This is in reference to the refund of PNR no Y6HEA3. I had made a request for the same on 18-May-23, as per your refund policy, it should have been processed within 14 days of my request. However, it has now been 29 days and I have not received the amount. I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but did not receive any proper response or update.

And I have already requested you to issue a refund invoice so that I can track my payment status.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a refund payment along with a refund charge which you’re deducted from my initial payment.

    On May 12th 8.45 PM from DXB to TRZ flight was cancelled due to technical issue. Air india express staff officially announced. But still i am not getting refund till. i called more than 3 times to CSR. But no response.

      I booked a ticket on may 2nd 2023 for my family.
      (CNN to DXB-travel date 16th may2023)
      I received the PNR number(T453YM) and debited the amount from my credit card but the ticket was not issued.

      When I checked the status with PNR it was shown that the booking was cancelled and refund in process. But I haven't received the refund until now.
      i send an email stating the same and attached credit card statment and PNR Status screenshot.but no response.

        IX840 DXB -GOI departing 26-Apr-2023
        The above flight was cancelled as it was rescheduled by the airlines and i received a notification stating that i can cancel or reschedule without any additional charges as i was not comfortable with the time i canceled the flight by calling the airlines hence no response from airlines i contacted my agent through which i booked that is make my trip and they helped me connect to air india express after 4 hours of struggle the lady agreed over refunding 1500 AED within 15 days after that I'm following up with make my trip and no response as they say air india express isnt responding to their calls nor emails. How can any airlines act so irresponsible. Please help me get money back

          I booked ticket in AirIndia express on[protected] for Trivandrum to AbuDhabi flight( travel date[protected]. I received confirmed mail (PNR D58JWG), When we reach the airport, they told ticket denied and didn’t allowed to travel with that ticket.
          When I check with my Bank, amount credited to AirIndia EXPRESS.
          Multiple time contacted, no proper response from customer care. First complaint raised with case number: 04363785.
          Kindly update the status.

              Dear Team,
              I have cancelled air ticket on 16th April 2023 and still not received refund for PNR ZY5D7H. I have done international call many times to the customer care centre and everytime they say the refund is under process but nothing happened. I raised complaints through TIA, still no response. Today and also last week the customer care representative confirmed it has been taken with high priority. Kindly provide an update at the earliest, else I need to raise a complaint through consumer court. I had already spent lot of money on international calls to speak with customer care executives.

                  I issued kannur dubai ticket 16 may, PNR MIP2BC .ticket issuing time flight time is 19 :55 i traveled only 14 days . i reached airport the staff told me the flight departed 04:55 am i requested to airport to change another flight. the airport staff told me to get full refund and i purchased another ticket dubai mangalore. PNR IS YY2RXK, this pnr i traveled.kannur dubait ticket not travelled i checked air india express they told me only get tax amount. so i humbly request you to refund full amount. i issued airindia express ticket again.

                    I booked 2 tickets from Sharjah to Chennai PNR 34PZ7Y and Chennai to Sharjah PNR M0Z9GS.

                    The Flights got cancelled. Though I cancelled the tickets, no refund yet even after 20 days.

                    And again this service provider is so negligible in handling the customer. Haven't received the refund from the airline after the timeline has been exceeded. After a continuous follow-up of several calls, I am still left with neither the answer nor the refund.

                    With TATA it has become worse

                      I requested name change of passenger 2 from Lokendra Pal Singh to Yogi Lokendra Pal Singh but I never received any proper answer from AirIndia Express team. They say it will be done in 48 hrs but never done.

                        I raised two complaints regarding my cancelled flight(Automatically), Amount debited from Credit card. Please find the compliment numbers, no response so far. My refund amount has not been received yet.

                        My booking cancelled automatically, Cancelled PNR nos are: IZMG7C (72, 854 INR) and D25YVP.(22, 722 INR) Totally : 95, 576 INR

                        So far I have not received any refund above mentioned amounts. Almost 25days have passed. I paid my Credit card interest too. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          I booked 2 tickets from TRV to DOH and they got cancelled twice,
                          I accepted that too and they said they will giving me a full refund without a single email or SMS conveyed to the customer. It's been now 25 days since they canceled my ticket, and the airline didn't refund the amount to my account.
                          I have called customer service several times and they have given me other dates to get my refund but still haven't received my refund.

