Dear sir/ medem,

I am unable to recharge to my number [protected] i have been using this number since many years, it is my very very important number.
I called to "198" they advice to replace the sim i replaced the sim the problem does the get resolved.
Still i am not able to recharge my mobile thru this number i dont have a single rupee in my mobile.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

    Yesterday when i call at toll free number it charges money and my balance is deducted and when i call costumer care they are saying that no money is deducted and says that if we cut the call then in future you cant be able to call our costumer care... This is the service offered by you. Either you respond and refund amount otherwise i use consumer court.

    Sir today i call a toll free number but it charged to me and when i call costumer care they says that no charge is deducted as both times my charges are deducted and both times same reply is given and says that we have to cut the call and in future you cant call us... Is this yhe way to talk... R u giving service or threatening us with your services.

      Till the morning of 9th november my aircel number [protected] was working perfectly. But after that the sim card is showing "sim closed". And after that any outgoing and incoming is blocked in the sim. Please activate the sim as soon as possible...

        Today at 8:30pm i recharged my aircel number of rs345 from tapzo (Reference id:dlr[protected] after checking the best offer on my number at 121 where it shown that i will get - unlimited call local/std and 1gb/day for 70 days. But i got neither instead i got 1gb/day for 28days only. And when i called their customer care number at 198 they misbehaved and repeated same thing for all time that you must have knowledge that's why you have recharged with that amount and only through retailer you will get the offer not through online recharge but no where it was mentioned that the benefits will not be available at online recharge. I also asked for the place where it was mentioned but they did not answer that question and disconnected my call.

            I wish to inform you past 4 year onward am using aircel postpaid sim last 3 month am not able to pay the bill amount due to personal problem not much amount only rs.1500 /- & also the sim was automatic disconnected am planning to pay by monday 20.11.17 but today one of the customer contact me in my another number she saying before 2pm payment not paid they will file the case against me in court how it can do without message / call before day / no reminder msg & call am requested please give me little time by monday without fail i will pay.
            The customer find one of my number & contact me today why not before last 2 days back they not contacted without any reminder call / message they will take legal action am not said i cannot pay. Surely i will pay 20.11.17 in this matter am really disappointed its not good for aricel customer

              The network is so weak in awgam kulgam that I cant even study do toh weak network ...3g network isn't available in this area and network is also weak so I request u to take a action aacording this so that I can study from internet ..I thought that aircel is a good n strong network but no I was wrong aircel has a very weak and slow network ...everday it shows no service I am getting irritated now ...and the internet is so slow even a picture is not loaded ..and the packs are so expensive that I cant afford ..I request u to lower the packs like airtel gives 150 mb for 30 days only for rs 29 ...you also give like this and sort this problem as a possible and plz place an aircel tower in awgam kulgam so that this problem persist again

              sorry to say but no problem is been sorted out ...and what kind of service you are giving first I saw a aircel data chart and there was for 24Rs ...250mb for 28 days and when I rerchaged 24 rs there came 1 gb for 3 days ..is this a service you are giving ...I don't know I have already recharged 24 rs so credit my no with 250 mb for 28 days as soon as possible ..my no [protected]

                  From last 2 to 3 weeks i am sending messages for port to 1900 after that i had complain to aircel customer service provider on 121 i did this for 5 to 6 times. Now they had block my number. When ever i call customer care call get disconnect . If i go to aircel store. They are telling me to calll customer care.

Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. The same scenario for my dad's aircel sim as well.                       My Aircel SIM [protected] stopped working suddenly without any prior notification. I am having trouble recieving OTPs and important messages. I have tried calling the customer care multiple times but am unable to talk to anyone. The SIM is detected but it appears that the services have been blocked. I should atleast be able to know what the issue is as the physical condition of the SIM seems fine by my discretion.

                            I am working in it company in chennai. I am facing tower problems recently with aircel network, frequent call drops, no 3g network coverage. This network problems came up after the rain in this month.

                                Dear aircel,
                                You are such a fraud compnay, 3 yrs ago, i ported my aircel number to idea just because of such services (Automatic balance deduction).

                                Now you guys are still doing this, last time in april you almost deducted 20 rupess by such services and again this time. I have alreday called 121 number multiple times multiple days, but you guys even do not pick up, (Busy)/.

                                Please deactivate such service from my number. And i want my money back.

                                        My mobile number is [protected]. I did request to change network on[protected]. More than 10 days, but still no response. So i called 198 and they telling the port request is closed due to bill payment remaining, it is stupid reply. I never used postpaid in any network, i'm using aircel prepaid only.

                                        So they asked me to visit showroom, when i ask them where is the showroom they asked me to send sms to 121. But the reply i got from 121 is a mobile shop, when i call the shop they telling why asking me these things, its a shop not aircel showroom.

                                        Is this the quality of your network? Leave everything. What happened to my porting request? Why it got cancelled? What kind of payment is pending from me?

                                        Did you read the complaint properly ? I already got UPN number and gave request to airtel 10 days ago. but when I call aircel they telling the port request cancelled due to pending amount. My port SR#1-[protected]. I have never used any other product than this prepaid sim, so no chance of pending amount . Did you get my point ?
