    On 1st july, i was booking a return flight for my family through air india express website online and paid the payment amount online using bank muscat card. Omr 232.800 debited from my bank account, but air india express website popped up with some error and i did not receive the air india express confirmation booking at that particular time.
    Please can you check and advice as i haven't received any feedback from airlines. Next day i re-booked the return ticket again after paying another omr 232.800

    Request to refund the amount debited initially from my account for incomplete transaction.

    Online booking time (Oman time - 22:25 or india time 23:55) on 1st july

      My wife is a regular passenger in this flight from TRV to CCJ (to and fro) on a weekly basis

      On 08/07/2019, it is delayed by two hours but there is no prior intimation. Some times she has to wait in the airport, without having any intimation from the authorities. This is not an odd incident. This happens at least once or twice in a month

      It is quite annoying that an airline of Air India flag has such an irresponsible and annoying behaviour in the operations. The operations department should consider the inconvenience and loss happened to the passengers, because of this behaviour

      PLEASE DO SOMETHING FROM THE MANAGEMENT SIDE TO MAKE SURE A RESPONSIBLE OPERATION OF FLIGHT

        Before it was 30kg check in baggage from UAE to india. now online booking it is 20kg.but ticket fare high. Y u will give option for 20 and 30kg.u can make it direct 30kg like other airlines. When v book online v don't know it is 20kg. After booking in d written ticket it shows 20kg.butstill high price. Not organised. no proper food service. Overall not good service at all. But price very high.
        Club Factory order SO[protected] June.Quality of shoes is very poor. I want refund. I have complained on the day I received and also on June 13th through messenger n Facebook. Till date no response. Pl collect the shoes n would like to have refund.

          I travelled by AIR INDIA EXPRESS ON 04th JUNE, 2019 from MUSCAT TO CALICUT by IX 350. On reaching Calicut, I realised that ONE BAGGAGE was missing and lodged a complaint vide Air India Office vide COMPLAINT TAG NO. AII68570 - [protected] (SEQ No. 1, 5/88) - Name SAHIKH/MUHAMMAD M, Kozhikode. To my absolute disappointed TILL NOW I have not received the missing luggage and in spite of calling several times, I am getting replies that I would be informed but no luck so far. It is very disappointing and unprofessional that ever after more than one week, your staff could not locate the baggage till now. I am living in Mangalore and I do not know how you people are going to reach me the luggage.

            I was travelled air indian express on 6th may 2019 from trivandrm to kochi (Ai 466 06may koc 91) and kochi to jiddah (Ai 963 06may jed 6) and my luggages were missed in between i were travelled in connected flight from kochi to jeddah when arrived kochi i traing to collect my luggage its not on belt and checked baggage assistance of air india they said dont worry u will collect at jeddah air port when i reached jeddah i realised that my luggages not at there its not arrived and i checked with air india duty manager he said they did not get any updation about it and our luggage will get tomorrow today 10-5-910 till i did not get my baggeges and dont any updation about from air india do the need full and i registered complaint to saudi ground aervice company the give air jed office nmbr we are traing to contact them till not anwering it please so the need full

              On 20th april i was checkin in dammam airport i got bording pass and my laguage as per allowed 30+7
              I did checkin.. Before checkin they cheked bag and allowed inside

              Once i reach gate pass there is one staff start to argue me that i have exceed bagage, have to pay 150 and take my pass,, but i refuced to pay because i dnt have much exceed laguage, also am sure that i have around 7 kg, i asked many time to take measure but he didnt.
              Staff just argue to pay him finaly 100 riyal, and he not allowed to enter flight, i went to flight door, but staff stopped me and said this lugage you cant carry by hand, i asked reason, he still stayed to pay him 100.. Finaly i agreed to give my hand bag to lugage, but not money. The guy give me slip and said collect from mangaluru airport.
              I waited my lugage and i didn't received, i go to customer care,, they show me that they got mail,, my bagage exceed the limit and passenger not paid for it so bag hold in damamm, pasanger have to pay 300 sar.. I'm surprised.. If staff warning me in damam if lugage hold means i will be pay him 100 riyal that he asked..
              After 5 days my bagage arrived but if i release i have to pay 300 sar (6k inr)
              Am ready to pay if i get reason of hold and verify about exceed,
              But in mangalur airport laguage department not authorize to verify.
              Kindly need your support and action.. Thank you

                Regarding the refund request which you had approved; when we approached our branch, they informed us that there has been no intimation received by your bank instructing sbi to credit back the money which was incorrectly deducted from us.

                Kindly address the issue with priority as it has been quite a long time since the erroneous transaction has occurred and there has been numerous number of communications regarding this issue till date.

                This is utterly disappointing from a customer perspective to see such an unprofessional approach taken by a reputable airliner like yours.

