I have done 18 rs internet pack which gives 1 gb data for 3 days.. But i didn't get the benefit.. After that i have call ur care service for three times but they didn't provide me the proper information... Kindly check my all call record which i call u 3 days ago...
And let me informed wat u have done regarding this complaint..
I'm not happy with this kind of service and want to port from ur service...

I am using my aircel mobile for several years. It is a prepaid connection.
I am using this number for several years.
But from yesterday evening it says call not allowed.

But incoming calls are coming. It is very difficult for me without the outgoing calls. I could not even dial the customer care.

Could you please help me to to solve the issue?...

Uto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back.

Sir my no. [protected], I use this number from 4 month and recharge my number for internet pack @350/- date 23/10/2017 but suddenly company stop my all service and when I ask to company why you stop my number they told me you are doing business but still I don't do any business. So please help me I want my money back & want justice....

I have aircel tamilnadu number.they have very good policy to cheat customer.they enabled services and not send any sms notifications.after few weeks, they will send sms after the renewal. I lost Rs 300 in this way and asked customer care. Mr iyyapan attend my call and spoke in indecent way. Literally scold me. Also he didnt ready to give compliant number . After severe fight, he told me to credit back 120 and accept to open compliant. But...

Aircel is doing tricks with their customers and not accepting PORT message for my number too. I need to move to another network because they don't have 4G in my city. But aircel is stopping me from doing this as im not able to send the PORT message to aircel. Resolve this issue asap....

But when we port the sim to aircel the problem started that most of the time when we call our home it says not reachable.. It is very frustrating.. Hey my aircel sim is not receiving incoming calls and can't going outgoing call for the past 3 days. Please solved this problem i have important incoming calls to received but i can't only the internet service is working. The sim not show main balance can't send messages. Please immediately solved. When i checked my mobile no. [protected] recharge offer it's sawing me special offer 55=55+1p/2s, 30d so i recharge it and when i checked i get 53 balance and when i call 208 sec they charge 5rs for this. I am trying to change from aircel to jio but aircel is not providing me the unique porting code as there is no response from aircel customer care even i called 5 to 6 times.. I have send the sms requesting upc many times from 25 oct'17 to 01-nov-17 but to no response. Aircel guys please send me upc asap.
