    I'm Rethin Raju, working as a Senior Engineer in a medical firm. I have booked a ticket to trivandrum international Airport from Doha which is supposed to start from 29th April 2.45 pm from Hamad international airport but I had been rescheduled to 4 times and there has no clear update from airport information centre and the customer care executives from Airindia express. The local aur india representative has not been responding to the calls also. Because of this unprofessional attitude from Airindia express I'm ashamed of our own airlines and this indescribable mistreatment from Airindia caused a huge damage for my planned trip to kerala. They have agreed for a full refund within 7 to 14 working days which I don't believe anymore from such an unprofessional organisation. I would require a compensation for my time and for damage it caused for the purpose of my visit.

      My wife was travelling from Kannur To Doha Qatar this month April 2022, the Airindia express counter staff in kannur Airport behaved very Badly without considering her as a Female and a solo traveller who is Having Ramadan Fasting, by mistake she carried some extra weight and the counter staff without any cosidertion shouted her to remove excess weight and she removed!!! The painful other thing is she was Fasting & she carried some food to break her fasting from the flight, the counter exresss staff ask her to weigh & remove her food from her Hand bag!! The way they approached her is very Badly by talking.. one soft bag is also damaged by this Airlines by careless handling. .
      Conclusion train your Staff to behave in good manner! & pls don't select Gangsters as counter customer support staff!! As the kannur airport is built by Public share & they totally neglect that fact as well! !

        I booked 3 passenger and these 3 passenger was in Dubai Police Jail, and due to dubai jail system not updating due to high volume these 3 person didn’t make PCR test yesterday
        The passenger flight was APRIL [protected]@12:50pm dxb to Delhi
        Please try to help me for them

          I had booked a flight from mumbai to dubai in june 2021, during covid times, suddenly UAE government declared restrictions for international travellers and hence it was understandable that flight has been cancelled. I have been trying to get in touch with air india for almost a year now being april 2022 currently and their customer support only said that they won’t refund me back my money OR they will charge more than half the flight ticket amount as cancellation charges, which is completely unjust to the general public as it is no fault of me as a consumer if the flight was cancelled due to government restrictions. When i booked my flight with emirates and the same scene happened because of govt restriction, they refunded me back the entire amount without charging me a single penny. This is completely unjustified on Air india’s part. I expect a full refund in this case. This is a person’s hard earned money. Please help me get my entire amount of ticket as refund.

            Dear SIr,
            Have submitted my complaint on 19th regarding my baggage damage along with the receipt from Air India Counter of T3 New Delhi 0n 19thMarch'22.

            Since I haven't received any reply/ feedback on my complaint, i again raised my request on 25th and 29thMarch'22 to kindly look into the matter with Air India.

            Constrained to bring it to your notice that i am yet to listen from you in this regard.

            I therefore once again request you to take it up with Air India and settle my issue at the earliest.

                My self Anoop .Yesterday I had checked in the air india express counter at muscat air port ( 10:55am at IX -554) for traveling to Trivandrum. I was in que and next my turn to check in.then I entered the counter, the officer on that counter shouting, where did you come from. he is not allowing me to reply.just shouting in front of all other passengers.I don't understand what he thinking himself
                He is behaving like he is the owner of air india express. for last seven years Iam traveling in many flights at different airport's.but this kind worst experience experience I hadn't face ever.this kind of ### officers are degrading the reputation of GOOD COMPanies.still I don't understand, we are giving money for the ticket then facing these kind of insult.just humble request, appoint CUSTOMER friendly officers.

                  Me and my wife booked a flight from Sharjah to amritsar.the scheduled departure was 2:15 am on 28 march2022 but the flight was rescheduled at 7:00 am .The reason was that company sold tickets at higher rates due to dubai expo and those who purchased tickets were told to go in rescheduled flight.i talked to airline staff at Sharjah airport .they said that they will give refreshment but didn't gave us anything.we waited for our flight for 5 hours.I asked the airline to give me accomodation or lounge service but they denied.we were not informed by the airlines about the reschedule.i want compensation for the loss I suffered because of this act of air india express.i was forced to wait for my flight without eating anything.

                    IX 813 Mangalore to Dubai 27th March 2022.
                    Passengers waiting in the airport from 5pm and flight is to leave at 7.55pm. The flight is delayed, there is no intimation of the delay and people have to just wait looking at the display board. Its passed 8 hrs waiting in the departure lounge and still no support from Air India Express staff.
                    The staff at the airport have no clue when the delay will sorted or offer no support to the passengers.
                    What a pathetic situation.
                    Your duty manager has to be fired for his incompetency to mange his work.
                    Very very poor service.

