Passengers waiting in the airport from 5pm and flight is to leave at 7.55pm. The flight is delayed, there is no intimation of the delay and people have to just wait looking at the display board. Its passed 8 hrs waiting in the departure lounge and still no support from Air India Express staff.

I had recently missed my flight to London from Amritsar. I was asked to go the the Help desk at the airport to get the issue resolved. The staff refused to listen to me as they said I booked my ticket online. They even refused to book a new ticket for me on the spot as they said I have to do it online by myself. I received a refund email from AirIndia Express for the amount of INR 33477.62+ INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00 + INR 4581.82 ON 18 JAN 2022 AS PER PAY U TRANS. ID [protected] + [protected]+ '[protected] + [protected] (CH) respectively.

From which I received INR 33477.62 and INR 4581.82 on 20th of Jan.

But I did not receive the amount INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00.br...

As per telephone conversation ( Air india Express airport staff ) passenger need to full refund below mentioned ticket, Because the passenger has been covid positive in Airport