                  Dear sir,
                  I am writing to make you aware of a recent extremely aggravating experience i had with a member of the flight crew on the flight from lucknow to dubai. It happened on ix 193 on 8th april 2019. As soon as the plane had gained altitude, i observed that the first row had two vacant seats. I had earlier enquired at the check in counter to upgrade my seat asking for first row. The check in counter person told me to check with the cabin crew for the same. I approached the cabin attendant mr. Bharti das asking for the same. As soon as we began to talk, i noticed he had a rude and rather arrogant manner, and certainly stood in sharp contrast to the other airline crew members who rather have soft and pleasant tones. He denied the whole request saying that it’s a paid seat and we cannot give you. I was ready to pay the charges and told him the same and the things progressed from that point and his very rude behaviour was apparent. The flight purser mr. Bharti das who has long forgone his age of being a flight attendant was continuing to argue about this. It was beyond my anticipation to receive such misbehaviour and felt like a beggar, begging for seat. This is not a professional way to deal with your passengers. Just for your information in past 6 months i have travelled by air india express several times to same destination lko-dxb and dxb-lko due to some medical emegencies back home. I would be providing my details and you could retrieve the data from your side. Nevertheless i can provide the data to you too. Suffice it to say that if we had not been on a plane, i would have done what anyone would do when faced with a rude server, whether he is in a restaurant, a hotel or elsewhere. But, as a good citizen knows, in these times when issues of security are paramount, you can’t make a fuss of any kind in mid-flight. So i am writing to you about it now to let you know that i expect you will reprimand that man, whose name is mr. Bharti das and let him know he ruined the flight for me. I fly that same route fairly frequently, and i hope to be able to continue to do so, but if i encounter another employee like him, i’ll have to stop using your airline and look for a different way to make the trip.

                  I will be sharing this service experience on my company website and social media platforms too. I would also look forward to sharing the airline’s repsonse in a future on my personal and company and social media platforms.

                  the passenger has a duty to attach evidences of his status "passenger",
                  apart of his full name, address, contact email or phone, namely

                  - e-ticket related to exact air carrier flight,

                  - boarding pass related to exact air carrier flight,

                  - your own complaint addressed to the air carrier.

                  Kindly note,
                  a passenger is entitled to chose a seat before the check-in procedure is over, not after the check-in procedure, upon the change of the seat is granted by the cabin crew.

                  The "rude behavior", committed by anyone against you, is not seen from such complaint.

                  You can hire the lawyer for agreed fee or a legal professional,
                  if you wish to process with the breach of your personal right, during the exact flight,
                  to the court of India or o[censored]AE.

                    For one of the passenger, the lastname has been given as an initial
                    Not complete name. I have requested airline to include expanded lastname instead of initial by sharing the required documents.

                    Airline customer care advised me to cancel and rebook bearing the cancellation charges.

                    Other airline (Booked for 11th apr) did this, with free of...

                    Hi,

                    My cousin in working in kapico maruthi motors showroom, at chennai kilpauk, they didn't give 3 months salary to all employees working there, when people are asked for salary means they are giving multiple reasons and also didn't give refunds for some customers, all are middle class family members, when they are asking for salary means they are not responding.

                    Request you to take immediate action and do the need to all employees.

                      My name is dr vidhya vinod, my baby (14 months old) and i travelled to kannur from sharjah on 16 march 12.30 pm - flight ix 744. My baby has been sick, i was flying home on a emergency without checked in baggages. I did travel with a cabin permissible stroller called yoyo (Which can be folded and it would look like a cabin baggage with a cover). I have always traveled with this stroller across the world. Yesterday when we arrived at the boarding gate it was almost 45 minutes before we were let in, i stood in the queue to be boarded all that time in the front as the baby was sick and to go and settle in quickly. Lady who checks into the flight asked me to board last as my seat is in row 2. I requested her to allow after the wheel chair passengers were let in as i don't want to go back to the end of the queue with the sick baby as i have been in the queue for 40 minutes or so and i proceeded to the plane.

                      Normally they allow babies and families to board the plane first. I requested her a few times to let me in. I have had stroller, baby, my handbag and baby bag so i didn't want to go back and wait again.
                      My first non adherence lead to various events. I was treated like a criminal upon reaching the plane.
                      Lady who was letting the passengers board the flight had then called in the ground staff via her walkie talkie/cordless phone and alerted everyone that there is a 'lady (I) coming who did not respect her words to board the aircraft last.
                      Later i apologized to the lady and crew in the plane too.

