Hello it has almost 2 months i have linked my mobile number with my aadhar card but still now no sms and no confirmation sent to me. The nearest aircel store didn't answer my question whether my no linked or not and the same result exist with the customer care. So there is 3 numbers me (Sourav, no is [protected]) my father ([protected]) and my mother ([protected]). So please let me these three no are already connected or not?

    I am arun kumar k my aircel number is [protected], i was using this number for couple of years and i had to leave this number with out the usage because i travelled abroad, once i back to india and i can see this number was non contactable and allocated to some one else... Can some one please help me to get this nuimber.

    I visited to nearest store they asked for 1000rs to get this number back...

      Please stop this irritating pre-calling ads & products because aircel already comes in a vulnerable stage... Don't make it vanish.
      Stop this irritating and cheapest voice ads and product before each and every call as our emergency is emergency not under your cheapest intention... Please make a fast solution to it... Your customer care executives are lombardi, they have no care about anyone.

            I am using my aircel mobile for several years. It is a prepaid connection.
            I am using this number for several years.
            But from yesterday evening it says call not allowed.

            But incoming calls are coming. It is very difficult for me without the outgoing calls. I could not even dial the customer care.

            Could you please help me to to solve the issue?

                    I have aircel tamilnadu number.they have very good policy to cheat customer.they enabled services and not send any sms notifications.after few weeks, they will send sms after the renewal. I lost Rs 300 in this way and asked customer care. Mr iyyapan attend my call and spoke in indecent way. Literally scold me. Also he didnt ready to give compliant number . After severe fight, he told me to credit back 120 and accept to open compliant. But he credited 100 and didnt create complaint.
                    What a cheating company and lying employee...

                    I dont bother to give my another number..

                                  When i checked my mobile no. [protected] recharge offer it's sawing me special offer 55=55+1p/2s, 30d so i recharge it and when i checked i get 53 balance and when i call 208 sec they charge 5rs for this. After this i contact customer care but they not provide me solution and hold the phone for long time and after much time they said this plan not available on your number and hold phone and not respond any more.

                                  The plan which i recharge =55=55+1p/2s, 30d
                                  And they provide me 55=53 for 10 days

                                  Hi i can't understand what aircel company want. Last day i complain for another issue and after resolve this one. At night 1:35 am they detect 9 rs and when i wake up early morning and i check my phone i received a massage "rajpi9 has beed renewed on your aircel mobile" and when i check balance i get my 9 rs detect. After this i call customer care at 198 but all ways this customer support is useless they never trying to solve this.

                                  I think the company want to loose your customers. I have no problem to move from here but i want to use my money before.

                                    My mobile number is [protected]. I recharged a sum of rs.7 on 01.11.2017 which was a special offer of 20p/minute for 84 days in my number but the promo not activated till today. Kindly check it. From 01.112017 to till today (03.11.2017) i tried many times to contact with the aircel customer care of west bengal circle, but my call was rejected. Please check it.

                                    As per our team's record, we would like to inform you that you had recharged with RC-7 on[protected] at 17:45 (received benefit:- local A2A 10p A2A 30p for 3 days validity) but according to you, an extra benefit was not credited to you (All calls 20p for 81 Days ).

                                    Marketing team yesterday night (6th Nov 2017) reconciled and extended the validity for 84 days.

Its urgent sir please and my balance has been deducted for this sms pack. My balance deducted 2rs till 09/10/2017. I have not used this offers so refund my balance. Please do something sir.

                                        Company starts service name NDMC170317SMS2 without knowing me and deduct 2 INR everyday.This is fraud with me.
                                        And there is no number to stop this service and customer lines are always busy.
                                        Please revert my all money.
