A service with the name "ndmc170317pi2" was activated on my number without my permission. As a result of which rs 2/- per day has been deducted from my account for last 5. When i called the customer care executive they said that the money would not be refunded. For a student rs 2/- per day for 5 consecutive days means a lot. I feel i have been cheated and no help is provided from the other end. Kindly see to it that my money is refunded....

The incoming, outgoing and SMS facility on my Aircel number [protected] is blocked.
This number is registered on my name 'Junaid Ahmad' and is registered in Kolkata. It is dead for a long time now. It has been more than 6 months now.
It appears that my number has been deactivated due to inactivity for a long time as the phone which was using the SIM has been dead and i had no other phone to insert that SIM into, but SIM my number...

I have recharged of rs 173 and will be getting 1gb data per day for 28 days, but the speed is so slow that i cant even finish 1gb before 12 and that easily replaced by new 1gb fr the next day.
The speed is about 32-100 kbps in 3g network.

Hi, i did a recharge of ₹146 (App offer) with benefits of 5gb data for 28 days. However i just came to know that this plan gives 500mb/day which was mentioned no where in the plan. And thus resulted in deduction of main balance.
Contacted the customer support, and they directly refused to resolve my query saying that an issue regarding deduction of balance is raised and can't resolve my issue any further.

I have a postpaid with aircel (Relationship no[protected]. I have tried to port from aircel to bsnl. I requested aircel for porting by sms-ing 1900 on 4/11/17. On 4/11/17 i received unique porting code dt811245 with validity till 20/11/17. Per the recommendation of the local aircel office, i had paid rs 150 on 6/11/17 to cover charges for that period and a surplus of rs 100 to avoid rejection on the grounds of outstanding payment. Without info, charging blindly, c/c roudly and threatening behavier, call drop, very very poor network, unable to port, saying technical error and long list of complain.

I gave a mnp request from aircel (Mobile no. [protected]) to airtel (Chennai circle). I got an message from aircel that it has been rejected due to upc mismatch. Iam clueless on the next steps. I was recharge by paytm rs. 135/- for the mobile no-[protected], operator reference no-mur[protected] on 07/11/2017 at 10:34 am. There is recharge of rs.135/- on the paytm offer shown aircel to aircel (Local+std) free, 60000 seconds free for other (Local+std) with 1 gb 3g data per day for 28 days. But aircel executives told this is 1gb data only per day for 28 days given plan which is not necessary for me. Please solve/refund...

My aircel sim no [protected] invalid in the last week 08.11.2017. But last one month my mobile not working. Present time my mobile is ready for working but sim show invalid. Please my request accepted and problem solved. I have aircel sim 7th year loaded but no any problem. But one month my mobile is damaged and showing sim invalid. So pls. Solved my problem.

Aircel internet team,

I have recharged 3g internet service in my aircel sim. Earlier it was working fine (5 days back) and now i am facing issue with aircel 3g internet speed is very less.

I am unable to make the whatsapp voice calls but earlier i was able to do that.

The signal is showing e at the top of the screen.

Hi Sir,

Even after sending multiple request to 1900 with my number Aircel is not providing unique porting code. I am not getting proper coverage in my location and calls are breaking frequently this was not resolved by Aircel till date. Please provide UPC.

Me 10 din se mera ye number [protected] port karne ke liye try kar raha hu lakin 1900 pe sms bhi send nahi ho raha hai unable to send sms karke aata hai. Aur me 198 pe call karke bhi customer care se bhi baat karta hu to wo log bhi response nahi de rahe he mene 12 bar customer care se baat ki lakin port nahi ho raha hai

How many times should i complain?
There is an offer on my number recharge 95 to get 1gb data balance daily for 28days (Offer 4 u) 95 - 1gbdly for 28days. So i recharged but i got only 50mb net balance. I tried to call customer care number but every times call ended. Im on roaming so it's really disgusting to face all those problems. I want my balance right now i can't wait anymore....