                      Air-hostess ordered my cabin baggage (Stroller) to be taken out then i pleaded not to do so as i need to go and it is a permissible cabin baggage. Airhostess then called the captain the great mr rizwan kaleel who then started to show off his authority and started to dictate his terms.
                      'you may traveled with this stroller but i refuse to accept in my flight'
                      'who are you to dis-obey the staff', 'i want to teach you a lesson'
                      I will make sure that you get your baggage last atleast you spend 2 hours in the airport' you cannot disobey my staff and have a pleasant journey' if your child is sick who asked you then fly for 4 hours' i don't care if this stroller is allowed or not you can't create your own rules' 'i will throw you and your baggage out '.

                      He then called on to the ground staff to take my stuff out of the plane. I was there pleading, requesting, explaining to every person, passengers who were boarding thought that i did some crime, they made me not to sit until the flight was about to take off.
                      This was a punishment given to me for standing in the queue for long and to have boarded the aircraft. My stroller was literally thrown out.

                      Although couple of ground staff tried to explain the air hostess that this is a permissible stroller in cabins but she didn't pay any heed nor the captain. Supervisory ground staff also asked me to just sort of shut up in my language 'malayalam' to give a note as to why my hand baggage is taken out? They treated me like a dog.

                      Great customer care provided by air india for boarding the flight with the baby. The lady with whom i disobeyed gave a smile for the punishment i was given. I was made all the time to wait near the kitchen,

                      Most of my onward journey i was crying for something i did nothing wrong. Upon reaching kannur my stroller came last with almost not in a usable condition as they may have loaded heavy stuff on it.
                      It came as a last piece and all the emergency i had to reach, the purpose of traveling without the checked in baggage was defeated.

                      Our own indian crew and captain didn't bother about the service,

                        1. I asked for water prior to take off, she told she will served me shortly and she never returned.
                        Hostess attire - pant and long shirt

                        2. Again i asked for water second time to 2nd air hostess, while she was carrying some water bottles to serve to other passengers, indicating me she will serve shortly and never returned.
                        Hostess attire - saree.

                        3. On collecting the remains of meals, the hostess this time a man, disapproved and complaint why the box was open and the bottles on the tray table with anger.

                        Please note i am a senior citizen and am traveling by air for over 40 years to various destinations. I don’t like the attitude and the behaviors of the air hostesses. Their prime duty is to serve the passengers and not to treat as their servants.

                        Request you to please look into this matter.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am an NRI residing in United Arab Emirates, I had been on a recent trip to INDIA for 2 weeks and returned on Saturday, 23rd February 2019 back to Dubai, UAE from Kochi.

                          Let me congratulate the Airport management and staff for being the first greener Airport in the whole World. I am great admirer of Cochin Airport management, on the various initiatives of Solar, Green Airport etc. I had seen similar model way back in Reliance in Jamnagar, Gujarat where road side and idle land places near the refineries are put to great use and just giving birth to Reliance greens way back say 15/20 years.

                          I would like to place before you a incidence which happened with me in the Kochi Airport, which would like to put forth you to decide, which might help the management in improving the standards of the Airport. If you think otherwise, you can just ignore the below message just accepting the compliments in the first Para.

                          I had travelled form Cochin to Dubai on Air India Express flight and had a unpleasant experience with the check in staff in the counter in the Airport. I was travelling with my wife and Son and we had checked in the luggage and got the boarding pass, At that point of time, he asked us about the hand luggage and I showed both the hand luggages what we had which was 9 Kgs each. I said that its well within the allowed limit of 7Kgs X 3 nos (including my Son) which was 21 Kgs, However I had put the same in 2 bags as he was just 8 years old and cannot carry. He said that this is not allowed as the max luggage per bag is only 7 Kg. I agreed with him that the max luggage is 7 kgs, however since its was a child who will not be able to carry 7 Kg, we had accommodated the 4Kgs in the 3rd bag in to our bags as (7 +2) 9 kgs. He said that this cannot be allowed. I informed him that we have travelled many times in the past and we never had an issue regards this and we are hearing this for the first time. The counter staff was still adamant and took back our Boarding pass and informed that you reduce the same and come and then only he will hand over the boarding pass.

                          At this point of time, I informed him that you cannot hold my boarding pass for a hand baggage issue and that too where the weight is within the total limits of 7 kg each passenger. I shall go inside and re arrange the bags and take out the 2 Kgs extra from each bag and put it in the third bag. he initially did not allow, I then had to inform him to call his supervisors as this cannot be allowed. I have the privilege to go inside the lounge and sit comfortably and shift the bags, at the end he had to give me the same as there was no justice on his side to hold my boarding passes.

                          Subsequently, after completing the Immigration and Security, I could shift few things to my laptop bag. Again just as I reached the gates, a Lady staff came to me and checked whether I had shifted my things for which I confirmed to her. After crossing the Gates and on the way to the flight, the same staff was there and he again stopped me and said that usually he never allows anyone and next time onwards he will not allow and all those things, I was with my family and didn't want to create an embarrassing situation as I had been returning back Dubai after the death of my Father in law and didn't want to enter in to an argument with the staff in front my wife and son.

