Someone has activated this service (Nyassa astrology service) without my knowledge. I did not subscribe for this service at all. My account is being debited rupees 30 for every 30 days and is being automatically renewed. To unsubscribe they say that i should send and sms to 155223 with a "stop" message. I was not using your sim (Aircel - mobile no.[protected]) since august 2016. The phone was switched off due to some service problem. As per your persons (Customer care) directions i have paid the amount of rs.300/- (Cheque no.744298 dated 13.01.2017) out of rs.819/- and i have informed them that i could not pay the extra amount of rs. 519/- which i did not used it and was agreed by your people.
Often i am receiving emails in this regard...

I've been trying to port out from past 2 days but sms delivery is always getting failed. I've attached screent for reference. Going with the other complaints its apparent that its a trick from company and they are doing this purposely.
Do you want us to go and personally visit your outlets to get this sorted out?
I've also tweeted wrt this but havent received any feedback yet.

port sms not send to 1900

Am trying to send port sms to 1900 but sms is not able to send. I want to port my aircel number. I tried to call aircel complaint number 198 but they are not able to solve my issue.
When i call on 198 which is aircel complaint number, they said they will initialize port request from their end. But they didn't. I called several times but they are not responding to my issue....

You solved my problem. Thanks for that. But aircel did not refund my deducted money. Even a call came to me by mob. No [protected]. He said to me. That rs 69 is deducted from your a/c. But he said to give my debit card details and cv no etc. I refused him and said to return my money as talktime. But he refused to do so. Sir plz do needful about my deducted talktime and against such a cheater.

billing issue and worst customer service

My name is S.K.Arun. I have made the Sep month payment on 3rd Oct 2017 well before the last date through Bill Desk from my Netbanking login. Unfortunately for some reason, Aircel has not been able to trace the payment. I have logged the compliant on 5th Oct and till today 26th Oct the issue is not resolved. The Appellate mails and the PG Support mails are totally useless and i doubt if there is someone works in Aircel who cares for customer...

Its found that many occasions they activate the services without the consent of their customers and charging it even the same is deactivated within hours..

The surprising fact is its get activated when the data mode is in off mode. The issue is raised to aircel customer care many times and they could not resolve the issue which is clear that the issue is from their side. When called to customer...

unable to send port message to 1900 for generating unique portability code

I want to change my service provider, for that i will be needing to generate unique portability code, I'm not able to send sms to 1900 for generating portability code, I raised this issue by raising complaint multiple times on 198 but issue is still not resolved, none of the customer executive were able to help me resolve this.
I have also sent an email to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in but i still haven't received an update from Aircel...
