My name is Vaibhav Padia. I booked the flight of Air India Express for 9th May 2024 from Mumbai to Bengaluru. The PNR no is F2RR4Z.

In the flight all tje Four washrooms were in a pathetic condition, no flush was working, nor clean, even the flight attendants were not up to the mark for customer support.

Due to weather condition, the flight diverted to Chennai and there almost I spend 2 to 3 hrs inside the flight.
As flight landed to Chennai around 11.30pm. After long waiting inside the Airplane, NO AC was working, No ventilation where as a passenger can breathe properly, it was creating a VERY Much suffocation. Due to which I faced HEALTH ISSUE.

The caption announced in the flight that passengers will be given food & refreshments, water. However no one came to serve in the flight. The air hostess even not bothered about the passengers, no asking water also, just waiting/standing in pantry are of the flight. Even after telling multiple times hair hostess not even contacting the Captian.

Whole journey was so pathetic and awful which includes unprofessional service support too.

Because of pathetic service from flight attendants, I demand a compensation/refund. If no such initiative taken, will take legal action.

    For my flight from BLR to BOM, i had paid INR 250 for aisle seat selection
    Amount is paid via UPI but immediately after payment site got stuck and web check in shown incomplete.
    i tried calling customer care, but for almost 15 mins only auto message is played "we will connect to customer happiness executive" and no progress.
    the chat TIA is useless for this
    complete my web check in or refund INR 250

    After waiting for more than 20 mins on customer care call with repetitive audio of our "customer happiness executive will reach to you shortly" finally able to connect with one human customer care representative. He accepted that amount is deducted so he supported for completing the web check in.

        Hi, my one trolley bag is not arrived yet from Pune. Yesterday whenever I communicated with Air india express staff they told me my trolley will be deliver today at 7-8Am morning. But just now I called in Guwahati Airport, they have told till now it's not arrived from Pune. Currently I am under doctor's treatment, my all medicines which are very costly are there in my luggage. From yesterday I am not taking my medicines, I am facing difficulties with my health now. Try to understand my Health conditions and don't play with someone's medical health & don't give false statements. Very bad experience with Air India Express. Air Asia, Indigo, Vistara they are far better.

          We had a confirmed flight with Air India Express on 4.4.2024 from Ayodhya to Kolkata (PNR I1F29C). We were informed on 3rd April evening by e mail that our flight had been cancelled due to operational reason. As there is a limited flight at Ayodhya, it was not possible to take another flight on the same day. We were forced to stay back and rescheduled our ticket next day. It costed us lot of money to stay back one additional day with no fault o[censored]s.
          We request company should give us a compensation for that additional day.

                Dear Sir,
                I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had while travelling with Air India Express on 23 02 2024. My name is Urvi, and my PNR is K6MKXD. I was scheduled to fly from Ranchi to Srinagar via New Delhi, with flight numbers I5 745 and I5 741, respectively.
                Regrettably, my journey was marred by significant delays and a lack of proper assistance from your airline, which resulted in substantial inconvenience and loss for me. Upon arriving at Delhi, I encountered a considerable delay with my first flight, I5 745, which led to me missing my connecting flight, I5 741, to Srinagar. Consequently, I was informed that the next available flight was scheduled for the following day, effectively disrupting my plans and causing me to miss an important gathering at my institute, NIFT Srinagar.
                As a newcomer to Delhi and without any acquaintances in the vicinity, I found myself stranded outside the airport, unable to gain access due to the rescheduled flight not being until the next day. Despite this predicament, I received minimal guidance or assistance from Air India Express personnel, which only exacerbated the situation.
                The lack of proper communication, and assistance, and the delay in rescheduling not only inconvenienced me but also caused significant setbacks to my professional commitments and aspirations. I had invested considerable time and effort in preparing for the gathering at NIFT Srinagar, and the delay and subsequent mishandling of the situation by Air India Express have resulted in profound disappointment and loss for me.
                I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to prevent similar instances from occurring in the future. It is crucial that passengers are provided with adequate support and guidance during unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays and cancellations. As a reputable airline, it is imperative that Air India Express upholds high standards of customer service and ensures the well-being and satisfaction of its passengers.
                I sincerely hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly and that measures will be taken to rectify the shortcomings in your services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

                  1. I traveled from Delhi to Bengaluru by flight IX1592 on 25th January 2024, PNR-P2B57P, Seat no 29E.(Boarding pass attached with this email)

                  2. I received my Suitcase in broken condition on arrival at Bangalore T2 terminal. (Baggage Tag and photos of the damage to suitcase attached)

                  3. I reported this at the Baggage section of Air India Express and raised a report after physical verification of the damage on 25th Jan 2024. (Property Irregularity report attached).

