Am jesuraj my no changed from postpaid to prepaid. Postpaid sim locked on 24th aug 2017 but prepaid not activated so i come to your office on sep 1st u said that u have more than 9 connection so you can give the request letter this no activated to my relative name. Asper your instruction processing were done.
But still not activated. Tirunelveli aircel office very worst service. Finally i last this...

I am unable to send port message. Every time i try to send, it is showing as message sending failed.

I am trying since 2 weeks but still the issue is not resolved.

I have even talked to customer care 3-4 times and the resolution is not yet done.

I am facing a lot of network problem due to which i am not able to attend my important calls.

Pls solve this as soon as possible...

Many sites are not opening up with aircel like instagram, paytm while it's opened with using another sim data
I am facing this problem from last two days. I am resident of patna, bihar (India)
Sites like paytm, phone pe wallet or app like instagram is not working at all. They are not sucking the speed as well

I had recharged 11 rupee tariff form offer my mobile no [protected] on 27 sep 2017 now date 45 days passed and validity since 50 days but not get the actual tariff validity to me and call rates have done without tariff on present.
I have many times conversation from the customer care but not get the proper right answer to me.
Pls sir humble request you to action for this my issue.

Today (9/11/2017) I have sent port request, but nothing received from the company. I have tried twice, but no luck. My Phone number is [protected].
They just sent one sms on reply "Dear customer, the rumour about Aircel closing down operations is completely untrue and false. We continue to provide services as usual."...

Aircel is blocking my mnp request saying i have outstanding balance. I am a prepaid user and i don't have outstanding. They are cheating and working against the law. When i call the customer care they are asking to go to aircel office. They not even raising a complaint. They don't treat properly. They keep on saying same thing again. Hello it has almost 2 months i have linked my mobile number with my aadhar card but still now no sms and no confirmation sent to me. The nearest aircel store didn't answer my question whether my no linked or not and the same result exist with the customer care. So there is 3 numbers me (Sourav, no is [protected]) my father ([protected]) and my mother ([protected]). So please let me these three no are already connected or not?...

I am arun kumar k my aircel number is [protected], i was using this number for couple of years and i had to leave this number with out the usage because i travelled abroad, once i back to india and i can see this number was non contactable and allocated to some one else... Can some one please help me to get this nuimber.

Please stop this irritating pre-calling ads & products because aircel already comes in a vulnerable stage... Don't make it vanish.
Stop this irritating and cheapest voice ads and product before each and every call as our emergency is emergency not under your cheapest intention... Please make a fast solution to it... Your customer care executives are lombardi, they have no care about anyone....

Auto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.
