Out air india express flight ix-251 was booked for two person (Confirmation number 2qmd99) from mumbai international airport on 28th april 2016 schedule departure at 23:40 for sharjah.
We checked in well before departure time & got boarding pass too but as there was too long queue at immigration check & it took more than one hour. We request the security persons deputed there to gave us priority as our departure time was coming near but no one listened to us. Also, no phone calls or announcement was made to us & while our turn came, the immigration person told that your flight has gone.
We were going there to do the porter job just to earn money & we know how we collected money to go there & we lost everything.
There was no one from air india express officer to listen to us.

    Dear sir,

    Du to my travel from sharjah to varansi, i am forgotten my valet in may bag, after that i have inform to luggage counter he told me that he con't do any think, i am requested him lot, and also air india stop but no body consider me i have lost my one month salary.
    When i land in varansi then i checked my bag then i see i have lost my money. I am also inform the custom police he told me i can't do any think after that i going to complainant your office but your office has been close, that time i can't inform you because my family suffering. And also my child hospitalized.
    Kindly check it on priorities because i have lost my faith on this air indian that why i am com back from indigo flight..

      I have 2 tikets booked thru Cleartrip toDubai to travel on 12th May 2016 flight IX 248, Air India Express. I have e visa in hand . PNR K7KHNR. The airline want me to go to their mumbai airport office to verify visa and insert OK to board.
      It is ridicuous and defeating the purpose of on line booking. It involves a cost of Rs 1400/- for me to travel to Air India office and half a day time.
      No airline has such stupid demand. Hope they see e visa when I check in and save me from the stupid bureaucracy of typical Govt office.

      Travelling from Dubai to lucknow with air India express flight IX 193 dated 25.04.2014 i found fly inside food, when complaint to steward And air hostess they said this is low fare airline and such things are common.

        Flight IX818 (IXE-MCT) was cancelled without any intimation, another flight to IXE-MCT was full. Airline Customer Service is requested me to take full refund.

          Late delivery of checked in baggage (more than 24hrs) at Kl airport from chennai IX622 Air tag number AI522276.So far 11 times we have communicated customer support airindia express through mail, but we did not get any proper answer from them. Customer service forwarded the Kuala Lumpur contact numbers unfortunately not getting any responses.

              After flight is cancelled by airlines thay are not giving money bak.
              i made call twice and after more than one month they told me that uor refund is rejected without any valid reason.
              i am not travelling as flight is cancelled still i will not get refund due to their technical reason.
              very poor.

                First of all just wanna say worst service by airindia.. My pnr is YL5TF flight no AI515 journey date[protected]. Have booked 3 tickets by mistake I wrong surname of one passenger. I contacted air India by waiting 20 mins on hold finally spoke to customer agent explained issue.. Wanted to cancel particular passenger. He told yes and passenger ticket got cancelled.. Later at airport they are telling whole itinerary got cancelled how can these guys be irresponsible.. My family faced big issue in airport.. Finally booked tickets with indigo and paid like anything. Air India should pay for this loss. Worst customer service.. Guys please be careful with airindia.. I know nothing is going to happen because we are in India. Have got call record waiting for the reply airindia...
                Worst service why to give rating.. Very bad indian Govt air lines.

                  My FFP Number is[protected]. I believe that from 1-Dec-15 you have started a new process of KYC verification for all the FFP members. I have uploaded my documents on 26-Dec and till date waiting for this verification to get over. Till then, if I login to your portal as a Frequent Flyer then I am not allowed to book tickets !! No call-center member can resolve this issue or give a date for the resolution. Indeed a New Year gift to FFP members of Air India !!

                    My mother Mrs. P. Surendranathan was aboard flight AI-682 on 21-Dec-15 from Kochi to Mumbai. Flight landed at Mumbai 10.45 ; however, 2 hrs after landing she has not yet got her checked-in baggage. The ground staff are saying there is some problem with the luggage. This is sheer waste of passengers' time that their problem is not resolved after repeated follow-up with staff at airport.

