activation of service without my permission and deduction of money for that very service

A service with the name "ndmc170317pi2" was activated on my number without my permission. As a result of which rs 2/- per day has been deducted from my account for last 5. When i called the customer care executive they said that the money would not be refunded. For a student rs 2/- per day for 5 consecutive days means a lot. I feel i have been cheated and no help is provided from the other end. Kindly see to it that my money is refunded....

This number is registered on my name 'Junaid Ahmad' and is registered in Kolkata. It is dead for a long time now. It has been more than 6 months now.
It appears that my number has been deactivated due to inactivity for a long time as the phone which was using the SIM has been dead and i had no other phone to insert that SIM into, but SIM my number...

slow speed of 3g

I have recharged of rs 173 and will be getting 1gb data per day for 28 days, but the speed is so slow that i cant even finish 1gb before 12 and that easily replaced by new 1gb fr the next day.
The speed is about 32-100 kbps in 3g network.

hidden conditions

Hi, i did a recharge of ₹146 (App offer) with benefits of 5gb data for 28 days. However i just came to know that this plan gives 500mb/day which was mentioned no where in the plan. And thus resulted in deduction of main balance.
Contacted the customer support, and they directly refused to resolve my query saying that an issue regarding deduction of balance is raised and can't resolve my issue any further.

I have a postpaid with aircel (Relationship no[protected]. I have tried to port from aircel to bsnl. I requested aircel for porting by sms-ing 1900 on 4/11/17. On 4/11/17 i received unique porting code dt811245 with validity till 20/11/17. I was recharge by paytm rs. 135/- for the mobile no-[protected], operator reference no-mur[protected] on 07/11/2017 at 10:34 am. There is recharge of rs.135/- on the paytm offer shown aircel to aircel (Local+std) free, 60000 seconds free for other (Local+std) with 1 gb 3g data per day for 28 days. But aircel executives told this is 1gb data only per day for 28 days given plan which is not necessary for me. Please solve/refund...

aircel 3g network issue

I have recharged 3g internet service in my aircel sim. Earlier it was working fine (5 days back) and now i am facing issue with aircel 3g internet speed is very less.

can't port my number

I can't PORT my number as the messages I send are failing. This has been happening for 3 weeks. I need to PORT my number as I am living at a roaming region where aircel services are working as it should be, so I need to PORT to other providers please see to it that I get the porting number....

not getting unique port code

Hi Sir,

Even after sending multiple request to 1900 with my number Aircel is not providing unique porting code. I am not getting proper coverage in my location and calls are breaking frequently this was not resolved by Aircel till date. Please provide UPC.

How many times should i complain?
There is an offer on my number recharge 95 to get 1gb data balance daily for 28days (Offer 4 u) 95 - 1gbdly for 28days. So i recharged but i got only 50mb net balance. I tried to call customer care number but every times call ended. Im on roaming so it's really disgusting to face all those problems. I want my balance right now i can't wait anymore....
