I had paid rs 9197/- to air india express on 21/7/18 thru icici bank account (Transaction id - [protected]).
The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not issued.
Now i have made alternative arrangements and don't want the ticket anymore.
I tried to contact airline office in pune but they said the refund will be paid with in 2 working days. So far nothing is done.

Kindly process the refund on asap basis.

    Hello I am writing this from Dubai.

    Booking Ref: BGUYBM PUNE-DUBAI

    I have issued an online ticket on 23rd July 2018 from PUNE-DUBAI sector. There were two fields on Air India express web page one contact details and second passenger info. In contact info page I put all my details including date of birth as per given fields then in the passenger info field I put my wife's details as she is the passenger who will be traveling soon and I checked thrice all the info before moving to payment tab . After making the payment via credit card ticket is issued with my name instead my wife's name.

    Then I tried calling hundred times to India call center to explain the problem but no one is answering the call and also sent emails to Air India customer support email but no response. Then I contact their UAE office and explain the situations and I came to know that the Air India website is under maintenance and this could be the reason for error. Then they asked me to send an email to their UAE emai ID later they forwarded the same email to Air India express indian email address as they dont have authority to fix the error.

    Then later yesterday night (23/07/2018) I called again India call center and luckily my call I connected to Mr.Rahul and he said he cannot resolve the issue and I have to wait for an email from customer support.

    But as of now there is no response from customer support. And this is very annoying without my mistake I am suffering a lot here.

    I am attaching the snapshot of the web page to understand the fields provided for contact person's info and passenger's info. Also trying to attached the email (PDF) copy but this format is not supporting here but i can send the email communication proof via email if needed.

    I request the senior Air India officials to look into my case urgently and resolve the issue before the date of travel i.e. 9th Aug 2018.

      I travelled on ix 475 on 23 june 2018, cok to doh.
      The seat 17f was horrible. Reasons are stated below:

      1. The left side arm rest was broken from its position and slipped towards the right as it dropped down and was in contact with my thigh. I had to keep my left leg across my right leg through out the journey, just to avoid the pain from the poking arm rest on my leg.

      2. There were other things around me that were all broken, to name a few, the table top that did not function properly - kept tilted to one side, the net holder on front seems to be broken and the things i put in there landed on floor.

      3. My window on my right had some lipstick on it. This was never cleaned.

      4. As i reclined my seat backward, a metal object of about 4 inch long pushed against my sacral area. I could'nt sit back comfortably due to this.

      - overall it was a horrible experience and i feel sad that our national airline has fallen down to such a pathetic level.
      - if this was the situation of the interior (An area where people could actually see it for themselves), i am scared to imagine the situation of the places where one could not actually see, like the safety check of the aircraft, its functional maintenance, integrity etc etc.. I am not sure, but i'm forced to speculate on this, from my bad experience.

      - i regret the time i decided to book this airline.

      However, i believe, strict quality control measures are very essential at this moment and it is my duty as a traveler to report it to the authorities.

      Hi,

      Despite of having sent my feedback / complaint to the concerned official's emails that I could find on my own,
      I haven't received a reply/acknowledgement from any one. Well I anticipated already that there would be no response from Air India - A common talk among the public.

      But still, seriously guys, this is so pathetic.
      Do you call yourselves professionals, or have you deteriorated down to the level of illiterate beggars on street, who by the way deserves more respect than this.

      I think at this point one should consider himself lucky that the flight took off and landed safely, despite of the careless attitude that it held always.
      That itself should be considered a miracle when we are travelling on our so called national carrier - Air India Express
      You guys make our lives miserable.

