Hi,

I am trying to send "PORT mobile number"
From last few days but it's not working.

I also tried to contact customer care at 198. It's not helpful as they are saying have technical issue but not answering till when it will get resolved.

    I tried several times to send PORT my

    number to 1900 from my aircel number

    but it failed all the time and it's very

    frustrating. I am seeing complaints of

    other aircel users too, so it's obvious aircel

    is doing it deliberately. I want my Porting

    code asap to switch to other operator. So

    look into my case and do the needful.

    Hi...Thanks to this site my complaint has been resolved by Aircel customer care center. After registering complaint here their executive called me and told me to send port message after 11pm. I did that and received Porting code successfully. The number they called me is 9768199010. Once again thank you consumercomplaints.in

        I want to port my aircel contact number to some other telecom provider because i am not getting the appropriate aircel signal in the mobile but,
        Aircel is not sending me the unique portability code (Upn),
        I have sent port sms two times which costed me rs 7.0/-

        I got what I was asking for but after spending 15-20 Rs which is not right. Although I liked Aircel always because there was a time when it was good for internet and where other network fails to come still its networks comes there, but Aircel has to upgrade itself to 4G and other things. I understand that it is in debt and as a customer I will still want Aircel to give the good services.

        We would like to inform you that UPC SMS has been sent only four times from 01st Oct ’17 to till date. Please be informed that SMS charges for UPC generation are Rs 0.50 only however you were in roaming. Hence, you were charged Rs3.45 per SMS.

          A service with the name "ndmc170317pi2" was activated on my number without my permission. As a result of which rs 2/- per day has been deducted from my account for last 5. When i called the customer care executive they said that the money would not be refunded. For a student rs 2/- per day for 5 consecutive days means a lot. I feel i have been cheated and no help is provided from the other end. Kindly see to it that my money is refunded.

            The incoming, outgoing and SMS facility on my Aircel number [protected] is blocked.
            This number is registered on my name 'Junaid Ahmad' and is registered in Kolkata. It is dead for a long time now. It has been more than 6 months now.
            It appears that my number has been deactivated due to inactivity for a long time as the phone which was using the SIM has been dead and i had no other phone to insert that SIM into, but SIM my number is well within its validity limit.

            Whatever be the case, i want to activate my number as soon as possible
            Please do something about it as it is the number linked to my bank account and it needs to be active all the time.

            Please do the needful or at least contact me and what i need to do.

              I have recharged of rs 173 and will be getting 1gb data per day for 28 days, but the speed is so slow that i cant even finish 1gb before 12 and that easily replaced by new 1gb fr the next day.

                Hi, i did a recharge of ₹146 (App offer) with benefits of 5gb data for 28 days. However i just came to know that this plan gives 500mb/day which was mentioned no where in the plan. And thus resulted in deduction of main balance.
                Contacted the customer support, and they directly refused to resolve my query saying that an issue regarding deduction of balance is raised and can't resolve my issue any further.
                This is a case of fraud from aircel not mention the limit of data being provided/day in the offer.

                  I have a postpaid with aircel (Relationship no[protected]. I have tried to port from aircel to bsnl. I requested aircel for porting by sms-ing 1900 on 4/11/17. On 4/11/17 i received unique porting code dt811245 with validity till 20/11/17. Per the recommendation of the local aircel office, i had paid rs 150 on 6/11/17 to cover charges for that period and a surplus of rs 100 to avoid rejection on the grounds of outstanding payment. On the very day i contacted bsnl and obtained a new sim. On 7/11/17, i received a sms from aircel stating docket number 1-[protected] of mnp was raised and that i may expect resolution by 15/11/17. Bsnl had informed me that it takes 7 days for porting. So i walked into bsnl on 13/11/17 and bsnl informed me that the porting was rejected by aircel. I have not received any communication from aircel that my request was rejected till 13/11/2017 5:30 pm. I had requested bsnl to send another request for porting.

                  Last 3 months, i had tried to convert postpaid to prepaid with aircel and my request went unheeded by the customer care and the appellate. The representatives lacked responsibility and were very unpleasant to deal with. The representatives never disclosed reason for not converting postpaid to prepaid. Hence i want to terminate my relationship with aircel.

                  I would like aircel to let me port to bsnl.

                      I gave a mnp request from aircel (Mobile no. [protected]) to airtel (Chennai circle). I got an message from aircel that it has been rejected due to upc mismatch. Iam clueless on the next steps. I tried calling customer care number [protected] and [protected], but no option is there to connect with operator to discuss about this.

                      It would be a violation of trai i feel if any operator is deliberately trying to avoid porting of the number by posing vague technicalities that customer seldom understand.

                        I was recharge by paytm rs. 135/- for the mobile no-[protected], operator reference no-mur[protected] on 07/11/2017 at 10:34 am. There is recharge of rs.135/- on the paytm offer shown aircel to aircel (Local+std) free, 60000 seconds free for other (Local+std) with 1 gb 3g data per day for 28 days. But aircel executives told this is 1gb data only per day for 28 days given plan which is not necessary for me. Please solve/refund back the amount.

                              I have recharged 3g internet service in my aircel sim. Earlier it was working fine (5 days back) and now i am facing issue with aircel 3g internet speed is very less.

                                      We would like to inform you that PF balance (promo balance) cannot be transferred to main balance. Also, PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS and the internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.

                                        Even after sending multiple request to 1900 with my number Aircel is not providing unique porting code. I am not getting proper coverage in my location and calls are breaking frequently this was not resolved by Aircel till date. Please provide UPC.
