I was travel from bahrain to kozhikode on 29-nov-2017 ix474 with paid seat #1f. I have checked baggage 21kg and hand carry less than 7kg as per airlines law. Unfortunately all cabin are fully (Mostly passengers carrying more than 10kg in hand, i noticed that) and i did not get space inside the air craft. One of the your ground staff come to me very roughly and roodly asked to put my hand carry in luggage with out my permission. I accepted his request as i have two option this case that 1. There is not lock. If you put lock then you put luggage. I dont have any issue. 2. Or else you keep inside aircraft anywhere in cabin once we landed in kozhikode please give me back i said. Immedietly his reply was find space inside the aircraft that passenger duty. I rejected totally his request and i complian chief of your cabin crew ms. Dhanya after take off and given written complaints too

I am your frequent traveller since last 20 years and i did not get such like experience in my life. I have lots of colleagues from ix and ai (I am a frequent member ai no.[protected]

Hence... I have a small request regarding this that, kindly provide proper training and keeping good behaviour to all passengers.

I hope you will take correct action regarding this issue.

Note: kindly repair aircraft food tray holder was broken seat #1f

      My name is Gaurav Sharma, I am writing this email to inform you about a theft case during my travel from Mumbai to Dubai on 30 Sep 2017, PNR: AWCQUF, Air India Express: IX-247.

      Initially, when I checked-in on Mumbai airport. I put a strip lock (it was a blue colour indigo airline merchandise strip lock) front of your checked-in desk staff with his permission. However, as I received my bag at Dubai airport I was socked that there was no lock on my bag. I opened my bag and noticed that my transparent pouch is not in the same pocket as I kept it (I kept it in inner front big net pocket with zipper (a picture of inner front big net pocket attached below, where I kept my transparent pouch)) I saw that was opened and my all bank cards and other cards was scatter within the bag (photo attached of the scatter of cards I fount in bag)) and my AED currency (1200+ AED missing). Here is the point to be note, I used to keep my many country bank cards and different currency in this transparent pouch. I fold the pouch and make it multiple layers (A example picture is attached below how I keep it in the beg) so it can not be open by his own without any human hand force. Now it was very clear to me that some one has broken the lock and stolen my cash from my transparent pouch.

      Immediately, I reported this issue to Mr Nilesh at Air India Express office at Dubai airport. He send me with his one of staff to Dubai Airport Police to file a format complain but police officer refused to take a complain and told us that this is airline responsibility and not the police responsibility.

      I reported this in person in airport Dubai on 30th Sep. and by email on 5th oct, and sent them a reminder on 14th oct. But still no one is replied till now.

        My brother was travelling from dubai to mumbai air port. He was carrying 43 inch tv set lg which was damaged by air india baggage employee. Please note that my tv set was packed in non-breakable box. We tried to reach out air india officers through email as well as phone numbers given by them. However, we are not getting any response from them. Please investigate it at the earliest and arrange our compensate for same.

        Please find attached an authority letter of on-site officer as well as other details related to tv set for your reference.

          I booked ticket from 3 person from dubai to trivandrum. I checked online to find how much is the reschedule fee to prior date. But without making any modify changes or save changes they rescheduled my tickets without making any payments or email confirmation. I was not aware of this and went to airport and found my 2 tickets have been rescheduled and we didnt take flight. Very bad experience from your side.

            Dear sir

            On 22nd of sept i was travelling from jeddah to patna via delhi. But as i reached at delhi airport one of my bag was missing and then i logged a complaint against it giving all the details of the materials in the bag. Then i left from there and went to patna as they told the bag will be delivered at my place as the luggage was left behind at jeddah airport. So now after a week i received my bag which was damaged chains were broken and then infront of their crew i searched everything and then i informed them that my new handset samsung galaxy a7 2017 model, my chocolates and my clothe was missing and then they report it. But after this they told the bag came from jeddah via mumbai via delhi to patna. At patna airport they told this is not their responsibility it came from mumbai so i have to contact mumbai or i have to go their. I came for a vacation of 1 month to my hometown and they are telling go delhi or go to mumbai. But after several calls and complaints no action was taken from air india.

