With reference to confirmation# rsoafo. This was cancelled on 24th of july and i still have received my refund. I used my credit card to make this purchase and it would be great if i could get the refund at the earliest. I am here with attaching the itinerary for your reference. I have not received any email communication form airindia express either.

I have called your customer service department everyday for the past 15 days and have emailed below address 11 times but no one replies.,

Still No reply from their Customer service team. When I called the CS team they are Yelling and screaming at me asking me to wait and they cant do anything.
I've been waiting for 6 months now for my money!! had cancelled in March 8th 2020 much before the lockdown. They don't intend to pay it seems, just delaying.

    I have cancelled my ticket booked with Air India on March 30th 2020 due to the Covid 19 situation. It has been 138 days and I have not yet received the refund. Even after sending multiple mails and numerous calls to the customer care, the response was not at all satisfactory.

      Dear sir,
      I tried to book a ticket for the date 15th august 2020. From trivandrum to sharjah. But before do payment i received a document like flight ticket. Then i did the payment. Then it shown payment successful. But this ticket confirmation number showing 6 letter. My bank account showing that payment amount is in hold. I would like to know the status of my booking. After 1 days that hold amount is released at it is payed to account name citrusp*al mumbai. Please refund my money.

        I booked tickets to travel back to mumbai from qatar. Due to covid-19 all flights were cancelled and i got a chance to travel back to india through embassy & ngo chartered flight. So, my tickets which were cancelled due to covid-19 i request you to process my refund as i dont have any more plans to travel abroad or use that tickets. There is no proper replies from air india express people.

          Pnr : cwiaum

          On 16th july 2020 ix1637 flight, my family boarding was denied for kids in chennai airport for kids not having covid negative certificate is misleading by airline check-in staff & airindia express blog also not says abt kids that time

          I like to draw your attention check attachment 1st july itself when abudhabi residents back to uae not only from india other nationality residents also for under 12 yrs kids no covid test for abudhabi see details in attached file, ai express without proper update denied my family boarding, i am not here to blame airline staff or airline, my main aim i suggest ai express to keep proper update in clear always i raised greivance here for refund only

          In uae, different emirates so requirements different to other emirate don't compare abudhabi with dubai destination requirements as ours is abudhabi final destination we should be in that govt requirement only but your airline not updated that time only specified uaeoverall each emirate have different regulations, always under 12 yrs kids are exempted from covid test on pre departure is always keen by abudhabi govt authorities

          Ai express have to refund the unused ticket as they denied our travel without proper update check attached file it says in abudhabi 1st july 2020

          Even abudhabi national carrier that time etihad also no need covid test for under 12 yrs kids

            Ticket booking reference ulnnqb (Ticket copy attached)
            Initial ticket was booked on 22nd february for the travel dated 12th april. Due to the lockdown in india ticket was rescheduled for the travel dated 21st july. Due to the covid-19 situation in india, requested for the ticket cancellation link on 30th june. Air india team is repeatedly asking me to reschedule the ticket at a later stage. They are replying like a robot without reading the contents of the email.

            I have explained to the air india express team that i have no travel plans since my employer has advised not to plan any travel until further notice.

            I here by requesting your team to escalate the matter air india express team for the ticket cancellation link and provide the refund.

              Dear sir,

              As we are tried to purchase a ticket in vande bharath mission through airindia express on july 10th but due to some technical error we are not received pnr and confirmation email but amount 2850 aed approximately 58000 inr. On the same day i sent multiple email to customer are of airindia express with all details and requested to cancel my transaction and initiate refund.

              On 21st july i received email from customer care with confirmation and pnr #qhqeuo. Due to some medical issues and no feedback from air india express i booked ticket in emirates i travelled back to india.

              I keep requesting for refund but they are not responding and keep sending email if pnr confirmation the number they provided of call center is not reachable.

              Requesting for support and justice to get the amount refund on t will be a great help in the current situation.