                          Now I would like to raise the following points and would also like to know few things on the rules which will help me also in the future.

                          1. How can he stop my Boarding pass for the hand baggage at the check in counter. - Assume that I had normal 7 kgs and I do a duty free purchase later and put it in the same bag to make it 9 Kg (still within the limits), What control is the counter staff having and how is it being controlled?

                          2. I would like to know when we travel with Kids and infants, wont the children or infants allowance be allowed to be carried by us, I am not clubbing the entire additional 7kg (mine) and 7Kg (child in one bag, its just the 2 kgs what have I put in my bag, Can not the airline accommodate such cases (considering child/infants)

                          3. In the gates, when the lady had come to check, he should have checked my baggage weight and allowed me and there is no need to give me a speech and Gyan on how to carry things.

                          4. This particular staff was very show in checkin and the average time what he was taking each individual passenger was much higher than other staffs, he was unnecessarily checking each passengers Hand baggage (where as this should be checked and advised them or should ideally been checked at the Gates)

                          5. When we travel Air India or Air India Express, An image of national carrier of INDIA is been given and its very important to ensure that all staffs are very polite and convey only what is required as part of his/her job and avoid unnecessarily dialogues in terms of giving advices.

                          6. I am sure that he has not merits in holding my Boarding pass at the check in counter for Hand baggage issue, nor to talk to me so rudely. If he was acting in real sense within the rules and regulations, he would not have allowed me and would have held me right there.

                          7. Lastly, I would request you to give sufficient training and customer Service trainings to such staffs else he will tarnish the image of the Airport, Airlines and CORPORATE INDIA.

                          This email is written in the best interest to keep up the standards of our Airports, Airlines and TEAM INDIA. Unfortunately I do not have the name of the staff, However this can be easily tracked by you finding out who had checked in my below tickets in the Airlines on that day.

                            My flight from mumbai to doha was delayed for over 8 hours. I had to get a new flight as i was only in doha for a short time. I was promised a refund and received nothing. My flight was ix243 on the 1st november 2018 my pnr reference is aipaaq. I was sent emails and texts informing me of the delays with no reason why. I was stuck at mumbai airport hungry and tired and wasn’t allowed to be issued a boarding pass to enter the main airport to eat. It was 6am and the only option was burger king which was closed

                              Pls be inform that 31/01/2019 from 8:10 am flight delay frm tvm and after coming to calicut this flight has to go 10:55 am. But still flight didn't arrived. Now they are telling flight is delay and expecting to come frm dubai 14:15 pm. This flight is shameless and the staff of air india express irresponsible staff. Which have no information about what they are doing.

                              I repeat this is a shameless flight. It will never gain.

                                We flew airindia express from calicut to al ain on 10th january 2019. We booked the front row seat but did not get it. We paid extra 790 per ticket but got the last row seat. I would like to get the money back please.
                                We booked the front row seat because we are elderly people who need some convenience during flight. Its very unfair that we pay for the front row seat and somebody else sit on it!
                                There is no prove that anonymous passenger used the flight and paid for the exct seat.

                                  Complaint against inhuman attitude of air india express airlines staff at counter of indira gandhi airport t3 terminal

                                  My son devansh gupta and his friend fazle rahman ejazi (Both students of iit) got a ticket booked from delhi to coimbatore with ticket pnr - hlumxr for flight on 27.12.2018. The flight was scheduled for 6.55 pm. They entered the airport on 5.15 pm but they stood in air india flight queue. But after wasting 20 minutes in that queue they were told that they should report in air india express queue. At 6.05 pm they reached at the air india express counter, but the staff sitting there at the counter, with some evil intentions wasted some more time by being involved in some unproductive work and in the meantime they allotted the seats to some other passangers after charging more amount of which some part may be bribe and they allotted seats to their own persons. Then they told my son and his friend that their seats are already allotted to others and they are late. My son and his friend were there at the counter at 6.05 pm, well before time but your airline staff intentionally wasted time to arrange money for their pockets. Please enquire into the matter and take strict action against the erring staff. I make a complaint to you to refund full amount of tickets.
                                  All stories with the refence to 3rd party (like my relative) are gossips, not complaint as
                                  you do not own any document in you hand which proves any trip attempt.

                                  The solution to hire a professional who is able to assist to start a civil case in local court only.

                                  The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
                                  - government fees [ from 2500 ruppes ] + own efforts,
                                  - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~6000 rupees] + own efforts
                                  The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by judgement.

                                  I am not associated with the above air carrier / government.

                                    My wife traveled to Muscat on visit visa and she cancelked her retun ticker after arriving. After the cancelation waited for 10-15 days to credit the amont but nothing happned. We send several reminders their is any response from Air india. Their website is totally useless.