              I travelleed in ai express from dxb to trv last month and this flight was my worst journey that i flew in my entire life.
              1) the ac was not at all working every one was swetting. I just asked the cabin crew they told me that the ac will be switched on after take off. I just winderes is there any safety issue in switching on the ac before take off
              2) the window side was fully scratched with pencil and the matt on the window side was torn looks too old. I just wondered whether i was in a domestic flight. She on u airindia for not considering all these in an international flight.
              3) there were 2 cockroaches running in the cabin near to the toilet.
              4) all the cushion in the saets were removed after an hour i had back pain so i was not able to sleep and was forced to get up walk in the overnight flight

              Why cant u change the flight or just go for sevicing after certain hours of flight.
              Airindia express is now in profit
              #if this continues then soon u are gong to face big loss bcz on each day pasengers are understanding the worst service and they will probably chose indigo and other international flights.
              I was travelling from cok to dxb in Air India on 18.09.2017 and they made my baggage non usable due to mishandling. I had the worst ever flying experience from Air India. It looka like the baggage was thrown in and out the flights and all. Too bad experience. Never travel with Air India, they are too irresponsible.

              On 07.11.2017 we are travelling to dubai from mumbai and one of our relative has given cash and important papers cash of 7k and papers which was missing on the day when we checked in to dubai hotel
              This is not accepted I need the refund for this as this money is very important to the fellow to whom this money is so precious

                We travelling to dubai in ix 247 on 26/10/17 which is delay by 3 hrs we are 12 members travelling and harrased so much. Why it is delay we want reason and who will reimburse the same. We have family tour to dubai and we lost some places to visit at dubai who will fulfill our lost. We will delay by full one day tour and we loss almost 50000 inr who will responsible for that?

                  Hi team,

                  I have couple of complains with air india express and goibibo website with respect to my booking made. I had made booking for 5 passengers from chennai to thrivandrum to travel on 29th september 2017. Ticket was booked on 14th september itself and received ticket confirmation. But on 23rd september, air india sent an email saying flight is cancelled due to operational reasons and they did not have any alternative option to travel on the same day. I tried booking ticket with other airlines on the same day but ticket price was 3 times than my old ticket. Finally i boarded cab and it took us 18 hours for the travel. I was told that cancellation initiation should be done 2 weeks before. Else customer needs to be compensated. When i inquired with airindia express on it, they said there is no such thing. We book ticket well in advance but these kind of last minute cancellations affecting customers.

                  Also, the ticket was booked through goibibo site and i called them to place cancellation. They cancelled the ticket and said refund will be processed by airindia express to goibibo and then goibibo will process refund to customer. Airindia confirmed that on 27th sep, they processed refund. However, i have still not received refund. Why are they playing with customer money for close to 13 days. Isn't there any remedy for customer sufferings?

                    We were traveling back from abudhabi, uae to new delhi, india on 24th of may 2017.
                    My mother in law age 86 was booked with us on air india express on flight no ix-116 vide confermation no u4gobr.
                    To our horror the booking person denied us wheelchair and then asked for a charge of 195 aed for the same.
                    Although air india advertises that it is for the passengers but the service was pathetic, they could not see an old lady a super sinior citizen suffering.
                    Etihad officers on the contrary removed the zigzag que, after seeing an old person walking and offered fast counter for security check but our own country airline personal wanted money for providing wheelchair which is freely offered worldwide in all airlines.
                    What more to say "pathetic"

                      My self along with my 3 family members were travelling from edinburgh to ahmedabad (India) via london (Heathrow) and delhi. Our baggage (Total 5) worth more than indian rupees.0ne lac. Were checked in. As because of late departure of flight ba1459, we missed the connected flight from london (Heathrow) to ahmedabad (Via delhi). We were advised to stay overnight and booked in air india ai172 flight to ahmedabad next day by british airways authority in london. (We were allotted two rooms at sheraton heathrow hotel). We boarded on ai 172 flight on dt.3/10 at 12.40 (British time). We were told by the air india authority and british airways authority at heathrow airport that, our baggage will be delivered to us at ahmedabad. But, we found that our all five bags are missing that contained some valuable gift articles purchased in london. We have submitted our baggage slips (Total 5) and official complaints on 2.00 am on dt.4/10 (Ist) to air india and airport authority in ahmedabad. We earnestly beg of you to see that our luggage reaches to our address given in our passports and oblige. Thank you,

                        I have sent a box containing eatables to my relatives at nagpur maharashtra on[protected] through dtdc express limited branch sangli (Pf340) by paying rs.400 (Four hundred rupees) to be sent through air cargo.

