I have called up air india executive to cancel my tickets booked for september 2021, booked on 4th september and cancelled on 5 september at 12 pm.

1. Without final confirmation ticket was cancelled. I am yet to recieved ticket cancelled mail from them
2 Even after cancellation after a wait time of 30 mins..the air india executive asks to fill feedback form.
3 tired filling form thrice, everytime I submit it says something went wrong.

Terrible that the customer care has denied to raise refund request but cancelled my ticket without final approval.

Please look into this matter looks like they are doing fraud with frequent flyer customer tooo

I have booked the Air ticket from CCJ to DOH (PNR#YJKJUG) and it was cancelled on 31 July 2021. The Amount is still not yet credited back to my account.

I was supposed to travel from Mangalore to Bahrain on 21/06/2021 but cancelled the ticket on 16/06/2021 due to personal reasons.

Ever since I have been following up with Air India Express regarding the refund and no proper response is provided for the same. I have been continuously e mailing them on [protected]@airindiaexpress.in and [protected]@airindiaexpress.in. Also I have been calling their call center and there is no proper response and no body bothers to provide a concrete solution.

Kindly look into the subject matter and request you to resolve the same at the earliest.

I had booked three tickets through Air India Express in the year 2019 & 2020. Flights were cancelled due to the pandemic & So, I cancelled the air ticket also. I have been communicating with them since the cancellation. Still I did not get the refund .

I haven't received my ticket refund amount. It’s been already seven months and there is no action from the customer care and finance team.
My flight was cancelled by Air India express itself and until now I didn’t get my refund. Please resolve this issue ASAP

I had cancelled an air ticket on August 8th but still now didn't get the refund. Spoke multiple times with customer service and emailed also to Nodal team but still now no response from either side. Nodal team chief manager Mr Aby George said the refund will be done within in 7 to 10 working days which was on 10 of august but still now I haven't received the payment. PNR NWJCWD. No one is giving exact information and giving the refund also. Need an immediate intervention in this matter as its been more than 18 days that I have cancelled my ticket.

I haven't received my ticket refund amount. It’s been already six months and there is no response from the customer care team.
My flight was cancelled by air india express itself and until now I didn’t get my refund.

Air India cancel the flight and not refunded my money so far I lost some financial commitment and lost 2 lacs which I want air India to compensate along with refund else I will go to consumer forum

I have booked a ticket on 3rd August 2021 from Air india express website and ticket fare was INR 46, 963.77 and made online transaction through UAE Citi Bank credit card as per customer service it will be AED 2320 but Air India Express charged AED 2594.75 which means around 250 AED more they charged..There is no reply for the mails which i sent.

Pls try to solve this issue.

I had booked a flight through your Airline having PNR : OQNVSF (Air India Express)
Sector: Lucknow - Dubai
Departure Date: Mon-09july 2021

I got my flight rescheduled without been informed to me. However, as the new flight reschedule is inconvenient to me because I won't be able to board on that flight as my visa is getting expired on 17th of July
I talked to the costumer service and they subjected me that I will get informed prior to any change made or I will be refunded but I haven't received any calls or e-mail through your side.

I have cancelled the flight ticket before the due date and called your call center multiple times for a refund.
I have been told all these while that the refund will happen in a weeks’ time. However I couldn’t get it in the last 1 months.

Hope atleast by this complaints, i get a genuine response on my refund.

DUE TO COVID FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. I HAVE PAID TICKET PRICE BUT AS PER AIRLINE STILL DID NOT GET REFUND YET.

I have made my flight booked in March 2021 and cancelled the ticket due to some issues and I should receive the refund amount of INR 40, 000.00. till date I have not received the refund amount. several emails I wrote to customer care and they do not care for the emails also. I would like to approach court if they do not pay me soon. My ticket confirmation no ITPZNQ.

I would like to bring your attention towards the problems I faced on 22.07.2021.
As u know Qatar is one of the rapidly growing country and my intense desire check for the business opportunities forced me to take on arrival visa to Qatar.

Yesterday[protected] at 11.pm my sister and family was going to qatar but after getting thier boarding pass they were not allowed to travel bcs the infant doesn't have visa in qatar airways they doesn't have any problem but all the problem was with the air india team my sister was carrying 3 children she and my brother-in-law has suffered alot by air India express team. If you haven't take any action we would go for further case.

The payment was done through netbanking and cancellation was raised on 2nd Feb 2021.

I have been following up for refund for past 6 months and I only standard reply of will soon come back
