[Resolved] Aircel — aircel team does not provide porting code no. | |||||
I tried to send an email to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in but mails does not delivered its undelivered due to there mails inbox full. Because if this reason i called up aircel customer care they advise me to try sending tomorrow, after 6pm, after 11pm, n try after 3 hrs etc etc. But it does'nt work. They even told me me that they will arrange a call but i never received a calls from there side. I just a port cider no. To change my aurcel netwirk to other network. But the team not helping n not even solving the problems. I am facing this problems from 30th jan 2018. N now its feb. Any suggestion pkease he'll me to get my porting code no. Aircel network has suddenly gone out in Pune.
