Aircel is the worst service provider. They're deducting my balance for no reason. They are subscribing anything on my no. And then deducting my balance. I am fed up now. Going to port my sim for sure. They are blaming me for the subscription when i talked to the customer care people. At the last i would suggest everyone plz go port aircel. They are just worst nothing else...

I subscribed for aircel 3G internet pack Rs.3=15MB 3G DATA for 1 day (Rs.6 for 2 days) but since there is no option for deactivation I can't deactivate this pack and now it is getting renewed automatically. Please STOP this pack....

Yesterday I had recharged my Aircel number [protected] with Rs 135 thro' Pay Tm. I got the balance as Promo bal 150 which is of No use to me. My Main bal shows Zero.
Please transfer this amount to Main bal, and explain otherwise how can I use Promo bal.

I got a message of 39 1gb for 28 days, i had 750mb balance and it got expired in 3 days. I complained in customer care, they asked me to forward the message, i forwarded it, but no response... I have received aircel offer as 398 for 84 days i have recharge but i got recharge for 32 days only...

I am unable to sent port message from my aircel no. Whenever itrued sent it always shows sending failed. I tried to sent other message to my friend, that message was delivered. But when trying to sent port message it shows only semding failed. They cant forced customers to use their service. Its agiants the rules. Plz look at this otheriwise i will go through court....

My aircel number [protected] that i have been using for around 5 years got damaged sim, so i went to an aircel authorized store and got a new sim with the same number and was promised sim will get activated in 12 hrs. But it has been 36 hrs and i still get no tower, causing me great inconvenience as everything is connected to that number of mine. I've received a message that my number[protected] has been ported to vodafone with the request number dx882944. I've reached aircel customer care number, they've informed its ported to vodafone. I've done my ekyc on 28th september 2017 (Thursday) at aircel seva kendra (Subhash nagar).

I received a confirmation message of number portability without my request on 3rd oct 2017. I still don't understand...