                  4. I have followed all protocols and formalities deemed necessary for claiming compensation. Also, I have approached the Airline several times by e-mail.

                  5. However, the Airline is offering only Rs 3000/- as compensation for my damaged suitcase which is NOT ACCEPTABLE, since the suitcase is IRREPAIRABLE and unusable. I cannot buy a new suitcase with this compensation amount of Rs 3000/-.

                  6. My requirement is that my suitcase be REPLACED with the same size and quality of suitcase. The broken suitcase may be collected from my possession and retained by the Airlines.

                  7. I want to approach the Consumer Forum and have requested the Airline to send a legible copy of the PIR on three different dates, but legible copy of PIR has not been sent till date.

                    *We are the passenger of Air Indian Express IX397 CCJ - JED on 08-Feb-2024 .We lost our (Gold 96gram and Cash 1280 Saudi Riyal) during the traveling time at Calicut Airport it's not missing from Us it's stollen by Airport staffs and Authority from our bag the person who sitting in the counter of boarding pass he were Rudely forcly tell us to put this hand bag to Buggage machine because you can't take this to flight by hand.we know that it's only below 7kg hand Bag and we told him that also it's not Buggage it's our hand bag so we want to kept with us but he was Rudely talking to us.We ask him to check the weight of bag but he doesn't ready to do anything he is pushing us to do what he said and he didn't tell about the rules and regulations of Buggage.The most important things that inside of the bag there is our (Money and Gold) He didn't Allow to take our Gold and Cash From our Bag. We inform to Duty Managers and Authorities of Calicut Airport But they were not Ready to help us and they were Rudely behaving To us.The time is near to flight Departure so we were move fastly to flight .When we reach here we got our Bag and inside of bag there is no (Gold and Cash) So the Calicut Airport Staffs and Authority were Stolled our Gold and Cash from our bag.This is the way of Airport Authorities Keeping to Passengers for Missing of Our Gold and Cash is full Responsibility only Calicut Airport teams it's all Happened Because only their Rudely and Forcely Pushing us to put our hand bag to Buggage Machine.*

                      We are the Passengers of Air Indian Express on 8/02/2024 CCJ - JED .We were lost our (GOLD & MONEY) In our Buggage.It's not first time at Calicut airport but it's want to be a last time.This is our official complaint to air Indian Express authority and managers, customs officers and whole responsible employee's.we lost (Gold 96gram, 1280 Saudi Riyal). please take the actions about this and get the reply back soon.
                      Note:The Airport Staffs and Authorities badly push us to put our hand carrying bag to luggage otherwise we will carry it on our hand only and they didn't inform us about this issue and they are stollen our (GOLD AND MONEY) from our bag.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I travelled Air India Express with my e-ticket having No: [protected] and Boarding PASS PNR No:T5YFHW from Bhubaneswar Airport to Delhi Airport on 25th Jan2024 and Delhi airport to ACCRA airport on 26th Jan2024.I had checked in my baggage in Bhubaneswar Airport itsel[censored]p to ACCRA airport with baggage tag No: ACC [protected].

                        After getting down at Delhi airport, I had taken my boarding pass from ET airlines counter from "Delhi to Addis Ababa" flight No-ET687 having ticket No-098 [protected] and the baggage agent code shown 4DT/DEL and SEQ NO. 151 & "Addis Ababa to ACCRA" flight No-ET921 having ticket no:098 [protected] and baggage agent code shown 4DT/DEL and SEQ NO.166.

                        I got down from ET 921 at Acra and found my check in baggage had been missed for which I had filed a property irregularity report (PIR) in Acra airport counter having no: 0021772 with PIR reference No .ACCET13401
                        Since 26th Jan 2024, I have been following Air India Express with Case # 02420610 as well as Ethiopian Airlines with PIR Reference no: ACCET13401 to trace my check-in bag which missed at ACCRA airport on 26th Jan2024.

                        This is to draw your attention to your failure for losing my luggage while travelling in your airlines on 25th Jan2024.

                        I regret, and strongly protest, such kind of negligence by your staff members.

