 2021 there is no outcome...I asked them to accommodate me in alternate flight of same day or issue me full refund but they haven't done anything..

                            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

                              I have made a ticket from India to Abu Dhabi for the journey on 3rd August 2021 but when I reached the airport they told me that I am not allowed to travel to Abu Dhabi as we are ban due to COVID protocol. Now how I will cancel my ticket and get a refund. PNR no- HR8Q6. I have contacted customer care through call but no response got from their side.

                              As I have made this ticket through Paytm and contacted them regarding the cancellation, but they told that contact the AirIndia for cancellation.

                                1st week of February 2020: Travel ticket booked via goibibo, PNR: H3JJP. E-Ticket number:[protected]. Passenger Name: Nitin Kumar Shrivastava. Travelling from Chennai to Hyderabad, Travel date: 10th April 2020.
                                10th April 2020: Passenger couldn’t board the flight because of the imposed nationwide lockdown.
                                23rd December 2020: Called the airline to use the unused ticket because we were told that we can reschedule the ticket free of cost, we just had to pay the fare difference. Air India customer service agent, Sanjana Singh created a payment link and shared to my email id and we booked a flight for the 25th Dec 2020.
                                I made the Payment online on the Air India Website and paid 2774.
                                Once the payment was confirmed, I received the PNR.Y0RDK
                                But when the traveller reached the airport, he was told that the PNR: Y0RDK in invalid since the payment has not been received by AIR INDIA. So the traveller had to book a new ticket and board the flight.

                                I called the AIR INDIA customer service team and they told me that sometimes technical glitches happen and hence the amount will be refunded in 9-21 working days and they told me they created a case. However, on the 13th of Jan when I made a follow up call to ask the money was not refunded, they replied, “there is no case registered for this” and hence they created a case for this.
                                CASE ID:07210551.

                                20th March 2021: An agent called Poorvika Singh told me that there was a mistake, The reason why the amount 2774 was not refunded is that nobody was able to see the booking amount 2774 in the booking ID: BI-124453 and she will now created a refund request for the same.
                                23rd March 2021: The ticket was cancelled via goibibo and I received the ticket amount but still not the fare difference 2774.
                                Since 13th Jan I have called more than 40 times and mail at [protected]@airindia.com several times.

                                The AirIndia customer service has done nothing but harass me.
                                My questions to AIR INDIA.
                                1.) On 23rd of December when the PNR was cancelled even after the payment, why didn’t they contact us to tell us that the PNR was cancelled? The traveller had to travel 60 KMS to reach the Chennai Airport. Absolutely no concern for the customers.
                                2.) Even though mentioning clearly that I am not contacting about the refund of the ticket, I am contacting about the fare difference of 2774 which I paid why did the AIR INDIA team find so difficult to answer it and kept responding that the ticket is booked via travel agent, hence please contact them. Why should I contact my travel agent when I made the payment online on Air India Website? Was it that difficult to understand?
                                3.) Why does AIR INDIA need more than 200 days to refund an amount which is stuck due to a technical glitch?

                                4.) Why are the customer service people responding like bots, without understanding the problem?

                                5.) When I was promised that someone from the so called escalation team will contact me, why didn’t no one called back.

                                6.) Why did the customer service team misbehave with me?

                                    My flight was cancelled three days ago by Air India itself. The email had no information whatsoever about refund or rescheduling. I called customer care more than 7 times, each time I had to be on hold for long periods of time upto almost an hour a few times. Finally even someone did answer my call, the agent would just disconnect the line when I asked about my refund status!! This happened 4 times. My emails were not answered either even though I was asked by the agent to send them an email with my refund request. Didn’t imagine AI would be this unprofessional and incompetent. Never taking an air India flight ever again. Lesson learned.

                                      I am BHANU.
                                      I purchased 3 tickets from HYD to IAD on Aug-2-2021 from Airline website, Payment went through and I got successful payment message but I didn't get confirmation on AirIndia website after redirecting me back to AirIndia site from payment site. I haven't received email too.. Please help. I am stuck, I really to book the tickets ASAP. Money deducted from my account : 1lac, 37thousand. Customer care says ticket got auto-cancelled because of some website issue. They asked me email customercare and ecommerce team.

                                      I called and emailed Customer care many times, no response yet. PLease help.

                                      Hi Sandeep, Send an email to ecommerce emailID and to airIndia support emailId and keep waiting. After that call them and ask for supervisor's desk, and make a compliant and take that case number. Make sure you call them once a day with that casenumber. I know those contact numbers dont work or dont answer or long waiting time, it is frustrating. You will receive money within 10 days. I got money back in 10days. I know airIndia is not good at customer service but I had no choice to travel to USA otherthan AirIndia. I would not prefer this airlines, if I have other options.

Actually Iam a defence person...I booked ticket from madurai to portblair I got successful payment message but I didn't get confirmation on AirIndia website after redirecting me back to AirIndia site from payment site. I'm having lot of respects towards Air India but this man (abinash roy)... towards that refund 😢

                                        Air India one way tickets from Delhi to Bangalore were cancelled by me on[protected]
                                        The ticket No. are
                                        1.[protected] and 2)……….50. These tickets were booked with a link provided by Airindia call center and payment was made through internet banking.
                                        More than a dozen times reminded the call center, could able to get only an eye wash reply.
                                        So far the refund is not received. The last ticket number 10687761 from your escalation wing was communicating a promise to refund the money by[protected]. The refund is still awaited.
                                        I have paid Rs 11218/- for the above one way tickets
                                        Please arrange my refund at the earliest.
