    I am unable to sent port message from my aircel no. Whenever itrued sent it always shows sending failed. I tried to sent other message to my friend, that message was delivered. But when trying to sent port message it shows only semding failed. They cant forced customers to use their service. Its agiants the rules. Plz look at this otheriwise i will go through court.

        My aircel number [protected] that i have been using for around 5 years got damaged sim, so i went to an aircel authorized store and got a new sim with the same number and was promised sim will get activated in 12 hrs. But it has been 36 hrs and i still get no tower, causing me great inconvenience as everything is connected to that number of mine. Please look into this issue and help me activate the sim and get it back on track as soon as possible. Thank you.

          Hi team,

          I've received a message that my number[protected] has been ported to vodafone with the request number dx882944. I've reached aircel customer care number, they've informed its ported to vodafone. I've done my ekyc on 28th september 2017 (Thursday) at aircel seva kendra (Subhash nagar).

          I received a confirmation message of number portability without my request on 3rd oct 2017. I still don't understand that how aircel approved number portability without my request/consent. Its terrible and pathetic that aircel customer care doesn't care about my number deactivation.

          I hope the numbers unavailability doesn't matter for aircel. I've lost my important calls due to this. It even had rs 200+/- balance. I need to activate my number as early as possible.

            I am using aircel prepaid connection since 2011. As per government instruction all telecom industries are asking their customer to link mobile number with aadhaar. I've visited aircel seva kendra to to link my mobile number with aadhaar. They are asked rs.20/- for my three aircel numbers with aadhaar. I've paid and its unfair that customers are forced to pay as a charge for linking. Is there any order / rule to collect the money for the above transaction? If so kindly clarify the same.

              From last 4 days i am struggling to port out from aircel. Customer care executive is not able to solve the issue and the way they talk is really harsh. Not at all satisfied with the service. If you ask me rating from 1 to 5 for customer service, i would like to give -10.

              Please help me getting out from this # operator.

              If i send message port [protected] to 1900. I am getting unable to send error. All suggestions given by operator i have tried. Now if i try to call customer care they have blocked my number so everytime i call it will come busy. If i call with other aircel number it ll connect.

                I have opted to port out from Aircel to JIO and accordingly took a new Jio sim with the porting code I have got after sending message to 1900 on 30th Sep, 2017. it's been 8 days and there has been no acknowledgement from Aircel. Fix this issue ASAP

                    Balance has been deducted from my number [protected] of rs 22. I have complained and deactivated that vas within 24 hours from the activation but the customer care agents are denying to refund the deducted money. Everytime i called the customer care agent they are saying-our systems are facing some difficulties, kindly call us after 2 hours later. Every 2 hours later when i connected them, they are telling the same thing again and again. This is so much frustrating. If this continues to happen and if do not get my money back i will take drastic action.

                        Hi aircel,

                        I have been using an aircel sim for more than 10 years but that sim card owner is my cousin. Now as per govt directive this sim has to be linked to an aadhar no. Whose aadhar should i link now, my cousin's or mine? Or is there any way that i can transfer the sim ownership to my name, so that i can link it to my aadhaar. This number is pretty important to me as i have provided it everywhere.

                            As a long associate with aircell, add-on free sim card ([protected]) given to me which does not have the net-connectivty, however, normally bill are coming around rs.200/-. But last bill was 1350/- which was not used my me.

                            Salem aircel office torturing me without solving the problem on faulty payment on me. Last 8 years i am with aircel customer without any default of payment.

                              I have a bihar/jharkhand aircel sim.
                              I activated once the rs 2 daily pack for 20p/min. Now it auto renews daily.
                              This has been happening since sep 22, 2017. It has been 14 days.
                              I no longer need this pack. Balance is being deducted for no reason.
                              I have tried so many ussd codes, but nothing works.
                              There should be much clearer de-activation codes. It is unnecessarily reducing my balance day-by-day. I would be glad if this resolves asap.

                                  Aircel showroom, hunters road, choolai. Always telling the server is slow. Please come tomorrow. Two tomorrow has gone. But till my aircel prepaid number was not linked with aadhar card. Also telling aadhar linking can be done in morning only, evening 6pm it cannot be done. Nearby shop asking 20 rs. That's why i pedalled my bicycle. Feeling very disappointed twice. Poor service.

                                    My aircel sim is not working since two weeks. I am not getting signal in sim. I am not getting messages, calls. It is showing cross mark on signal icon in phone. My aircel number is [protected]. This is my primary sim.

                                    So Kindly please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I got a message "thanks for subscribing to aircel pi 9 packs. Now enjoy, a2a 10p/m, other local/std 25p/m for 28 days."
                                      I did not chose it nor did i request it in last many months and suddenly my balance got deducted! This is disgusting and another poor example of aircel service.
                                      I would want aircel to kindly redeem my balance back.