                On march 17, 202o, initiated the requested for full refund for my doha-kochin and back to doha return flights.

                Pnr no lieara and usudaa (2448 qatar riyals/ 61921indian rs)

                so far i have not recieved the amount.

                I lost my job in qatar . I have to close my credit card after receiving my refund in credit card back before i leave qatar.

                I have send several mails . No responses. My 6000 qatar riyal is stuck here.

                Authorities please do some positive action

                they are not refunding anyone it seems. I had cancelled ticket on 8th Mar 2020. Yet to get money back. Their helpdesk is just playing delay tactics

                  My name is nikita, air india expressed deducted money for my travel. My pnr is polmip, they did not issue any ticket to me. So i had to reserve with other airline and now its 10 days and no response from them on my refund. Its such a bad company. Being an indian company, i really am feeling bad on the airline i trusted.
                  Now my money is stuck around 30 k and they are just not responding.
                  Even the call centres are pathetic

                      My name is kunjimeeravu few months before I booked ticket in Air India express (Muscat to kochi and return) but unfortunately due to covid 19 I canceled my booking( 2nd May 2020). But still I didn't get my ticket refund. I called my times on customer care executive they quir my reason and they canceled my call too. I am a Indian working in Oman. Please consider my application and take the very immediate action on the above team.

                        Hi,
                        I had 2 air india bookings doha to trivandrum (Pnr vfleme) and trivandrum to doha (Pnr : cdlxts). I have cancelled all my travel plans and donot wish to travel anytime in future. Air india is neither allowing me to use this money to book other tickets nor giving me full refund. The only option they give is a free date change, which i can use as i am not going to trv anymore.

                          I had a booked ticket with air india express 22nd february 2020 for the travel dated 12th april from dubai/mangalore. Due to covid-19 lockdown and travel restrictions ticket was rescheduled to travel date 21st july on 1st april. Due to the current situation, my employer advised not plan any travel until further notice. Hence i am requesting air india express to provide the cancellation link since 30th june. Despite of explaining clearly at least 5 times, i am receiving standard reply : unable to refund, please reschedule.

                            Hi,
                            I wanted to cancel my flight on 13th july 2020 to dubai with pnr jzgiqt but sadly there is no cancellation option on the air india express booking site as it only allows to change or modify date and seat under manage my booking.

                            I tried hard to reach the two 24x7 customer care numbers provided on 11th july and again today on 12th july but no answer. I wrote emails to customer care 45 hours before the flight departure, then to the nodal officer and last to the appeleate authority but no reply whatsoever.

                            Since there is a time period policy applicable for cancellation and refund it is highly critical to get cancellation confirmation in time to be assured about the refund.

                            Still waiting for the airline to respond with cancellation and refund confirmation.

                            Hello Sir/Madam,

                            In response to my above complaint registered through this platform, Air India Nodal officer finally responded by offering a travel voucher valid till August 2021, which I had thankfully acknowledged.

                            However, in wake of the second wave of COVID infections rising across India again, I do not think it wise to plan discretionary travel and requested the Air India Nodal office on email for a payment refund instead.

                            As usual, Air India Nodal officer is too big and busy to respond to customer requests and my emails are unanswered.

                            Kindly help me to get back my payment back please.

                                  As i mentioned in subject, i'm trying to book ticket on 9th july 2020 on air india express special charter flight dated 22/july/2020. After providing all the necessary payment details, error shows like booking not confirmed. But from account the money was deducted for ticket.

                                  I hope air india team will resolve this hopefully.

                                    I have one air ticket issued for my friend paid from my bank account. The flight was cancelled by airline due to covid outbreak. Even though it was not passenger's mistake, we agreed to charge applicable penalty while processing refund through airline's web page. It has been more than 80 days since we processed since the refund initiated, but so far the amount did not credit to our account. I wrote many times to airline for this, all i get was a pre printed reply "applicable refund amount will be processed to the card holder’s account shortly."
                                    I'm fed up with this
