During the booking process, I attempted to add extra baggage to my reservation online, but I encountered a problem when trying to complete the payment. The transaction was declined, and I was unable to pay for the additional baggage through the website.
As a result, when I arrived at the airport for my flight, I was informed that I needed to pay for the extra baggage before I could receive my boarding passes. After a conversation with the airline staff, I proceeded to pay the required amount at the airport.

One hr time is there for flights, then also they rejected, There is no staff of Air india Express in that area, at same time cochin and calicut boarding for air india Express was going on
Unfortunately That lady was not helping us. so i took new ticket to Cochin in Same AIrindia express, same time there is no issue in my luggage
My place in kannur, Due to irresponsibility of Your team my family including my 7 month girl travel to cochin
Requested your team to provide at least good staff in counters, i realised you dont have direct staff in airport, at lease post one Your own staff if have more than 2 flight on same time
