From last 2 to 3 weeks i am sending messages for port to 1900 after that i had complain to aircel customer service provider on 121 i did this for 5 to 6 times. Now they had block my number. When ever i call customer care call get disconnect . If i go to aircel store. They are telling me to calll customer care.

I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile last 3 days and no response. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. The same scenario for my dad's aircel sim as well. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest.

It is ur duty to update everything . Ur customer service is telling that this is not aircel no. But i am doing recharge from last 8 years. Please resolve my problem
