I travelled on ix 475 on 23 june 2018, cok to doh.
The seat 17f was horrible. Reasons are stated below:
1. The left side arm rest was broken from its position and slipped towards the right as it dropped down and was in contact with my thigh. I had to keep my left leg across my right leg through out the journey, just to avoid the pain from the poking arm rest on my leg.
2. There were other things around me that were all broken, to name a few, the table top that did not function properly - kept tilted to one side, the net holder on front seems to be broken and the things i put in there landed on floor.
3. My window on my right had some lipstick on it. This was never cleaned.
4. As i reclined my seat backward, a metal object of about 4 inch long pushed against my sacral area. I could'nt sit back comfortably due to this.
- overall it was a horrible experience and i feel sad that our national airline has fallen down to such a pathetic level.
- if this was the situation of the interior (An area where people could actually see it for themselves), i am scared to imagine the situation of the places where one could not actually see, like the safety check of the aircraft, its functional maintenance, integrity etc etc.. I am not sure, but i'm forced to speculate on this, from my bad experience.
- i regret the time i decided to book this airline.
However, i believe, strict quality control measures are very essential at this moment and it is my duty as a traveler to report it to the authorities.

Despite of having sent my feedback / complaint to the concerned official's emails that I could find on my own,
I haven't received a reply/acknowledgement from any one. Well I anticipated already that there would be no response from Air India - A common talk among the public.
But still, seriously guys, this is so pathetic.
Do you call yourselves professionals, or have you deteriorated down to the level of illiterate beggars on street, who by the way deserves more respect than this.
I think at this point one should consider himself lucky that the flight took off and landed safely, despite of the careless attitude that it held always.
That itself should be considered a miracle when we are travelling on our so called national carrier - Air India Express
You guys make our lives miserable.

The following attached ticket cancelled by the late arrival, its very sad that me reached at the airport 45minutes before departure, unfortunately air indian staffs are not allowed me to go
