I am joined as planning advisor in future generali india pvt ltd thrissur branch. I am qualify the ic 38 on 3rd january 2017. After am working for the company upto 2 months and doing business. Unfortunately am sick due to my illness. Then am i have got a better opportunity from hdfc life so i am approach the company to get noc. They said all procedures from the side of company is forwded to irdai. But i have no favourable from both irdai and future generali. Please gave a reply sir my code 80145079.

    Actually i went to air india express office, address-old indian airline building, old airport road, al falah street, madinat zayed، near gemaco building - abu dhabi.
    I came there to do ok to board for my family member, but the receptionist
    Was using the landline to talk some one (Which is not offcial call in mother tougue malayalam) for nearly 15 min and doesnt even given respect or manners.
    Which i felt discomfort to be there at that time.. Please make note of them
    And educate them how to take care of customers

      Dear sir,

      We four person named nehal md shadik amin mstr, islam md aminul mr, ferthaus jannatul mrs and muhammed zadidul mr are your customer bought four e-tickets which number was[protected] on 7th july for 8th july (Air india boeing 737-800) flight no ai9012/standard from delhi gandhi to dhaka hazrat shahjalal intl airport at 13:15. We were on boarding counter at 12:27 on 8th july and asked for boarding passes but one of your responsible officer told us that the counter has been closed at 12:23. On that situation we requested for boarding passes meanwhile your so called responsible officer (May be named mnu) asked [extra benefits] from us. If you see the situation on cc tv hopefully you can realise. Not only that after not getting money from us that responsible officer really behaved bad with us in my sense that was unacceptable customer service. If you see on camera you can see when we refused to get the boarding passes exactly on that time another person was getting the boarding pass of that flight which we were going to miss.

        Dear sir,
        I waited for refund for long time due to wrong information. First cochin office informed me, they will send check by post after submiting the documents. After two weeks of time also did not receive. When i called mr. Sharath sajeev in cochin town office, informed that already sent cheque by post. But after two days its credited in account. Your office people consider customer as joker. Its really indecent behaviour from air india expreaa. Saying lie about details. Its strictily against officials.

          Hello there,
          Myself sreenath, travelling with my wife and daughter (1.3yrs old) from trivandrum to doha via calicut. Im writing this from calicut intl airport, we landed here by 8am and fligh to doha was supposed to 11.55am but it got delayed without any information. The display board was still showing 11.55 even the time crossed, later upon inquiring the desk, they said the flight is delayed untill 1.30pm with no information to us. Im traveling from trv and been sitting in calicut airport since 8am with my lil daughter. When i approched the airindia staf[censored]niformed here, the answers were very lethargic and not genuine. I was asking to do any arrangements for passengers from trv especially whom with kids, but no response. Later i called the landline airport desk who assured some actions which also never happened i wanted this attitude of irresponsibility to bought up to authorities who atleast take corrective actions for the betterment of the organisation!!! Me and family is still sitting here without knowing whats our actual flight time and dont know what to do with my lil kid as she is starving and we didnt had much

            While booking thru mobile air india app, amount from credit card got deducted but a message appeared from airindia that booking cancelled. Airindia enquiry says pnr got generated but cancelled. Then i booked another ticket and travelled. I have sent mails to

            While booking ticket through mob, massage received that booking cancelled. I tried another three times but no ticket generated whereas Rs.3108 x 4 time debited from my account. Kindly refund same at an early date.

              Problems:
              1) AC Did not work until flight took off
              2) There was foul smell in the cabin throughout
              3) Seats were broken
              4) Bad food quality and quantity
              5) Horrible mistakes in Emergency Landing Procedure Manual in the seat pocket (See photographs for wrong translation)

                    I was booked for banglore delhi flight no ai 173 in the name of kanishka tandon, a student. My pnr no was jjb8c.The original flight was to depart at 21.40 on 6th april which was delayed to 0010+1 hr .I had reached the counter at 11.20 pm and to my shock i was told that flight is totally booked despite i was having confirmed ticket.I was told that seats have allotted to others and i can not go by this flight. The type of mental harresment and agony i had to face was tremendous. How can an airline alott seat to some body else when i had reached before time at boarding pass counter. I had to fight till 1.00am with the persons who though accommodated on the plea that if some passenger did not show then the seat can be allotted.This magnitude of deficiency of service is not pardonable and the staff kept on saying sorry but did not provide me the boarding pass.As i am a girl and alone it was more frightfull also to be left in lurch.I want to know why my confirmed seat was not allotted to me, why it was allotted to any body else,

                      I cancelled a ticket from IXE to BAH for me and my family on 2nd of Dec, 2016. I received a confirmation number 8160WK for this cancellation and I was suppose to get Rs 16, 049/- as refund on my credit card.
                      I sent an email to their customer care on 28th Of Feb, 2017 asking for the status of Refund. The customer care rep forwarded that email to sg.[protected]@airindia.in,
                      Lakshmi.[protected]@airindia.in asking about the status of this request. There were no response from these people so i sent them second email on 12th March, 2017 as a follow up for the first email. Again they forwarded my email to those two persons and still no response from them.
                      I request you to help me in getting this resolved. Appreciate your quick action on this.