        This is to request compensation for delayed flight (More than 8 hrs) and a very disappointing experience with air india express:

        Scheduled departure: 20:50 hours
        Final departure: 4:45 hours (20 may 2018)
        Delayed by: 8+ hours

        First of all no information was given to us about flight delay neither through sms or call or mail.in fact air india express staff started blaming us saying that all the passengers have been informed on call which was a blatant lie on our face. We checked with other passengers they also did not receive any information about flight delay. They did not show any sign of concern even knowing that we were travelling with 1 child and 2 infants and were coming from chandigarh. If they had informed us in time we would started late or made alternate arrangement. Further, when we asked for hotel accommodation the air india express staff refused on our demand.
        After repeated request we were given stay in delhi dare devil lounge which had no food for the infant although we specifically asked the staff to arrange for a lounge with some basic items like curd, fruits or salad. We moved to other lounge on our own expense.
        Secondly, we had asked assistance from lounge we were stating in to the flight boarding gate as we had luggage and infants. Although we were given an air india express staff to assist us, however, the staff appeared late at the lounge and made us run with kid and infant to the boarding gate which was quite a distance from the lounge. At least they should have arrange for a go cart.
        We therefore request you to look into the matter and assist us in getting compensation for the delayed flight and the inconvenience caused to us. Please find attached our boarding pass for your reference.

          Good morning!

          I had cancelled my air india express return travel (Confirmation number of my ticket is qtyaoz) by visiting air india express office in mangalore dated 05-mar-2018. As per the aie staff, he informed that ticket has been cancelled and will get the refund of it within 1 month. Payment was done through online channel. Until now i have not received any money from aie. Can you please assist me regarding this issue?

            I have made the payment of inr 2482.50 for re-scheduling via customer care with payzapp reference no as[protected]. However, rescheduling couldn’t be done due to some issue. Accordingly, i have made the booking via online website.
            Request you to kindly return the fund inr 2482.50 and confirm. We have been sending mail to customer care but no revert from them.

              We have purchased tickets for air india flight from mumbai to goa (Air india ai-83) on monday 5.3 at 5:30 am. For reasons that were not depended on us, we arrived 20 minutes before the flight.
              At the gate, we were told by sherry waran (Air india representative on the gate) that the gate is closed.
              We tried to explain that we directly arrived the gate after 18 hours of international flight and we don't have any luggage, just handbag.
              The attitude we received was humiliating and dismissive!
              Sherry waran standing at the counter was aggressive and insulting – totally unprofessional.
              All our pleas did not help.
              Since we realized there sherry waran is not willing to let us through, we asked for substitute seats on the next flight to goa, but we were amazed to discover that the sherry waran had asked us to buy a new ticket at full price.
              We are flying a lot, all around the world and we never encountered such a behavior nor such bad services.
              We got out of there in disgrace and bought a ticket where we received warm and empathetic treatment.

              We are asking for a full refund of our tickets & a compensation but the most important issue is, that we would like to know that your worker sherry waran was reprimanded.
              Hopefully, she will improve her manners

                Good day,

                I ravikumar khulbe had travelled with my wife and my baby from dubai to mumbai with air india express flight ix 438 on the 10th of march 2018.

                I checked in at the airport but was told that the stroller i can take inside the aircraft. When i reached the aircraft i had to hand it over to the ground staff as they told me they will be putting it together with the checked in luggage.

                Once i reached mumbai, firstly i wasn't aware where to collect it from as i was waiting for it on the conveyor belt. They last bag came on the belt but i didn't find the stroller, i went to the baggage claim counter where i found air india ground staff who advised me to collect it from the room behind the counter.

                When i collected my baby stroller i found out that the front wheels aren't working properly. While pushing the stroller the wheels are just jammed sometimes or its only in one direction which makes it impossible for my kid to sit in and ride it.

                I spoke immediately to the ground staff available there at that moment, mr sajid, who told me there is nothing that can be done. I asked him if he can send any ground staff who can assist me with the same but instead of helping me out he told me all the ground staff is busy with the departures so nobody will be there. He asked me to raise a complaint online and see if something can be done.

                I am just amazed with the customer service offered by this airlines staff. Is this what i should had expected from air india.
                Please kindly look into this matter at the earliest and compensate accordingly as the stroller which i purchased was just 4 days old.

