I've booked the ticket on June'2021 for my dad, later on Air India cancel the ticked from their side, From Last 3 months, I've not received my refund amount from Air india, After 20 follow-ups calls, email sent to E-commerce team 3 to 4 times, Updated Feedback in Air India websites but still no response from Air India.
They don’t respond to return money cancellation of my ticket due to Covid no one answers after sending mails when I call them they keep on putting me on hold for more than an hours.
I want my money back to book new ticket asap.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