                        My PNR is Q166R0, I arrived from Dubai on IX142/25Feb. After reaching home I realised that one of my big suitcases is damaged from the handle, lock broken and I am missing my gifts articles, perfume and few clothes. The bag was manhandled and the remaining stuff was in haphazard condition. It was a shock of my life to receive my luggage in this condition after my holiday and missing Major all my items. I need your team to replace my bag and also advise me on the compensation of my missing articles. I need an investigation on how this all has happened.                           We have ordered besoft hair removal pads. from ananaindia.in, after viewing its ad on facebook. It claims to remove body hair by using it as mentioned. While ordering I asked the customer helpline weather the product will work as claimed or not to which they assured that it will .The executive also said if not happy with the product then we can return it. We got the delivery on 24/02/2017 . after making payment of 700 Rs including delivery charge of 200 . And using the product as per instructions it was found that it was a very cheap quality product which is not giving any result as claimed. It can work only to remove very fine and Tiny hairs on your body but cannot be an alternative to waxing etc. It also caused skin irritation while using. Hence we called the customer helpline to return the product.
                          The executive completely refused to return it saying we do not return money only we can replace. This was never mentioned to us while we ordered the kit and even asked about the same. While ordering the customer care executive assured that it can be returned.
                          They have completely fooled us by giving us an inefficient product which is not more than 50- 100 rs.It's just a plastic pad to which polishing paper kind of material is stuck for rubbing on skin. Plus they completely misguided on product as well as return policy. Kindly help us with this issue.

                            I was denied flying trichy dubai on 20 nov 2015 ticket QKX2XZreason being i was having injury can not sit in AC for 4 hours despite showing doctors certificate though the airport manager recommendation with the chief security personnel support air india express staff denied my journey for no valid reason i had to buy a new ticket to fly next day agony and monetary loss family waited at dubai were panicked emailed customer service and nodal officer they agreed to investigate nothing happened few months gone air india express to be held responsible i needed to be compensated i seek justice through this forum

                              Hi I booked air India flight through goibibo.com on 3 Feb for Dubai to Mumbai route ..when finishing payment I saw on screen it showed Mumbai to Dubai and I immediately called goibibo and airindia express.. Within 5 mins...but what I found after talking to air India call center is horrible... they didn't even tried to resolve issue or understand it was technical glitch .the lady on phone was persistent that our system will nt accept changes and you have to pay cancellation charges which equal to half of ticket... I found very unsymepahtic and rude people... The lady on phone did nt even tried to talk to anyone regarding solution and asked me to go to nariman point office but cannot gurranty anything will happen... I felt it was shocking and frustrating.. Neither they resolved my issue ...nor they have any customer responsibility...

                                I had booked 5 seats in two tickets from trivandrum to chennai for 12/12/2016 in air india express with PNR nos 1FGFIL and 2W797G. But the flight was cancelld because of bad weather. . On the way to air port only they informed me..then i tried to book another day, for that i phoned to tvm office, but no information, then i tried online... that was also fullfilled. then i came back to chennai by train. Then i email the details to the chennai office but no information.
                                Till now the cancelled ticket refund did not got in my account.
                                please do the needful to get me the amount

                                  I wish to file a complaint with Air India Management on the lax approach shown to passengers on the Trivandrum to Mumbai Sector on January 3rd, 2017.
                                  AI 668 was originally scheduled to depart at 20:10 pm on January 3rd, 2017. We were notified of an hour delay in departure on January 3rd, at 8:05 am, about 12 hours prior to departure.
                                  Later, there were five other notices sent out to passengers notifying them of further delays totaling a five hour delay.
                                  During the interim, passengers continued to make inquiries at the terminal, ground office, as well as the online, on the AI arrival information portal . To everyone's disbelief and shock even the ground staff continued to share misinformation about the incoming AI 667 flight from Mumbai to Trivandrum.
                                  According to the flight tracking site, the flight AI 667 showed three times as having departed from Mumbai on the night of January 3rd, 2017, before retracting their statement.
                                  I wanted to point out the lax information portals of Air India that continued to pass on conflicting data to stranded passengers.
                                  The airport staff had very little to say to substantiate their many claims of departure and arrival time changes.
                                  Later, on further query, some of the staff members let on that this particular flight sector has experienced such delays in prior days and that they were covering up for the mismanagement .
                                  So this has caused great concern to me as a fellow passenger that the management has ignored the systematic problem and done very little to resolve this travel dilemma of innocent passengers booked on Air India flights in this sector.
                                  I would request that officals overseeing this sector take into account this particular issue and take immediate steps to ensure that passengers are not falsely let on to book on Air India under the fake promise of ensuring timely flight services.

                                    then now 12.15 still im inside aircraft more than 1.30 hours inside aircraft

                                      I have booked the Doha Kochi flight for 23 rd Dec 2016 . Pnr D306K3 .The flight is delayed by 2 hours and the service is being provided only upto Kozhikode and no arrangements are being made by the airline for the final destination.
                                      This appears to be a practice with
                                      Henever the Bahrain kozhikode-cochineal flight gets booked with kochi passengers other passengers are dumped .
                                      I am looking for the airline to make the transport for the kochi passengers from kozhikode either by road or air or to reimburse all the expenses for the delays physical and mental agony and the additional cost.
                                      Also the airline needs to look into the operational aspects as this was the first time I was using this service and find that the airline lacks the business ethics

                                        My seat was booked on an air India flight on 3 Dec, while checking in for departures the staff informs that I cannot board the flight as the aircraft is small and now overbooked, I had to reach trivandrum via this flight by 12 pm and also had booking at hotel which are not refundable, the staff here has no answer and no solution for the inconvenience caused.pathetic poor services from air India
                                        Please provide redressal for complaint or I shall take the matter to ministry of India also if required.
                                        I have made an online booking from airindiaexpress.in, unfortunately amount was deducted twice from my debit card. From one month I am calling customer care and sending emails about the issue, but no further action taken yet. As per customer care executive it takes 14 days to refund one of the payment in case for double payment for single booking.