                      Greetings! I'm constrained to bring the following to your attention I flew IX211 Sun 27th Sep PNQ-DXB. If you look at the attached E-ticket it clearly shows that I've booked seat no. 15A and this is a paid seat. Please refer to the attached boarding pass. Your counter staff issued a boarding pass for me with seat no. 16E. Unfortunately for me I noticed this once I passed immigration. This was because the airport was pretty chaotic at that time. I brought this to the attention of the airport checking staff and they informed me that they could not let me go back to the counter staff as I had finished my immigration formalities. The officer informed me that it would be best to contact the AI staff at the boarding gate. When I went up to the 1st floor I informed one of your staff who promised to assist me by releasing that seat 15A and that the supervisor onboard would see to it that I get my seat. This was the 1st lie. I was asked to wait and was boarded almost towards the end wherein the same staff again reassured me that the senior onboard would help me. Don't worry was what he assured me. At the gate of the aircraft I enquired who was the supervisor and was directed to him. He informed me to wait and that he would sort it out. I waited till all the passengers boarded. I was the last. He then shook his head saying that he can only request the passenger occupying 15A to move and cannot force. That was downright stupid to expect someone who has been allocated a seat with extra legroom to Voluntarily move. I informed him to insist that the passenger be asked to move as I paid for the seat and he shook his head saying that now nothing could be done. So that means another AI officer lied to me about being able to resolve the issue. I was sandwiched between 2 men and being claustrophobic I had a terrible flight. To add to that the hand baggage that I had and which weighed 2 kilos only could not be accommodated in the overhead lockers as they were all full and was directed to the cargo. Mind you this bag was not locked and it had my reading material in it. So I was in a little over 3 hours flight sandwiched between 2 men with nothing to read and just staring at the back of the seat in front of me! So do you think I had fun? I need a full investigation about how come a seat which I paid for is allocated to someone else when it should have blocked? Secondly why did your staff lie? Clearly I was fooled and lied to by 2 of your staff who need to be brought to task. And most importantly the staff who issued my boarding pass should be pulled up for his negligence. CLAIM NO. 1 - And now I demand a FULL REFUND of the airfare paid. CLAIM NO. 2 - My checked in luggage bag had a limited edition Emirate leather bag tag. When it reached Dubai, the bag tag was missing. Clearly someone nasty took a fancy to it and removed it from the bag. The tag could not have dislodged as it had a strap similar to a watch leather strap. Again I demand that this tag be returned to me. You can reach me on my email [protected]@aramex.com at any time.                           I, Satheesh M.R, travelled in Air India Express on 19 th September 2015 ( Confirmation number 1WKTXN, Flight no IX - 540 ) When I received my luggage in Trivandrum, from my luggage, Samsung Galaxy note 4, was found missing. Only empty box was there. There is a loss of Rs 40000 to me.It is a shame that there is no safety for our luggage here. If problem not resolved immediately, it wil be escalated to the apex level and with judiciary.
                          Hello, maybe rat has eaten your luggage. Did you not lock it properly.
                          Please don't mock at the passenger and add to his misery. Air India Baggage services to be held responsible for the loss. This has become a routine issue for Air India and they have not taken any step to address this issue. While checking in bag at Air India, all should assume in their mind that getting the bag back has a chance of about 50% only. Check in your bags at your own risk.

                            Dear Authority, My wife and two daughters where supposed to travel today on Sep 2 on airindia express from calicut to Sharjah (Confirmation No./PNR: NEGLAS) since it was strike they have been staying in a near by hotel. When they went to the airport they realised that the flight was rescheduled and obviously they missed the flight. Alternatively I had to book a fresh ticket for airindia tonight and it costed be 72294 rs. I want to get refund on the ticket and compensation for the inconvenience and money that I had to spend unnecessary.                               Had travelled from singapore to nagai for a short visit to attend an important function. I travelled by Air India Express flight no. IX 681 on 08/08/15 landing in trichy .My baggage was misplaced by the airlines and I had to go back to trichy again 2 days later to collect. This affected the whole plan This mistake of theirs caused me an additional expense of around Rs.5000/- for clothes and additional purchases and Rs. 3000/- for taxi fare to the airport to collect the baggage. Spent one whole day for collection of baggage.worst is not even a single call from airline about the baggage status and i called many times to get thro the lines. I would like to seek compensation from the airline regarding this matter. Complaint Status

                                Dear Sir/Madam, just to let you know the incident happened to me on July 19, 2015. Briefly, I was board on AirIndia Express (IX622; bound to Kualalumpur from Chennai; Seat Number: 14C; Pxr Name: Seyed Mohamed Mohamed Ali) departing at 4.17 pm after a short delay. After 45 minutes, flight crew started distributing meals (I believe its a complimentary one). While the meal was distributed myself and another pxr sat next to me asked another water bottle (happen to be he was the crew supervisor), he promised to provide us after the distribution but somehow, he had forgotten. I went to the rear side and asked two bottles of water (one for me and another for next pxr). I didn't expect the answer from one middle aged lady crew named Susheela Wade (from Madhya Pradesh (info provide by another crew after lodging my complaint to Captain through crew Supervisor) that no, extra water can't be provided in a rude manner (with a sarcastic voice with very very unacceptable rude manner). I politely told her, Madam, please tell me the same in a soft manner. Her response was immediately like this "I will behave like that only and go complaint anywhere". But it was surprise to me that the other crews started distributing extra water to all without asking (as a part of their service). I travelled elsewhere in the world in the last 25 years, I never met a crew like her in the service industry. Hope you can take action against her as she is maniac. FYI, my complaint is with the flight Captain. Thanks

