Refund for NIQAB & KUYYA pending

I had cancelled my booking (# BVPNJV) on Air India Express on 8 March 2020. After deducting penalties and other charges they are supposed to pay back 36, 834/- to my account. However it has been 6 months and after multiple intimations they have not bothered to give back my money. Complaint was raised to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in and [protected]@airindiaexpress.in several times....

My family planning to travel 19/08/2020 ccj to auh. Wife and daughter ok to board but unfortunately son not ok to board. Family is waiting 4 hrs in airport api mail not yet receive.
After your team said please contact api center abudhabi. After i will contact api toll free no api team said please contact your airline team. So clear air india express mistake. I need clarity for api before rescheduling my flight.

My refund is pending from a long time

Hello, i’ve been waiting for my refund from air india express since long. I’ve dropped couple of mails to aix, but they keep on telling that it’ll be credit to the source account in a couple of days. But refund isn’t happening. I cancelled my ticket on 14th july 2020 and was informed by customer care over call that credit will happen in two weeks of time. I even received the cancellation details over mail. Aix seems to be not reachable...

no refund after a month of cancellation

With reference to confirmation# rsoafo. This was cancelled on 24th of july and i still have received my refund. I used my credit card to make this purchase and it would be great if i could get the refund at the earliest. I am here with attaching the itinerary for your reference. Refund not received yet

I have cancelled my ticket booked with Air India on March 30th 2020 due to the Covid 19 situation. It has been 138 days and I have not yet received the refund. Even after sending multiple mails and numerous calls to the customer care, the response was not at all satisfactory.

I booked tickets to travel back to mumbai from qatar. Due to covid-19 all flights were cancelled and i got a chance to travel back to india through embassy & ngo chartered flight. As we are tried to purchase a ticket in vande bharath mission through airindia express on july 10th but due to some technical error we are not received pnr and confirmation email but amount 2850 aed approximately 58000 inr. On march 17, 202o, initiated the requested for full refund for my doha-kochin and back to doha return flights.

My name is nikita, air india expressed deducted money for my travel. My pnr is polmip, they did not issue any ticket to me. So i had to reserve with other airline and now its 10 days and no response from them on my refund. Its such a bad company. Being an indian company, i really am feeling bad on the airline i trusted.
Now my money is stuck around 30 k and they are just not responding.
Even the call centres are pathetic...

not providing refunds for my tickets as i wont be travelling anymore

Hi,
I had 2 air india bookings doha to trivandrum (Pnr vfleme) and trivandrum to doha (Pnr : cdlxts). I have cancelled all my travel plans and donot wish to travel anytime in future. Air india is neither allowing me to use this money to book other tickets nor giving me full refund. The only option they give is a free date change, which i can use as i am not going to trv anymore....
