AI had made announcement on AI website that cancellation fees are waived for my flight dates and full refund will be given.

No refund is made till date despite several emails (to [protected]@airindia.in) and phone calls. No response whatsoever.

    I am dealing 3 different flight cancellation trips with Air India for different dates. I suppose to take connecting International flight, I cannot wait to book other flight from other location. (details are below).

    By this way, I ended up with 3 cancellation of flights in few days. Send several refund requesting emails with reminder to [protected]@airindia.in. No response at all.

    Called Air India service desk. I can say, useless service. Call and repeat the whole story again and again to new receiver. Raise a ticket. Replay saying Air India will call back. Noting has happened. 3 months now.

    As an Indian, Air India is our identity airline to represent Internationally. Such experience and slow services is not a good example for ourselves and for nation.

    Flight was cancelled due to Covid situation by Airline
    Refund Status - Waiting for refund, Non Receipt of Refund yet.

        I am trying to reschedule my flight of AIR INDIA, but in spite of contacting the costumer care for 16-17 times for the last 4 days and waiting for 1 hour each call, my request for rescheduling is not processed. All they do is to let me wait for around an hour and then disconnect the call in between.
        Through this forum I request AIR INDIA to address my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

          Dear Team,

          On 13th July I tried to reschedule my flight from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai for 2nd August 2021 through my open e ticket. Customer service team assured that they have scheduled the ticket for the above mentioned date and I will get mail confirmation with PNR details within 24 hours, however I didn't receive any mail confirmation.

          I tried to reach out to customer service team on 14th July, but I was surprised to know that it was not scheduled on 2nd August 2021. I have recorded the entire conversation and can share as proof.

          This is pathetic customer experience.

            Sir I have booked tickets from Goa to Mumbai on 13 Apr 21 two passegers DD WAGHMARE and dk Mishra but system booked same passegers twice.which truble in travelling.and I m trying to cancel one ticket but system not accepting.
            Rather than how system can book same personal booking twice in same flight with same mobile number and email id.
            So kindly consider my request to canellation my one ticket which booked twice by same passegers name in same flight to avoide economical hardship to individual.

                I have not received my refund yet. I checked the status and it shows "Under process". As you have mentioned the refund amount will be credited in 4 weeks. I called air India support and they are mentioning that refund is made. Could you please verify and let me know. Please consider and refund it as it's a huge amount and I would like to have the trust in my future bookings.

                  I booked a return flight toronto-newdelhi-toronto
                  My initial date return from new delhi to toronto was in apr 08, 2021. Since Canada govt put ban Air India rescheduled our flights. Air india told as flight was cancelled they will give full refund.

                  They told us 21 days for refund, we are waiting since June 10th for the refund. Everytime we call air india they give us a service requests number and tell we will get a call about the status of refund but no one calls and no one emails us

                        I had booked International ticket from JFK to Hyderabad via Delhi .I had to cancel this journey as AirIndia had rescheduled flight from Delhi to Hyderabad and rescheduling caused wait time at Delhi of 7hrs 30 minutes.
                        As per Air India policy, I am supposed to full refund (Due to reschedule of flights by Air India) for my journey.
                        I had cancelled tickets on April 14th 2021. I have called 7+ times air India customer but still my refund is not processed.

                          I have booked my air india flight ticket for the travel from Frankfurt to Chennai for the date 07.10.2020. Air india cancelled all the flights between Germany and India upto oct 16, 2020. Since I went to India for an emergency case, I didn't want to reschedule my flight for the future dates. So I took another. Its been almost a year and I haven't got any refund from Air India. Whenever I talk to the customer care they tell to fill the complaint form and they will get back in two days and I have not got any update from them. Now they are telling the refund is done and I have not got it in my bank account. I tried mailing them with account statement and now again they don't reply. This is very hard and stressful.

                            I had booking from Pune to Delhi PNR: NF[protected] and Delhi to SFO PNR: NN[protected] dated June 26 2021. Because domestic flight got impacted due unknown reason the international flight was also needed me to cancel. Hence I request you to provide refund towards the cancelation of both the flights.

                            Call multiple times but every time got the same answers but no refund yet.

                            Both refund request submitted on 3 June by makemy trip.

                              I was booked an Air India ticket for the journey from Ranchi to Vadodara for the date 29.05.2021 of booking reference ZBV50 but Air India flight was not operated on 29.05.2021 on the above route and this was confirmed by Air India Ranchi airport on 22.05.2021 and due to this I select for ticket cancellation after asking by Air India and ticket cancelled on 22.05.2021 but refund amount has not been credited to my account till now after passing 48 days.                                 Its been a year since I have been behind you for my refund. I fill out all the details in your website. Sent all the documents. But still get no response from your e commerce team. I call you guys every mont to check the status but they end up giving different answera. Some say initiated. Some processing and some say not yet initiated. Your service is extremely annoying .

                                    Kindly refer to my Email dated 1st March 2021 regarding full refund of my air ticket (Booking reference No. HJMTM and refund case ID No.[protected] and your reply thereto dated 2nd March 2021 indicating that refund of my ticket has been initiated and have added the same in HIGH PRIORITY REFUND List.                                       I booked a flight from HYDERABAD TO TORONTO on May 10th due to travel ban cancelled my ticket and they said I'll get refund within 2/3 weeks and it's been nearly 2 months I still didn't get my refund so I want my refund from them

                                        It was asked to contact to Mr. Kunal Kumar (HR manager) and was asked to deposit a Refundable Interview Processing & Accommodation & AssuranceCovid-19 Test/E-pass Amount of Rs. 8999 (as mentioned in the letter). I talked to him and deposited the amount into the account number shared. He said it was a wrong amount transaction. Actual amount is Rs. 13, 139 (Rs. 8999 + 2520 (28%CGST) + 1620 (18% GST)). I did the transaction again. Again he said that it was a failed transaction and he asked me to resend the amount again. I did it again (Rs.13, 139) and then he confirmed it was transferred.

                                        After few days I contacted him via whatsapp and phone calls and he assured me that i will get the refund and the exact date and timings of the interview (as per my preferences suggested).

                                        But from 1st July, 2021 onwards, his phone is out of network area and he is not responding in whatsapp (91-[protected]). Thus I got confirmed that it was a fraud.

                                        I thus request the respective authority to take necessary action against this as early as possible.
