Aircel sent me a message "thanks for subscribing to rs.2 aircel pack. Now enjoy, 10 mb 2g data for 1 day. Daily decrement at rs 2 daily, validity 365 days. (Auto renewal)"
Is it a new way of cheating with customer?? I never subscribe any thing like this... How you sent me this message that my balance will be dedicated for 10mb data?? At least aircel should ask customer if they need it or not.. How can u activate such subscription without customer consents??

Now tell me how to deactivate this??

I want to inform you about your warehouse in mawana(U.P) .All of the staff of mawana aircel warehouse is steeling you siemens cables and fidder cables and saleing them to local junk dealers.
The 3g speed is very less, it is slower than 2g, I have recharged for 289 plan.

    The aircel retail point, pooja communication, sector 1, d-block, rourkela, odisha; is demanding money for linking aadhaar card to the mobile number. The retail shop has actually stuck placards in front of his shop demanding money.

    The address of the retail point was actually provided by aircel via a message. It seems as if he is the only retail point in rourkela.

    I have personally been going to this shop for the last three days to find it closed always. If i go in the morning, it is closed. I telephone him, he says to come at 6 in the evening. At 6 in the evening he says to come at 8 o'clock. (Does a shop open at 8 o'clock in the night and stays closed throughout the day?? Apparently an aircel retail point does!!)

    This is to inform aircel that i will not be going to this retail center again. If my mobile number gets blocked due to the aadhaar linkage, i will be happy to port the number to other service providers.

    I believe Aircel would have such plans considering their users can live anywhere. Can i ask my family to do the verification on behalf of me.

      Aircel is not worth for money and their customer care is useless, whatever we ask they will not give the solution at all. Actually i requested to change postpaid to prepaid sim at aircel north usman road branch on 04-jul-2017, and also clear due amount.

      Still the request is pending and aircel generate monthly bill to me. I told to customer care more then 100 times but no one give solution to clear my request and treat me worst behavior.

        Sir/ madam

        I want to complaint about the rate cutter pack and music pack your company has activated without my permission. My mobile number is [protected]. Till before yesterday i was having balance of rs 100 (Near off) but today it is only rs 0.19. Today i was taking the nap when a call from the number [protected] came which belongs to your company, i picked it up, a lady was continuously speaking without listening to me about a special pack available on my mobile number regarding music i asked that i don't want it. But she didn't listen my single word and after completing herself she cut my call. Then i hurriedly rush to check my balance and what i found was it was only rs 0.19, tears roled down my eyes. I saw a message in my phone of 09/10/2017, 1.46 p. M. It stated that, "congrats!! Enjoy local std calls 1p/2sec val 84 days". I understood the whole matter that a rate cutter packs has been activated by your company. There was one more message 10/10/2017, 2.56 p. M. It stated that, "thanks for subscribing to music connect at rs.18.0 for 18 days validity. You will be renewed after 18 days. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223. Get unlimited videos, games, bollywood dt, comedy club at www.pocketinternet.in". I also understood that this message relates to the call due to which my nap has been disturbed, which i have earlier mentioned.

        But this time i was not in shock by this act of your company because it is not the first time it is happening but is has happened to me seven times before that you automatically activates any pack without my permission and cut the balance from my phone. It is a very shameful act your company commits on a regularly basis. Now i think you don't even feel shame for your such ridiculous act. You mentally torture people like me. Your company should be banned. I am a student and we have to manage everything from our pocket money but if you lose more than rs. 100 for no reason the emotions of tears are not surprising. Your aircel company is a thief, you all people who are employed there are thiefs. You don't earn but you steal money from people. There is no difference between you and a thief. This company should rename itself as thief's company. Nobody has free time to write you mail every month.

