    I am trying to change from aircel to jio but aircel is not providing me the unique porting code as there is no response from aircel customer care even i called 5 to 6 times.. I have send the sms requesting upc many times from 25 oct'17 to 01-nov-17 but to no response. Aircel guys please send me upc asap.

        I have purchase duplicate sim card below numbers on dated 4th October, 2017 by 50 rupees. They had taken the old sim too. Aircel outlet contact person (Address: Chowpathi more, P.O. - Mathabhanga, Dist. - Coochbehar, West Bengal, PIN - 736146) says your mobile no activated within 1 week. But my mobile number not activated after one month and 19 days. And now they are saying that they don't know about the sim card position. Please activate below sim card immedietaly. It's a very Important mobile number for me. I have submitted all required documents for this mobile number Mobile No: [protected]. New sim no:[protected]

        Already I meet the touch point (from where l bought the Sim). But they don't know anything about the sim position. And from their behaviour it seems like that they lost my old sim card( but I submitted my old sim card, ID proof Xerox and 50 rupees). Now what to do? And for your information, I am now living in Kolkata and the touch point is in Coochbehar(my home town). So, please do the needful, so that I can use my old phone number.

            Someone has activated this service (Nyassa astrology service) without my knowledge. I did not subscribe for this service at all. My account is being debited rupees 30 for every 30 days and is being automatically renewed. To unsubscribe they say that i should send and sms to 155223 with a "stop" message. I have done this several times and it is not working. I have lost a few hundred rupees. As a result i have decided to switch telco from aircel to some other competitor. I am comtemplating as to whether i should continue with aircel.

            Please respond immediately and deactivate this service in my account. I only have a few rupees in this account and i am not going to recharge any further until this issue has been resolved. My tel. Number [protected]. My e-mail id is "[protected]@gmail.com".                 I was not using your sim (Aircel - mobile no.[protected]) since august 2016. The phone was switched off due to some service problem. As per your persons (Customer care) directions i have paid the amount of rs.300/- (Cheque no.744298 dated 13.01.2017) out of rs.819/- and i have informed them that i could not pay the extra amount of rs. 519/- which i did not used it and was agreed by your people.
                Often i am receiving emails in this regard as if i did not follow your instructions. It’s spoils my calmness.
                I spoke to your customer care persons in this regard. They said they'll check and let me know. I tried many times they replied the same. I given my reply through email and over the phone in this regard, hence don’t disturb me hereafter please. Better you clarify with your persons first.

                        I've been trying to port out from past 2 days but sms delivery is always getting failed. I've attached screent for reference. Going with the other complaints its apparent that its a trick from company and they are doing this purposely.
                        Do you want us to go and personally visit your outlets to get this sorted out?
                        I've also tweeted wrt this but havent received any feedback yet.
                        I expect at least now you guys respond and facilitate here.

                            Am trying to send port sms to 1900 but sms is not able to send. I want to port my aircel number. I tried to call aircel complaint number 198 but they are not able to solve my issue.
                            When i call on 198 which is aircel complaint number, they said they will initialize port request from their end. But they didn't. I called several times but they are not responding to my issue.

That rs 69 is deducted from your a/c. But he said to give my debit card details and cv no etc. I refused him and said to return my money as talktime. But he refused to do so. Sir plz do needful about my deducted talktime and against such a cheater.

                                        I recharged @ rs-599.00 and 146 through online aircel website. The recharge of 146 was successful but for the recharge of 599 the amount deducted from my bank account but recharge not successful.1 sms received in my mobile and it shows transaction could not be processed at this time. Even i directly went to aircel showroom and complained about it but they didn't had a knowledge about this issue.