                  I pragati rastogi is really disappointed by the service as this is the forth time i am facing problem with the jar and thrice i had paid and got it rectified for the first time i was misguided that the socket can't be changed so i bought a new jar but the second time it happened they told me that the part is out of stock it would take a while and every time the cost vary and this time i had been told that the socket would cost rs 850 the cost is every time varying so now i have lost trust on the company as if i use to think that phillips is one of trusted company but by past and present experience i think not to continue and rather not to refer to take products of phillips. Really disappointed. Behavior... Hope to have a solution.

                    One of our baggage has been lost / misplaced by the airindia airlines transit from dubai to india flight on 4th january 2018.

                    A complaint has been raised with file reference - bomai31376 for the same with the airlines.

                    Its now more than a month for the incident, there is no clue or response from the airlines. The support services are so poor, they do not reply emails. The customer care numbers are not getting answered.

                    Please advise what can i do.

                      Our flight ix 248 from dubai to mumbai was delayed by 5and a half hrs and we werent even informed.
                      Also, after waiting for more than 6hrs on the airport, they inform that there is a further delay by 1.5hrs!
                      There is no storage facility for bags on dubai terminal 2 and they didn't even check-in our bags early to help us. So everyone had to wait on the airport. There are old couples who were struggling for a seat to sit at the waiting. Not a single glass of water has been offered. So basically, a 18:00hrs flight will now depart at 1:00am without a tiny apology from authorities. Shoddy flight and staff

                        This complaint is for air india express. The airline is sooo pathetic that they do not inform customers of a 3 hour flight delay. The flight gets delayed further and they still don’t care to inform. When questioned on any concierge services or waiting room area, the dubai airport manager says she has no such facility. They don’t have baggage services or refreshment services. And give a we don’t care and we don’t know attitude. They are the most unprofessional airlines i have come across.

                        I would advise everyone to ban these airlines for any destination.

                        I have also attached the pictures of the horrible flight maintenance and how old the aircraft is. The table is broken. The seats are torn and there are bugs around.

                          I was supposed to be travel on 21st Dec 2017 from sharja to Thiruvananthaouram on flight no 536 at 20.40 shj time. But flight is delaying around 10 hours. We are not served with even a tea or a water bottle. I was on a 9 days emergency leave and almost finished one day. My prime aim for travelling is to see my new baby born. I hereby request you to kindly consider this and compensate with reasonable reimbursement. We have several things to do and this is ridiculous and irresponsibility from your management.

                            I was travel from bahrain to kozhikode on 29-nov-2017 ix474 with paid seat #1f. I have checked baggage 21kg and hand carry less than 7kg as per airlines law. Unfortunately all cabin are fully (Mostly passengers carrying more than 10kg in hand, i noticed that) and i did not get space inside the air craft. One of the your ground staff come to me very roughly and roodly asked to put my hand carry in luggage with out my permission. I accepted his request as i have two option this case that 1. There is not lock. If you put lock then you put luggage. I dont have any issue. 2. Or else you keep inside aircraft anywhere in cabin once we landed in kozhikode please give me back i said. Immedietly his reply was find space inside the aircraft that passenger duty. I rejected totally his request and i complian chief of your cabin crew ms. Dhanya after take off and given written complaints too

                            I am your frequent traveller since last 20 years and i did not get such like experience in my life. I have lots of colleagues from ix and ai (I am a frequent member ai no.[protected]

                            Hence... I have a small request regarding this that, kindly provide proper training and keeping good behaviour to all passengers.

                            I hope you will take correct action regarding this issue.

                            Note: kindly repair aircraft food tray holder was broken seat #1f

                                My name is Gaurav Sharma, I am writing this email to inform you about a theft case during my travel from Mumbai to Dubai on 30 Sep 2017, PNR: AWCQUF, Air India Express: IX-247.

