I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent flight with Air India Express. The details of my flight are as follows:

I had a very bad experience with Air India Express due to the early departure of the booked flight and multiple delays after that.
1. I booked my ticket(I1K7WS) from Sharja to Thiruvananthapuram on flight IX536 for confirmed departure
at 11 a.m. But when I arrived at the airport at 9.00 am for my departure the airline staff merely informed me that my flight had departed already at 5.30 am on the same day.

I Sri Kishore Chandra Sahoo a disable passenger booked ticket through easymytrip to travel from Lucknow-Bhubaneswar with my escort Sri Babaji Charan Tarai. My PNR was A8YPSK. In Qatar I tried to book ticket for Doha to Mangaluru by air india express website but I couldn't succeeded, it will not proceed or continue in website after providing personal details asking company details and GST information .

I had taken the travel ticket for my son, Mr. Amar Soorya, for travelling from Muscat to Mangalore on 11/09/2023 (PNR UVY9PL). The ticket was taken under student fare option. The check in baggage allowance was 30KG.

The luggage weight was adjusted within the allowable limit which was 29KG. Air India express counter at the airport advised that only 20Kg can only be allowed as the system shows 20Kg even after review of the ticket...

On the date of 30/07/2023, I was a passenger on flight number IX 687, traveling from Singapore to Chennai, with PNR number UVGLXL. Upon arriving at my destination and retrieving my luggage, I was dismayed to find that my suitcase had suffered severe damage, resulting in the exposure of my belongings contained within a plastic bag.

Waiting 30 minutes in a bus to board the plane . The crew came very late due to which the driver blocked all passengers in suffocation in bus. My 10 years old son was about to faint .

The flight has been delayed more than. 3 hours on 17th June 2023 . This has mage to cancel my prior appointments and it was a hassle situation for me to commute back as well.
Requesting the airline to provide us the rightful claim / refund as per the guideline of DGCA.

This is in reference to the refund of PNR no Y6HEA3. I had made a request for the same on 18-May-23, as per your refund policy, it should have been processed within 14 days of my request. However, it has now been 29 days and I have not received the amount. I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but did not receive any proper response or update.

On May 12th 8.45 PM from DXB to TRZ flight was cancelled due to technical issue. Air india express staff officially announced. But still i am not getting refund till. i called more than 3 times to CSR. But no response.

I booked a ticket on may 2nd 2023 for my family.
(CNN to DXB-travel date 16th may2023)
I received the PNR number(T453YM) and debited the amount from my credit card but the ticket was not issued.

When I checked the status with PNR it was shown that the booking was cancelled and refund in process. But I haven't received the refund until now.
i send an email stating the same and attached credit card statment...