        To get back my hard earned money, today i called your staff as well but they cut the call without listening to me. Staff named lokesh picked up a my call i asked him to transfer my call to senior. So my call was transferred to tarana who disconnected the call in the middle when i was explaining my problem. Is this your senior staff or is she faking her post. This is the case of harrassment. I have record the call with your staff so i am attaching the file so that atleast everyone should know the behaviour of your staff. Sorry the file is not getting attached as this site does not support that type of file. But i have the recording.

        Last seven times also i have complaint to your customer care out of which for first 2 times my problem was not resolved but last 5 time i chooses to mail you, and my problem was resolved so in the same hope i am sending you the mail.

        Every time i called customer care even for previous complaints the staff claims that they have not activated the pack instead we have activated it, which is not the case but now it is seventh time, so kindly understand the seriousness of complaint and refund my balance.         It is so humiliating that between our busy schedules, we have to waste our precious time in making complaints just because of the greed of company like aircel. Then don't understand what the customer goes through.

        You can find my previous complaint mail by same email id, dated 22/08/2016, 28/02/2017, 11/03/2017, 23/05/2017 and 10/08/2017

        I am looking forward to hear from you to resolve this problem, as soon as possible. If my problem is not resolved, i will file with the trai and consumer court because this kind of activity is not acceptable at all and it has happened multiple times. Kindly refund the balance as soon as possible.

          Recently a service named NDMC170317SMS2 was activated automatically to my Aircel number and due to this Rs. 2 was deducted from my balance on daily basis.

          This is not the first time, I have experienced this kind of activity many times, consider the number of people on which they do such practices, the money stolen by them is hugh.

            Aircel is the worst service provider. They're deducting my balance for no reason. They are subscribing anything on my no. And then deducting my balance. I am fed up now. Going to port my sim for sure. They are blaming me for the subscription when i talked to the customer care people. At the last i would suggest everyone plz go port aircel.                 My mobile number is [protected] trying to get a port out code the sms port does not seem to work, reason for port out is, customer care agent has abused me on call which i made regarding an issue which i had with the amount deducted. Worst part was it was an female employee, i had nothing much to say, tried to call and complaint but was no use, seems aircel does not want any business to with customers. Staff is hired right from the slums with no education at all, if possible go through the recordings for last month.

                Please help me with the port out code as soon as possible.

                  I subscribed for aircel 3G internet pack Rs.3=15MB 3G DATA for 1 day (Rs.6 for 2 days) but since there is no option for deactivation I can't deactivate this pack and now it is getting renewed automatically. Please STOP this pack.

                              Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that in my aircel no. [protected], i got a sms stating that a pack named deshi beats is activated and for that rs. 35.00 (For 7 days) is cut from my aiecel balance a/c without any previous intimation or permission. I called them that day for complaint in 198, but the representative attained my call told me that server is down and he could not help me. After that when ever i called in that no., i could not able to reach to any representative in automatic service. Then i went to aircel customer care at behala, d. H. Road, kolkata - 34, the represented that as 24 hours gone he can't return the amount (Rs. 35.00) they cut from my a/c. This is totally hopeless and untrusting for customer like me and also may happen again and again. I therefore request you to solve my problem so that i can get the said amount be returned by aircel and permanently de-activate any paid pack like this for activation will not face problem like this.

                                Dear sir i having 20 year agreement with aircel company they setup mobile network tower 7 year ago at my place. Now i am waiting for cheques from last 3 year. One day somehow i had a word with side manager regarding all this and he told me side get shut down that's why you are not getting rent once site start you will get you money by nothing happened yet and i am trying to calling them but i am not able to reach. I m depressed regarding this and i am also a taxpayer loyal person please help me out.

                                      I got a message of 39 1gb for 28 days, i had 750mb balance and it got expired in 3 days. I complained in customer care, they asked me to forward the message, i forwarded it, but no response... Now from 3 days in calling them about 25 times, it's saying all are busy please call later. Now again i got message about 39 1gb for 28 days and i recharged. Now again showing it will expiry tommorow... Customer care now also busy... Please reply i lost 39 not can't loose another 39...