                                Initially, when I checked-in on Mumbai airport. I put a strip lock (it was a blue colour indigo airline merchandise strip lock) front of your checked-in desk staff with his permission. However, as I received my bag at Dubai airport I was socked that there was no lock on my bag. I opened my bag and noticed that my transparent pouch is not in the same pocket as I kept it (I kept it in inner front big net pocket with zipper (a picture of inner front big net pocket attached below, where I kept my transparent pouch)) I saw that was opened and my all bank cards and other cards was scatter within the bag (photo attached of the scatter of cards I fount in bag)) and my AED currency (1200+ AED missing). Here is the point to be note, I used to keep my many country bank cards and different currency in this transparent pouch. I fold the pouch and make it multiple layers (A example picture is attached below how I keep it in the beg) so it can not be open by his own without any human hand force. Now it was very clear to me that some one has broken the lock and stolen my cash from my transparent pouch.

                                Immediately, I reported this issue to Mr Nilesh at Air India Express office at Dubai airport. He send me with his one of staff to Dubai Airport Police to file a format complain but police officer refused to take a complain and told us that this is airline responsibility and not the police responsibility.

                                I reported this in person in airport Dubai on 30th Sep. and by email on 5th oct, and sent them a reminder on 14th oct. But still no one is replied till now.

                                  My brother was travelling from dubai to mumbai air port. He was carrying 43 inch tv set lg which was damaged by air india baggage employee. Please note that my tv set was packed in non-breakable box. We tried to reach out air india officers through email as well as phone numbers given by them. However, we are not getting any response from them. Please investigate it at the earliest and arrange our compensate for same.

                                  Please find attached an authority letter of on-site officer as well as other details related to tv set for your reference.

                                    I booked ticket from 3 person from dubai to trivandrum. I checked online to find how much is the reschedule fee to prior date. But without making any modify changes or save changes they rescheduled my tickets without making any payments or email confirmation. I was not aware of this and went to airport and found my 2 tickets have been rescheduled and we didnt take flight. Very bad experience from your side.

                                      On 22nd of sept i was travelling from jeddah to patna via delhi. But as i reached at delhi airport one of my bag was missing and then i logged a complaint against it giving all the details of the materials in the bag. Then i left from there and went to patna as they told the bag will be delivered at my place as the luggage was left behind at jeddah airport. So now after a week i received my bag which was damaged chains were broken and then infront of their crew i searched everything and then i informed them that my new handset samsung galaxy a7 2017 model, my chocolates and my clothe was missing and then they report it. But after this they told the bag came from jeddah via mumbai via delhi to patna. At patna airport they told this is not their responsibility it came from mumbai so i have to contact mumbai or i have to go their. I came for a vacation of 1 month to my hometown and they are telling go delhi or go to mumbai. But after several calls and complaints no action was taken from air india.

                                        I travelleed in ai express from dxb to trv last month and this flight was my worst journey that i flew in my entire life.
                                        1) the ac was not at all working every one was swetting. I just asked the cabin crew they told me that the ac will be switched on after take off. I just winderes is there any safety issue in switching on the ac before take off
                                        2) the window side was fully scratched with pencil and the matt on the window side was torn looks too old. I just wondered whether i was in a domestic flight. She on u airindia for not considering all these in an international flight.
                                        3) there were 2 cockroaches running in the cabin near to the toilet.
                                        4) all the cushion in the saets were removed after an hour i had back pain so i was not able to sleep and was forced to get up walk in the overnight flight

                                        Why cant u change the flight or just go for sevicing after certain hours of flight.

                                        #if this continues then soon u are gong to face big loss bcz on each day pasengers are understanding the worst service and they will probably chose indigo and other international flights.
                                        I was travelling from cok to dxb in Air India on 18.09.2017 and they made my baggage non usable due to mishandling. I had the worst ever flying experience from Air India. It looka like the baggage was thrown in and out the flights and all. Too bad experience. Never travel with Air India, they are too irresponsible.

                                        On 07.11.2017 we are travelling to dubai from mumbai and one of our relative has given cash and important papers cash of 7k and papers which was missing on the day when we checked in to dubai hotel
                                        This is not accepted I need the refund for this as this money is very important to the fellow to whom this money is so precious
                                        I need this refund
