I wish to file a complaint with Air India Management on the lax approach shown to passengers on the Trivandrum to Mumbai Sector on January 3rd, 2017.
AI 668 was originally scheduled to depart at 20:10 pm on January 3rd, 2017. We were notified of an hour delay in departure on January 3rd, at 8:05 am, about 12 hours prior to departure.
Later, there were five other notices sent out to passengers notifying them of further delays totaling a five hour delay.
During the interim, passengers continued to make inquiries at the terminal, ground office, as well as the online, on the AI arrival information portal . To everyone's disbelief and shock even the ground staff continued to share misinformation about the incoming AI 667 flight from Mumbai to Trivandrum.
According to the flight tracking site, the flight AI 667 showed three times as having departed from Mumbai on the night of January 3rd, 2017, before retracting their statement.
I wanted to point out the lax information portals of Air India that continued to pass on conflicting data to stranded passengers.
The airport staff had very little to say to substantiate their many claims of departure and arrival time changes.
Later, on further query, some of the staff members let on that this particular flight sector has experienced such delays in prior days and that they were covering up for the mismanagement .
So this has caused great concern to me as a fellow passenger that the management has ignored the systematic problem and done very little to resolve this travel dilemma of innocent passengers booked on Air India flights in this sector.
I would request that officals overseeing this sector take into account this particular issue and take immediate steps to ensure that passengers are not falsely let on to book on Air India under the fake promise of ensuring timely flight services.

    then now 12.15 still im inside aircraft more than 1.30 hours inside aircraft
    no any proper explanation from your staff
    im really disappointed in this jouney because tomorrow morning 30.12.2016 i have some important meeting in india

      I have booked the Doha Kochi flight for 23 rd Dec 2016 . Pnr D306K3 .The flight is delayed by 2 hours and the service is being provided only upto Kozhikode and no arrangements are being made by the airline for the final destination.
      This appears to be a practice with
      Henever the Bahrain kozhikode-cochineal flight gets booked with kochi passengers other passengers are dumped .
      I am looking for the airline to make the transport for the kochi passengers from kozhikode either by road or air or to reimburse all the expenses for the delays physical and mental agony and the additional cost.
      Also the airline needs to look into the operational aspects as this was the first time I was using this service and find that the airline lacks the business ethics

        My seat was booked on an air India flight on 3 Dec, while checking in for departures the staff informs that I cannot board the flight as the aircraft is small and now overbooked, I had to reach trivandrum via this flight by 12 pm and also had booking at hotel which are not refundable, the staff here has no answer and no solution for the inconvenience caused.pathetic poor services from air India
        Please provide redressal for complaint or I shall take the matter to ministry of India also if required.
        I have made an online booking from airindiaexpress.in, unfortunately amount was deducted twice from my debit card. From one month I am calling customer care and sending emails about the issue, but no further action taken yet. As per customer care executive it takes 14 days to refund one of the payment in case for double payment for single booking.

          After getting the boarding pass we two passengers namely komath zakkeer hussain, [boarding no. 133;flight ix 419;seat no.27b; 22/09/2016:cok to auh] and mundanvalappil ayithrumon;[boarding no.20 ;flight no. Ix 419 ;seat no.2d 22/09/2016, cok to auh] we requested express coordinator mr. Mathew, he did't do any alternative arrangment or board us on any other express flights supposed to leave in any destination in uae, instead of help he behaved very rudely to us.
          Sir, i komath zakkeer hussain ;is an overseas employee for more than 32 years and frequent flyer in air india and air india express flights. We are waiting for your favourable reply

            This is to inform you that I had traveled on Air India Express IX540 9 Sep 2016 DXB-TRV, and the flight was not only late for around 5 hours but they missed my luggage. It is not about missing luggage only, but about the unhelpful staff who are not being honest, may be as per the instruction from AI.
            I came for 7 days of leave wants to spend some quality time with my family, but the irresponsible and unhelpful nature of your TVR ground staff has made my small holidays hell, as all presents for my dear and near, my medications etc all are in the luggage, and still on 13th Sep, there is no news of my luggage.
            No body answered the calls and I traveled around 120 KM to air port two times with zero result.tomorrow 14th is our Onam festival, and by weekend I will go back to Dubai, with lots of bad memories of Air India Express.
            Please help me if possible,

              Further to attached email details of reservation, and flight cancellation of ix612 dated 04-aug-2016, you are requested to refund the unused trip amount.

              No proper reply from dubai airport aie office or by email. To whom shall we contact at dubai office for refund. No response to our call to aie dubai sales office and by aie airport office.

              Really i feel very shame that, our no one is ready to take responsibility.

                Whomsoever it may concern,

                I am manish an indian citizen working and residing in ras al khaimah, uae. Yesterday my wife traveled from ras al khaimah airport to calicut airport, kerala india. She went for medical treatment and was carrying the prescribed medicines from uae's doctors. As the medicines could not be carried over the hand baggage, she had to keep them along with the luggage and the check in process had done without any problems from ras al khaimah.

