Aur me 198 pe call karke bhi customer care se bhi baat karta hu to wo log bhi response nahi de rahe he mene 12 bar customer care se baat ki lakin port nahi ho raha hai

    How many times should i complain?
    There is an offer on my number recharge 95 to get 1gb data balance daily for 28days (Offer 4 u) 95 - 1gbdly for 28days. So i recharged but i got only 50mb net balance. I tried to call customer care number but every times call ended. Im on roaming so it's really disgusting to face all those problems. I want my balance right now i can't wait anymore.

            I am unable to send port message. Every time i try to send, it is showing as message sending failed.

            I am trying since 2 weeks but still the issue is not resolved.

            I have even talked to customer care 3-4 times and the resolution is not yet done.

              Many sites are not opening up with aircel like instagram, paytm while it's opened with using another sim data
              I am facing this problem from last two days. I am resident of patna, bihar (India)
              Sites like paytm, phone pe wallet or app like instagram is not working at all. They are not sucking the speed as well

                            Hi,
                            I’m trying to port out from aircel. My number is [protected]. I’m trying since last 6 months. I tried calling customer care several times but those guys are very dismannered.. These guys keeps you on hold for 30..40 minuets and then disconnects the call. Customer care always gives excuse that some technical issue is there but how long? I have mailed several times to aircel and tweeted to aircel still got no response. When i tried sending port sms i e port [protected] to 1900 it says messaging sending failed. I tried sending it from basic handset as well as from my android smartphone but always response is message sending failed. I have tried everything that i can do please help.

                              Aircel is blocking my mnp request saying i have outstanding balance. I am a prepaid user and i don't have outstanding. They are cheating and working against the law. When i call the customer care they are asking to go to aircel office. They not even raising a complaint. They don't treat properly. They keep on saying same thing again. Please don't ever get into this network.
