Dear Sir / Madam,

Please don't examine the patience of your customer every time.
How many times am I sending the emails to refund my amount to the subjected bank account in the subjected mail.
you are giving very poor service to the customers.
This is my 35th mail am sending to these mails IDs (customersupport support, [protected]@airindiaexpress.in & [protected]@airindiaexpress.in) and calling these air india customer care numbers ([protected] - IND / [protected]- UAE) for last four months, but unfortunately am not getting proper response from your end.

    I cancelled a return ticket from Air India on April 17th for a flight from Toronto to Pune India. The team told me I will be charged $400 as cancellation penalty and will receive my refund in 21 days. After 21 days I followed up but no response and they kept telling me it will be processed soon. On June 2nd I received only $69 as a refund. So when I called they say it shows refund full processed and didn’t know anything beyond that! I keep calling the team every 2 days and they either give me and email id to report this where I never get a response or they tell me they can’t do anything. This is very unprofessional and I have never regretted my decision to choose Air India. The entire thing has just given me extreme stress and frustration.       I and my family were supposed to fly on an Air India flight on 18th May, but due to some circumstances, I had to cancel my ticket.

      So I called the customer care department of Air India, asked what refund amount will I be getting, was told that Rs. 7, 352 will be refunded to me. So I asked them to cancel my ticket and start the refund process.

      But when I received the refund a month after I had cancelled my tickets, only Rs. 2, 804 were credited.

      On talking multiple times to the Air India customer care, emailing various ids, and talking to the escalation department, I was told that in 10-21 days I'll be receiving the refund.

      When I called Air India today about not receiving any refund, they told me that I was only supposed to get Rs. 2, 804 as refund and they can't do anything further than that.

      The cancellation call happened on 17th May around the evening and Air India will have a record of the call. If possible, please hear it and you'll clearly listen to the customer support person telling me the refund that I'll be getting for the cancellation.

      I would not have cancelled my ticket if they'd said that they'll give me just Rs. 2, 804 out of my entire ticket price of Rs. 19, 952. I lost both my seats as well as my refund amount.

      This matter has taken more than 2 months now, and I need to either get my entire refund or 4 tickets for whichever date and location I need.

        I have cancelled my ticket on 7 May 2021 and dropped lots of email at [protected]@airindia.in for refund but no response till now. Also tried calling numbers[protected] /[protected],[protected],[protected].

        Not sure what is the intention of the Air India for the refund. Not expected such poor service from B=National Airline.

        Pls call met at[protected].

          I had booked a ticket Number[protected]/1/1 and PNR number Z00BH from ( TRZ-DEL ) for date of journey 15/04/2020 in lockdown period. Due to covid-19 situation all flight were cancelled. And air india has been announced for refund of ticket money. My Ticket money not refunded till now because my ticket status is showing FLOWN. When all flight were cancelled in lockdown period during of 25th March 2020 to 3rd May 2020 how can posible for FLOWN without check-in.

            I had booked a ticket No.[protected]/1/1 and PNR No. Z00BH from TRZ_DEL on date of journey 15/04/2020 in lockdown period due to covid-19. Due to covid situation all flight were cancelled. And air india has announced for refund of ticket money. My Ticket money not refunded till now due to my ticket status is showing FLOWN.
            My question is when all flight were cancelled in lockdown period in during of 25th March 2020 to 3rd May 2020.

              May I know if your booking was via Call center or online.
              It was online booked directly from Air india.
              Now I have recieved the refund after 2 years on the same day when airindia to tata deal was announced.

                Our travel agent Jatrik Travels (Kolkata) booked air tickets for us for 20 May 2021 but because of the 2nd wave of covid the tickets had to be cancelled. Now when we ask for a refund Jatrik says Air India is not refunding and Air India says - please contact the travel portal for further assistance. We are in a fix and need the refund asap.

                  Its been more than 92 days I have cancelled my international Air india flight ticket from Tokyo to Mumbai, but still not received any refund.
                  Customer support team never respond on call or even on "[protected]@airindia.in".
                  Its been totally unprofessional way to workout as their policy says refund will get max in 45 days. But in my case its exactly double time elapsed, still no response.

                    I have cancelled my International Air India ticket in the month of April-21. Its been more than 95 days still I haven't received my refund.
                    Customer service members put call on hold if after selecting refund option. On email also never received any response regarding refund.
                    Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    Still no refund. It seems total fraud.

                          Hi,
                          I had booked tickets for my mom dad and my brother to travel from Raipur-Kolkata on 20th July 2021. They all got RT PCR test done and my my mom got positive for Covid-19 and my dad and brother was negative. Hence immediately we all isolated ourselves as per govt guildlines. I immediately called the customer care and got the open tickets for them the PNR for Alka Agarwal is YVFV5
                          and Open ticket confirmation is 10903581. And the pnr for Gokul and Rishi Agarwal is HT118 and open ticket confirmation no 10906144.
                          I would like to reschedule the tickets for Gokul and Rishi Agarwal for 23rd July 2021

                          I was given city office number I called them and got a reply that there is no city office in Raipur hence I would have to write an email to [protected]@airindia.in I did but in reply I receive an automated email stating that I need to call customer care.. can anyone help??

                                I had received a message from mohit sharma ([protected]) mentioning that my job application has been accepted in air india in domestic airport.

                                When i called to this number he told that he is a hr in air india, mumbai.
                                After discussing about the job profile, he asked me to deposit an amount of 1, 400 as a security deposit, which is refundable.

                                He gave his ac number, when asked why he is providing his personal ac number, he told that as he is a senior hr, so he will take care of further processing.

                                After which i kept on calling him, he told that he will call me back but that didn't happen after this.

                                  I have been following up with the agency [ EasymyTrip] for the last two months for the refund of my ticket. It is very sad that at this time of crisis you are holding my money for no reason. Blocking this lump sum money really matters to me. I have been following up with the travel agency [ Please refer my email chain with EasymyTrip since 1st May ] for the status of my refund and it's very clear that money was being held by Air India.

                                  I need immediate action from your end to get the money refunded quicky. i will expect a reply with a clear timeline for the refund of my money.

                                    Due to rescheduling / cancellation of AIR INDIA flight twice, I was forced to travel by another airline at a higher fare. So I have raised a request for cancellation of the above ticket for full refund. Your Customer Care executive told that it will take 21 days from the date of cancellation to credit the proceeds to your account, from which you have paid for it. When I called after completion of 21 days, they asked me to wait another 10 days. Today, after more than a month, when I called Customer Care, they again told me that the cancellation process will take another 10 to 21 days from now onwards. It is very clear that how you people are harassing Air India passengers.

                                      I with my family was moving from patna to amritsar by flight no. 725 on 9th may 2021 according to guidelines issued by govt of Punjab. I and my family got antigen test with negative report. I was also ready for RAT at amritsar airport which was mentioned in guidelines of punjab govt and affidavit taken by this airlines
                                      but staffs of air india stopped us from boarding to flight. A legal action must be taken against staff of air india who were deputed at patna airport on 9th may 2021 for operating flight no. 725 for amritsar and also at earliest refund my ticket amount Rs. 13063 and fare between praygraj to patna of car 12000...

                                        I was having antigen test report as per state guidelines inspite of that staffs of your airlines didn't let us boarding I lost my worth Rs 13063 and Rs 12000 around car fare of allahabad to patna
                                        Take action against staffs on that day 9 may who were operating air india flight 725 patna to amritsar at patna air port and refund my amount 25063 at earliest