                        I am a diabetic patient and I had carried Life Saving Medicines in the check in bag( which are not available in Ghana) along with valuable items(Omron MC 720 contact digital Infrared Forehead Thermometer, BP checking Machine, Accu-Check instant blood glucose glucometer with Accu-check guide strips pack of 50 Nos, 04 nos of RCN cutting scissors and a weighing scale)

                        Apart from the above, there were other necessary items inside the bag( Pants, Shirts, T-shirts, Bedsheets, food items, one pair Slipper etc, ) and there are also important documents in the luggage that could never be recovered from anywhere. Anyhow, it is entirely a mistake from your side therefore your company is liable for the missing luggage.

                            Flight got canceled by airline and they said you can Deboard now and you will get full refund but as per message it’s showing 234 Rs. only. Kindly recheck at your end.

                              As per forceful instruction late coming due to emegration delay they used bad words and take my duty free item there...

                              Im very ashamed this kind of staffs as part ofAir india express. As per my opinion Air india express need to train their staff how to talk and base level behaviour to customer...

                                Hi,
                                I was travelling on Air India Express flight from BAH to TRV on 17/01/2024 (PNR Y1WPJF).
                                The service, generally was good, the flight took off and landed on schedule. However, what was irritating to me was the poor condition of the planes front toilet. The toilet seat won't stay upright in the raised position. It is matter of basic hygiene to raise the toilet seat when men urinate. Else what happens, urine could get sprayed on the seat, making it not usable for women users or children.
                                I didn't urinate, and didn't want to check the rear toilets for correct operation of the seats. The maintenance didn't install the seats properly. This is the problem. I explained this problem to the first flight attendant I saw. To my utter shock and disbelief, this person is justifying it. He says it is a very normal thing and that the next person will have to wipe the seat before using it. I don't have words to express my anger. I told him it is nothing but rubbish coming out of him. Seeing my violent reaction, the guy just backed off. But I don't think the message got into his stupid head. After wards, several males and females were using the toilet with the seat in the down position. Even one of the female flight attendants was seen going in.
                                There is a major lapse in training your flight staff and reporting maintenance issues on the air craft. The maintenance crew don't check these things after the technician has replaced or repaired the seat.
                                I bet this issue will never be resolved. A few months ago I travelled on the same flight from Bahrain to Trivandrum, and reported this matter to the flight attendant. The same response. What a pity! Apparently this is a minor issue for an ordinary India for whom hygiene is a matter of secondary importance. Air India and Air India Express are trying to remould themselves into a modern carrier competing with the best of the world.
                                As a person who has been travelling world-wide for 45 years, it annoys and hurts me. Please tell your staff to give attention to details. Also, request you to have some complaint form available in the flight itself.
                                I will be surprised if I get a reply on this.

                                  Sir/Madam, This is reference to my Luggage. My daughter travelled through Airindia Express PNR G7ZNJA on 14th Jan, 24.
                                  To my surprise I saw the Check in luggage was completely damaged. Hereby i am attaching the Pics. The Handle is broken, the wheels are damaged.
                                  How can you mis handle by daughters luggage so badly. How do you compensate the same.

                                      Am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent journey on Air India Express.

                                      On January 8, 2024, I traveled on I5-741 from Banglore to Srinagar. Unfortunately, upon collecting my checked baggage at the destination, I discovered that my traveling suitcase had been significantly damaged during the journey. It was broken and they had wrapped it in a black plastic bag. The tag number of the suitcase is as follows: SEQ0142, Bag weight: 11kgs. SXR[protected].

                                      Furthermore, my daughter's trophy which was in the suitcase itself was also completely missing. This damage has not only affected the functionality of the suitcase but has also caused inconvenience and distress during my travels.

                                      I understand that unforeseen events can occur, and I appreciate your understanding in addressing this matter promptly. I kindly request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.

                                      In light of the above, I am seeking the following resolutions:

                                      1. Compensation for the damaged suitcase based on its current market value.
                                      2. Assurance that measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, such as improving baggage handling procedures.

                                      This complaint has already been launched at the Srinagar airport.

                                        Dear Team Air India Express

                                        There was a name mistake in the PNR JZQ7YV and I was trying to get this corrected however the same was deny at your end, now when I'm trying to cancel the ticket for " Lakhith Agarwal " and ask for refund there would be cancellation charges of INR 3500 will be levied has been told to me by chatbot Tia.

                                        I'm also not able to contact any customer care person over the phone to get any help on this matter.

                                        Please note that as per recent DGCA rules there should not be any cancellation charges if flight is cancelled within 24 hours of booking and journey is not within 7 days of booking,

                                        Hence my booking qualifies for full refund on cancellation and I would request you to confirm this for the cancellation of one of the tickets in my above booking immediately and also help me with a full refund.
