non refund for a cancelled flight and non issuance of flight cancelled certificate

I have booked three tickets in an air india flight ai 9805 (Pnr no h3ed1) from delhi to kulu on 11th oct 2018 through paytm, booking id [protected].

On 11th oct 2018 we boarded the flight ss per schedule. The flight was flown for kulu but half the way diverted to chandigarh air port due to bad weather. The crew of the flight informed that the flight is not going to kulu and advised that passengers may continue their journey...

baggage damage

I am rahul puliyakkadan travelled in ix 814 with pnr no ixkckk from dubai to mangalore on 6th oct 2018. During my travel my baggage got damaged (Number locked baggage damaged when airport staff tried to open it for a robbery). Air india express is responsible for this kind of robbery attempts. This is really punishable offense and can never be forgotten.

I was forced to cancel my air india express booking uteeyr (Attached) because of the kerala floods and
Because the kochi airport was shut down during the scheduled flight date and there was no way my
Daughter could reach the trivandrum or kozhikode airports due to the floods. I did the cancellation on
14/8/2018

It is now 14 days since cancellation

Till date the refund...

complaint about refund

I booked the both way ticket on 26th July 2018 from air India express with my credit card the amount of 10, 000rs same time I cancelled the one way ticket so far refund was not made from Air India express, but Abudhabi Bank fine me for the late payment of 2800 rupees, Please help me to find the solution .

refund of ticket amount

I had paid rs 9197/- to air india express on 21/7/18 thru icici bank account (Transaction id - [protected]).
The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not issued.
Now i have made alternative arrangements and don't want the ticket anymore.
I tried to contact airline office in pune but they said the refund will be paid with in 2 working days. So far nothing is done.

refund of fee paid for rescheduling as rescheduling could not be done

I have made the payment of inr 2482.50 for re-scheduling via customer care with payzapp reference no as[protected]. However, rescheduling couldn’t be done due to some issue. Accordingly, i have made the booking via online website.

baby stroller front wheels broken

lost my baggage, and no updates since a month - file reference - bomai31376

Our flight ix 248 from dubai to mumbai was delayed by 5and a half hrs and we werent even informed.
Also, after waiting for more than 6hrs on the airport, they inform that there is a further delay by 1.5hrs!

100 issues: everything is pathetic

This complaint is for air india express. The airline is sooo pathetic that they do not inform customers of a 3 hour flight delay. The flight gets delayed further and they still don’t care to inform. When questioned on any concierge services or waiting room area, the dubai airport manager says she has no such facility. They don’t have baggage services or refreshment services. I was travel from bahrain to kozhikode on 29-nov-2017 ix474 with paid seat #1f. I have checked baggage 21kg and hand carry less than 7kg as per airlines law. Unfortunately all cabin are fully (Mostly passengers carrying more than 10kg in hand, i noticed that) and i did not get space inside the air craft. One of the your ground staff come to me very roughly and roodly asked to put my hand carry in luggage with out my permission....
