Dear Air india express Team,
I received a refund email from AirIndia Express for the amount of INR 33477.62+ INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00 + INR 4581.82 ON 18 JAN 2022 AS PER PAY U TRANS. ID [protected] + [protected]+ '[protected] + [protected] (CH) respectively.

From which I received INR 33477.62 and INR 4581.82 on 20th of Jan.

But I did not receive the amount INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00.

Kindly please check the transaction status for these amounts with the above transaction ID's and refund the remaining amount urgently.

      Dear Sir,

      I along with my family members were supposed to travel to Dubai on 9-Jan-2022 on IXE-383 flight. As per Covid protocols we had got PCR negative test report from renowned hospital a day before and during RT PCR in airport mine and my sister-in-laws test result came positive. We had no symptoms. Still we agreed and requested for retest but airport medical team rejected our request and we had to return back to our house. There were around 10 to 12 members with same issue. We had no taxi arrangements in airport so we had to sit and wait in airport till morning with kid.
      After coming back from airport next day we went nearby Govt Health center for retest as we both had no symptoms. On 12th Jan 2022 we received the antigen and PCR reports as negative.
      In this regard, we strongly want to raise a complaint on Apollo hospital in Mangalore Airport for their carelessness and negligence in proper reporting against PCR tests.
      Due this my niece had to miss her school classes. I was almost about to lose my job and now I will be on unpaid leaves.
      We pay huge amount for PCR testing in airport and still they could not provide proper arrangements for us.
      Please advise what should I do next as we have negative antigen and PCR report.
      Also I want to know who will bear our losses.

        Dear Team,

        I have cancelled my Air India Express ticket on 12 August 2021, with PNR FOCNII, Traveller Name: Ekhlaque Ahmad booked on Makemytrip App.
        I have not received the refund of Rs 13601 yet. I have sent multiple follow up email to customer care but no response received. I check status on Makemy trip, they have mentioned a general statement due to limited staffing there is delay in processing refund. But, its more than 150 days and not received refund yet. Kindly help me getting the refund as soon as possible.

        AirIndia Express has responded that they paid the refund amount to agent Makemytrip. But Maketrip is saying that they have not received any refund against PNR FOCNII.
        Not sure where to approach. It's significant amount paid by credit card and I have to bear the credit card fine. Hope something can be done from this source to get my money back soon.

          I took this ticket two years ago and got cancelled due to travel restrictions. I have been following up with Air India express team for more than a year, even sent email to Nodal Officer also through phone. I don't how I can further escalate this

            I had an Air India Express flight booked for December 01st and a connection flight with Singapore Airlines to Australia. But due to the changes in Covid regulations brought by Australian Government on November 28th, entry was restricted and so couldn’t make the travel. Air India isn’t ready to refund the ticket for a cancellation that happened due to covid restriction implemented by Australia. The connection flight airline, Singapore airlines have already refunded the ticket price. Please help get the refund on Air Indian Express flight ticket cancellation which happened not due to any personal reason but due to country level covid restriction.

              I have booked 1 ticket with PNR no. HXUBVF. The flight was cancelled and I am waiting for refund since last 17 month. So many email sent to Customer Support, Nodal Officer of Air India Express but not got my refund. The company is full of inefficient and corrupt staff, so if you want to book your ticket considering it as non refundable even if clause says refundable. On cancellation they are not going to respond at all.

                I am very upset with the services extended by Air India Express flight number IX-122 dated 19th December 2021 from New Delhi to KualaLumpur. Cru attending was Ms Vandana Ahuja and Mr. Rahul Gautam.
                I made my reasonable protest to them for not serving what was ordered and my wife had to remain hungry.
                Their argument was it was a mistake of the food serving group and they can not do much at the heights of flight. I may agree with the argument but the question still remains the same that the passenger had to remain hungry through the night.
                This booking was done well before boarding the flight probably a day before, it was as per published in website and made required payments. I was never informed until the wrong dish was served that your agency is unable to serve what was ordered.

                  I booked a ticket on your airline ten days before . When I arrived at the airport on the 12th December day of travel, the authorities told me that you could not board this flight so I humbly ask you to refund my booking fee.

                    I had booked ticket from COK to DXB for 14th July 2020. As my daughter, Shreya( who was a passenger in it) got covid infected, we had to cancel the flight on 13th July. Though cancellation was done by the travel agent 24 hours prior to departure, we didnt get full refund. The excuse was given was it was vande Bharath flight. Kindly make initiatives for full refund.