                            I have booked air india express flight in march from HYD to MCT. the date of journey is on 15th of april 2023 and the flight number is IX-913. The PNR number is W09GYK.

                            2 days prior to departure i got a message saying the flight has been cancelled and i can take refund for the same. i have initially applied refund through your chatbot TIA where i got a reply saying the amount will be refunded in a week to which proof is attached, which i did not receive.

                            again i called customer service since i did not receive refund where they told they had to raise a complaint for the refund to be issued which your chatbot did not mention at all. so they have raised a complaint and have told that refund will be given in 3 days.

                            i waited 3 days and then called your customer care number again after which they told that there is a merger issue and told to wait a week more.
                            now i have waited that week and still haven’t got my refund.

                            the complaint number which call center team has given is 04278250.

                            After followup after a week's time, air india express customer care again gave a compliant no: 04383354.

                            As air india express is not responding in I would request you to kindly intervene and take action against air india express so that they refund my amount immediately. Also I would like to claim amount of 5000 extra for the delay in refunding the amount by air india express.

                            Also the way the customer care executives are responding is not polite.

                              I have booked my air ticket from Jaipur to Dubai dated 24th Apr, 2023 1:00 AM having PNR No. 24ZXOS through air india express website. My flight was rescheduled by the Air Indian Express team having the departure time of 24th Apr, 2023 1:00 AM to 23 Apr, 2023 5:50 PM no prior intimation was received either on my mail [protected]@gmail.com or on my mobile no +91-[protected]. This is such a ridiculous behaviour of the air india express I have reached the airport on 23th Apr 11:30 considering the original departure timings after that i come to know about the flight has been rescheduled. I want full refund for my ticket amount of INR 17, 556
                              Moreover in response to the missed flight i have to book the new flight as early as possible since i have to join the office next day . so i have booked the earliest flight of Air Arabia Flight No. G9436 i.e from Jaipur to sharjah on the same day which cost me around INR 23.6K which is about 6-7K costlier than the missed one. Moreover my original flight is from Jaipur to Dubai but the new flight is from Jaipur to sharjah and Dubai to Sharjah is around 30 Kms which cost me additional Cab Charges of INR 2600 Due to all this i have to sit in the airport for around 5-6 hrs and have to take a leave from my office For all this additional compensation of INR 30000 for my mental harassment.

                                Had such a terrible exp. while checking in with Air India Ex IX-195 from Jaipur to DXB, Shekhawat saw a teenage girl alone and took the opportunity to not only misbehave by passing indirect crude comments but also charge unnecessary excess baggage amount for a laptop bag with a notebook to read and snacks to eat - which are all allowed to be carried along on the flight as hand baggage which is clearly stated on the website too.
                                Provided a receipt of INR3780 which does not even mention what they have charged for,
                                @AirIndiaX should apologize & train their staff with basic mannerisms on how to deal with other humans & refund the amount charged incorrectly. Shekhawat should be given a warning who is working at Jaipur Airpot along with his Manager who encouraged him to perform such an act.

                                    I booked a ticket on 11th April 2023 to travel from TRV to DOH and the booking was canceled within a few minutes after I received the confirmation mail, I contacted Tia, and told me that. An error in the system and payment will refund within 7 days so I booked one more ticket for the same destination this ticket was also canceled without confirmation mail. But these two cancellation refunds have not been credited to my account yet.
                                    Several times I called customer service they give me different times to get my refund.
                                    Please consider my request and do the necessary to get the refund as soon as possible

                                        I am book Ticket Trichy To Singapore on 11 Apr 2023 . But my Ticket was not Confirmed and Money Debited my Account
                                        I contact customer care they said will refund the payment within 14 days
                                        yesterday also I called the customer care they said 24 hrs the amount will credit your account but still I am not received the money today I called them again they said 24 hrs will credit money
                                        i dont know my ticket was not confirmed but money debited still i am not received the payment waiting for 15 days