                                    I would like to request for refund for ticket #6ONUA9 for MAA - KUL on 24th June 4.00pm. We came to Chennai airport on 24th June at 3.00pm because stuck in heavy traffic jam and the counter just closed. I've talked to supervisor over there, at least let us go with hand carry bag but he not allow us to do check-in. But the boarding time only at 3.30pm. When I asked air india express counter, they said i can refund the taxes. already sent many emails to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in, sg.[protected]@airindia.in' 'radixx.[protected]@airindiaexpress.in, [protected]@airindiaexpress.com and there is no reply.

                                      I was travelling from mangalore to muscat by AIR INDIA EXPRESS, due to the rain in the morning i was reached to the counter at 6.05 in the morning. air India staff abruptly not accepted my ticket.even though i explained my genuine reason.i was fed off their service. staff they are not co-operate with their passenger. i have bitter experience travelling with AIR INDIA EXPRESS. kindly advise them treat us as their valuable passenger. so i booked my ticket for next flight sun-21 jun 2015 time 07.00 thanks HIRANIA KEELANJAR MOBILE NO [protected]

                                        PNR 6GSS7G. ticket 13 Jun 2015, in IX473 CCJ DOH – 15:50 19:30, we r on the way to CCJ Airport I got a call from air india call center at 11:14 AM, one Mr. Anoop Pramod IX473 ur flight schedule changed to 00:30 in 14 Jun 2015, and almost 4 times i called and reconfirmed this information is correct or not, After that 12:50 PM 13 Jun2015; I got SMS (attached Photo) when i cross checking around 4 Pm the same call center team saying the flight is gone same time. it is really shocking and unexpected. this is purely a big mistake, cheating this make me big loss of money, difficulty and even i loss my job and carrier,

                                        This is with reference of above subject, the PNR 6GSS7G. I have a confirmed ticket on 13 Jun 2015, in IX473 from CCJ DOH – 15:50 and arrive Doha 19:30,

                                        while me and my family is on the way to CCJ Airport I got a call from [protected] at 11:14 AM, one Mr. Anoop Pramod from airindia, saying that my flight IX473 CCJ to DOH has schedule changed to 00:30 in 14 Jun 2015, means same day night you can travel, so at that time we are in Calicut city, and I called back to re check in the same number [protected] at at 11:49 on 13 Jun 15 some other staff also informed the same and after that I got call again from Airindia same number around 11:55 13 Jun 2015, and informed me the same, meanwhile one of my friend called air india office in Doha, around 11 AM Doha time, air india staff called india and reconfirmed the same that the flight is departing only 00:30 14 Jun, After that 12:50 PM 13 Jun2015; I got SMS in my number ([protected]) from [protected], (attached the proof Photo for SMS) after getting the SMS again I called and reconfirmed by with my PNR and details . the call center staff told me don’t worry sir, please come at 10:30 only airport, any further schedule change we will inform, so while I starting to airport around 3:50 PM, I just called again the call center to reconfirm the timings, they are saying that you are already bordered the flight, it was totally unexpected and shocking information, in my memory I spoke so many staff like Boscow, Vinod, Sreenath Shammen, from 3:50 Pm to 9:30 PM but there is no solution and no hope, and they give so many numbers, and nobody was answering, and no solution or response from Airindia.

                                        This issue make me and my family middle of road, and it was my last day joining in my Job, and my visa is expiring, since there is no response from Airindia I Purchased a new ticket in Qatar Airways for 14 Jun 2015 9:20 Flight was the only option for Next flight with cost me 1880.00 QAR (33000 INR) almost thirty Three thousand Indian rupees, attached the ticket copy with fare and my boarding pass and also I Stayed in Hotel cost me 8000 (Eight Thousand rupees) and moreover me and my 10 family members struggled a lot because of this issue.

                                        And also my Boss is not believing that this much big stupidity and mistake from a National carrier like Airindia Express will happen, So he told me not to join the office until we get proper reply or response of this mail.

                                        Kindly request to proper reply and take necessary action in order to avoid this kind of big issue, and also give me the compensation for all the expenses and problems