                        I’ve been flying from canada to Trivandrum via Dubai for more than 20 years. Last week I was flying in Dubai to Trivandrum and was in transit and for the first time I was shock d to see that at the gate they brought portable scales credit card machines snd a garbage bin and just before boarding weighed everyone’s bags with their duty free shopping and charged overweight. They clearly know people are going to buy liquor and chocolates when in transit and so most people line me were charged 100s of AED without warning. I went back out and checked my other usual airlines and no one else was doing this practice. It’s very underhanded and lacked transparency for people before shopping to be aware of this . Never happened in all my travels and left me with a very unethical feeling about how this airline is run. It’s clearly a target plan towards in transit passengers and most people were paying or dumping their purchases and clearly as shocked as I was. Very disspointed in the experience and will think again before flying AIE

                          With ref to PNR CQ61Z5, I purchased air tickets from Singapore to Tiruchirapalli Airindia express for my travel purpose in Sep 2021.
                          Due to the outbreak of the covid-19 Pandemic situation, I canceled my ticket and requested for refund in this regard. But even after continuous reminder emails, and calls Air India expresses never responded.

                          All the private airlines are refunded promptly for their customers. But unfortunately, Indian Branded Air India Express is still not refunding their customer's money, and the public is not fair and not suitable for their company Indian Image.

                              I am looking for refund and at-least apology for humiliation my family has to go ( Wife, Child - 6 years ) old, They travelled from Singapore to Dubai and were suppose to go to Lucknow . via connecting flight form DUBAI to LKO . Air india express below are details .

                              I have called several time to customer care and got meal added, and paid for special seat with additional cost, did check in and asked if transfer can be done internally, I was informed yes multiple times )

                              However when my family reached Airport they were stopped at transfer and was not let go for internal transfer at Dubai Airport and my family was stuck, they cant catch flight and with 6 year kid my wife was held at Dubai Airport and asked can only go back tto terminal back with another ticket and not indian Express ..They have to stay an hour untill i book ticket from another flight .

                              I paid aprox 25K INR + meal + seat selection for 2 pax .

                                I had purchased a air ticket from Air India Express website for a flight Delhi- Dubai on 6th August 2021. Flight got cancelled due to nonavailability of Rapid PCR at the airport on that day.

                                  Attached is the Flight ticket with PNR no. CWGNMM.

                                  Please note that I had cancelled the ticket 3 days prior to the departure date (Sep 10, 2021) and was entitled for a refund amount of INR 13, 283 as per cancellation policy. I was notified by the customer support team that the refund will be credited to my account within 14 days. However, until now, the amount has not been transferred yet in spite of follow up calls and emails. I had been informed that the airlines will place my case on top priority and had advised me to send email to the provided email address. In spite of doing so, I have not received any acknowledgement / confirmation mail nor response to any of my queries.
                                  Last week, during my follow up call, the customer support provided another email address, advised me to send my concern regarding the refund and mentioned that I can expect immediate response from them. However, the result has been the same with no response.

                                  Kindly requesting you to escalate this issue to the concerned and hoping for a solution to this issue.

                                      I booked an Air Ticket from Singapore to Tiruchirappalli (Booking Reference - S096MA)on 03 November 2021 for myself, my wife and child. But I changed my mind and cancelled the ticket the next morning, which is 04 November 2021. Even though I cancelled before 24 hours of booking, The refund amount shown was $217.50. I am coming back to India due to loss of job and It is really disheartening to see that they are deducting $1008 as penalty fee.I received and email from the nodal officer stating that I am not eligible for the refund of full amount and I am only elgible to receive $217.50. I cancelled the ticket within 24 hours and the booking was for 19 November 2021. There is no loss for the airline.Air India express can deduct the cancellation fee. I am ok with it. In the air ticket they haven't mentioned that the ticket is VBM/repatriation flight and the fee is not refundable once it is cancelled. They have mentioned everything about the luggage and other documents needed but this serious thing about the refund of ticket fare they haven't mentioned. If they had mentioned this atleast in the air ticket I wouldn't have cancelled the ticket. Please take the necessary action to refund the amount.

                                        Really unhappy with your decision to schedule my flight before 24 of the old departure time. caused terrible loss to us since modified time is not affordable to us.

                                        Now 1500 AED additionally i paid additionally to book another air ticket.