                        Due to careless and negligence on part of dtdc, the consignment were sent to kolkata (Wb) instead of nagpur, till today i. E.[protected].14 pm the said consignment is lying at dtdc kolkata hub.

                        After calling to customer care, reply is "human error". Also written e-mails to customer care dtdc, no response from them.

                        Their charges are high, but courier service is worst.
                        I request indian consumer complaints forum to look in this matter and direct dtdc to refund courier charges of rs.400/- which is paid by me.
                        KUQAWR Reference to the subject we had booked meals for Bruno & Clementine on our Noon flight and the steward on board had informed us that there was no food allocated. Inconvenience at the most as we were famished and regret the service. Air India to make good the loss

                          I was supposed to travel to kuwait on the 27th of september from kozhikode international airport. I had managed to reach the check-in zone 1 hour before the boarding time and the response from the concerned officials were surprisingly shocking. Without even making a phone call or a try, he told me that i couldnt fly that day. I couldnt intake that, as there was 1 hour more of time left for the flight to take off and the airport was completely empty. There were just two passengers (Me n my sis), with two handbags, it was just a matter of two boarding passes, n i was sure we could make it to the gate as the airport was completely empty. The crew members were stuck to their word. While i asked another crew member for some help, he showed me the way to go outside the airport. I was done. It didt stop me though, i had booked the next flight right away. But i am sure, if it was some other airlines, i could really make it.
                          As of now, i wish i see those two crew members somewhere outside the airport. I hope someone look into this matter seriously n do the needed, as i dont wish anyone else to experience the same.

                          Hi, this is melvita a passenger travelling on flight no 966 through AIR INDIA from hyd- mumbai, i am really upset abt the kind of facility being provided 2 the passangers travelling from this flight, the managment in the desk is so careless that they forgot 2 put my baggage tag on the ticket. When i landed i waited for my baggage on the receiving belt for more that 45 mins & when i dint get my baggage i went 2 the desk & there was no proper response from the managment of AIRINDIA. I would like 2 bring 2 ur noticed friend & family that nvr travel from this ### air services ever. Now also i am into the follow of for my baggage & thr is no proper response or revert back from there end . I am pissed of with them follow up, they cant do such a small thing & solve the problem of the passanger travelling with them & not ready 2 accept there mistake & stating that mam there is a power bank in ur bag . Wr in i tokd them i am ready 2 come back 2 hyd & prove that there is no power bank in my bag, if thr is no power bank found wat will u do will u give me free services for the rest 6 months were ever i am travelling, they have no answer. I want my baggage i dont know how & wat its always the airlines reponsibility. Kindly, ppl nvr travel from this airlines again

                              This is to register a complaint on my lg smart led tv which i brought from qatar to manglore air port. It was tested on purchse time and was working good. Once i reached home and unboxed the tv it is found damaged inside. I tried to call the air india express office, unfortunately i didn't get proper answer.

                                  Kindly note that we are very much upset with the service that we have received from air india office in Abu Dhabi.

                                  We have many minor and major incidents.

                                  We would like to bring the final one to your attention as a last resort.

                                  We have already given our contact number in Abu Dhabi.Even though our children were asked the address and contact number of Abu Dhabi. Luckily we conatcted them and came to know about this issue and updated the info.

                                  Like this we have encountered many silly issues due to the negligence of Air India staff in Abu Dhabi or in India.

                                  Our children have reported today 3 hours before in the air port and they were not allowed to enter in the counter and we were worried about this, The burden of proof lies with us since we have not received a boarding pass,

                                        I arrived from dubai to jaipur by air india express ix 196 on 16th aug. 2017. After reaching home when i open my suitcase, i found the bag was mishandled.
                                        I am missing my some gifts like 2 perfume (Ives saint laurant), lipstick's, 2 soap, hair buckle & comb.
                                        Please advise me on the compensations of my missing articles. I need an investigation on how this all happened.