                The flight was at 3.20 pm and thanks to god it reached on time and she reached safely at calicut. But the problem started then as the airport authority informed that the luggage is not deported from ras al khaimah. The crew members did not inform this to the travelers when they were in ras al khaimah itself. They are saying it will be available after 3 days and if by that time if the medicines are damaged due to the hot weather conditions now in gcc countries who will be responsible for that. My wife have to take that medicines regularly and they are prescribed from uae which is not available in india.
                Now the airlines are offering to deliver the baggage after 3 days and that also my wife should travel all the way to the airport to collect it from there. This is pure negligence from the part of the airlines and irresponsible act. As a consumer our rights been violated and we had to suffer the complications due to that.
                Therefore requesting the concerned authority to take necessary actions against the airlines.

                    In the last one month, me and my friends travelled by Air India flight three times.(Routes Goa-Chennai, Bangalore to Mumbai) All the three times, the flight was delayed.
                    Goa to Chennai - 9th June 2016, 18th June 2016

                    One of my friend faced a 9 hour delay in flight from Bangalore to Mumbai on 20th June 2016. When he asked them, they said they will give full refund and told him book a new flight (which was very expensive last minute). They didn't give him a lounge to take rest in. Why should the customer spend so much money when it's the airlines fault?

                      Respected Sir,
                      We have booked 11 seats in flight IX 348 for 24 May 2016 from Abu Dhabi to Calicut. Airline Confirmation No: RNOCDS, G1HPXO
                      Totally there are 11 passengers, 8 out of them are children and one of them is severely suffering by illness. There is a delay of more than 18 Hrs and none of the passengers were not informed about the delay by the Airline authority. And the Airline didn't provided any food and accommodation facility to the passengers. Thus hereby we kindly request to claim a reasonable compensation from the side of Airline.

                        Out air india express flight ix-251 was booked for two person (Confirmation number 2qmd99) from mumbai international airport on 28th april 2016 schedule departure at 23:40 for sharjah.
                        We checked in well before departure time & got boarding pass too but as there was too long queue at immigration check & it took more than one hour. We request the security persons deputed there to gave us priority as our departure time was coming near but no one listened to us. Also, no phone calls or announcement was made to us & while our turn came, the immigration person told that your flight has gone.
                        We were going there to do the porter job just to earn money & we know how we collected money to go there & we lost everything.
                        There was no one from air india express officer to listen to us.

                          Du to my travel from sharjah to varansi, i am forgotten my valet in may bag, after that i have inform to luggage counter he told me that he con't do any think, i am requested him lot, and also air india stop but no body consider me i have lost my one month salary.
                          When i land in varansi then i checked my bag then i see i have lost my money. I am also inform the custom police he told me i can't do any think after that i going to complainant your office but your office has been close, that time i can't inform you because my family suffering. And also my child hospitalized.
                          Kindly check it on priorities because i have lost my faith on this air indian that why i am com back from indigo flight..

                            I have 2 tikets booked thru Cleartrip toDubai to travel on 12th May 2016 flight IX 248, Air India Express. I have e visa in hand . PNR K7KHNR. The airline want me to go to their mumbai airport office to verify visa and insert OK to board.
                            It is ridicuous and defeating the purpose of on line booking. It involves a cost of Rs 1400/- for me to travel to Air India office and half a day time.
                            No airline has such stupid demand. Hope they see e visa when I check in and save me from the stupid bureaucracy of typical Govt office.

                                Late delivery of checked in baggage (more than 24hrs) at Kl airport from chennai IX622 Air tag number AI522276.So far 11 times we have communicated customer support airindia express through mail, but we did not get any proper answer from them. Customer service forwarded the Kuala Lumpur contact numbers unfortunately not getting any responses.

                                    After flight is cancelled by airlines thay are not giving money bak.
                                    i made call twice and after more than one month they told me that uor refund is rejected without any valid reason.
                                    i am not travelling as flight is cancelled still i will not get refund due to their technical reason.
                                    very poor.

                                      First of all just wanna say worst service by airindia.. My pnr is YL5TF flight no AI515 journey date[protected]. Have booked 3 tickets by mistake I wrong surname of one passenger. I contacted air India by waiting 20 mins on hold finally spoke to customer agent explained issue.. Wanted to cancel particular passenger. He told yes and passenger ticket got cancelled.. Later at airport they are telling whole itinerary got cancelled how can these guys be irresponsible.. My family faced big issue in airport.. Finally booked tickets with indigo and paid like anything. Air India should pay for this loss. Worst customer service.. Guys please be careful with airindia.. I know nothing is going to happen because we are in India. Have got call record waiting for the reply airindia...
                                      Worst service why to give rating.. Very bad indian Govt air lines.

                                        My FFP Number is[protected]. I believe that from 1-Dec-15 you have started a new process of KYC verification for all the FFP members. I have uploaded my documents on 26-Dec and till date waiting for this verification to get over. Till then, if I login to your portal as a Frequent Flyer then I am not allowed to book tickets !! No call-center member can resolve this issue or give a date for the resolution. Indeed a New Year gift to FFP members of Air India !!