                      I had recently missed my flight to London from Amritsar. I was asked to go the the Help desk at the airport to get the issue resolved. The staff refused to listen to me as they said I booked my ticket online. They even refused to book a new ticket for me on the spot as they said I have to do it online by myself. All other airline help desks were very helpful in atleast giving out information but Air india employees were so unprofessional and rude as they didn't even let me finish my sentence. They believe that chatting among them instead of listening to a customer is somehow more important. I've been flying air india for years and this time I was disgusted by the staff behavior.

                          The entertainment was not working. There was no tea or coffee served no light in the bathroom. Aircraft had a stuffy stale smell. Food was so bad and insufficient. And to make matters worse they did not even have water for the passengers. Crew preferred ignoring requests for water snacks or tea coffee as they were I’ll equipped. Did not expect this after take over by Tata

                            My name is Dr Anoop Raveendran Nair.
                            I am flighing from London Heathrow to Cochin international Airport on 26/02/2022.
                            I called the UK customer care on-[protected] to enquire regarding the need for covid test Prior to travel.As there was a recent change in the government guidelines I wanted to know the flight company's requirement on covid test Prior to travel.I spoke to Mr Sathish Yadav and was very disappointed by his communication. He couldn't communicate to me properly in English and he had no idea about the covid test requirement asked by the airline company which I think is a very basic information.He couldn't help me with an alternative to get a response to my query.This is really a shame for the company caused by such people. So I would be grateful if I can get an update on the latest update requirement ur covid test requirement Prior to travel.

                                I had booked a ticket for me and my children to travel on 4Feb2022 on air india express kochi to Doha but unfortunately my leave was canceled and my children are supposed to travel unaccompanied.I went to air india office in Qatar the staff attitude was very irrelevant and ridiculous.They doesn’t want to work and don’t want to help anyone.He said me to cancel the whole booking but no refund it may take months moreover half of the amount only will pay back and he want me to pay for the new tickets, how much I tried to explain but he was very tough to convince.It’s the first time I decided to travel on air India and I got the worst experience .I know no body will take action against such disgusting activities but such behavior is shameful for the whole country.

                                  I received a refund email from AirIndia Express for the amount of INR 33477.62+ INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00 + INR 4581.82 ON 18 JAN 2022 AS PER PAY U TRANS. ID [protected] + [protected]+ '[protected] + [protected] (CH) respectively.

                                  From which I received INR 33477.62 and INR 4581.82 on 20th of Jan.

                                  But I did not receive the amount INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00.

                                  Kindly please check the transaction status for these amounts with the above transaction ID's and refund the remaining amount urgently.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I along with my family members were supposed to travel to Dubai on 9-Jan-2022 on IXE-383 flight. As per Covid protocols we had got PCR negative test report from renowned hospital a day before and during RT PCR in airport mine and my sister-in-laws test result came positive. We had no symptoms. Still we agreed and requested for retest but airport medical team rejected our request and we had to return back to our house. There were around 10 to 12 members with same issue. We had no taxi arrangements in airport so we had to sit and wait in airport till morning with kid.
                                      After coming back from airport next day we went nearby Govt Health center for retest as we both had no symptoms. On 12th Jan 2022 we received the antigen and PCR reports as negative.
                                      In this regard, we strongly want to raise a complaint on Apollo hospital in Mangalore Airport for their carelessness and negligence in proper reporting against PCR tests.
                                      Due this my niece had to miss her school classes. I was almost about to lose my job and now I will be on unpaid leaves.
                                      We pay huge amount for PCR testing in airport and still they could not provide proper arrangements for us.
                                      Please advise what should I do next as we have negative antigen and PCR report.
                                      Also I want to know who will bear our losses.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I have cancelled my Air India Express ticket on 12 August 2021, with PNR FOCNII, Traveller Name: Ekhlaque Ahmad booked on Makemytrip App.
                                        I have not received the refund of Rs 13601 yet. I have sent multiple follow up email to customer care but no response received. I check status on Makemy trip, they have mentioned a general statement due to limited staffing there is delay in processing refund. But, its more than 150 days and not received refund yet. Kindly help me getting the refund as soon as possible.

                                        AirIndia Express has responded that they paid the refund amount to agent Makemytrip. But Maketrip is saying that they have not received any refund against PNR FOCNII.
                                        Not sure where to approach. It's significant amount paid by credit card and I have to bear the credit card fine. Hope something can be done from this source to get my money back soon.
