Mere aircel no [protected] par lagatar balance katoti ho rahi hai maine customer care pe iski complaint ki woh bhi kai baar lekin customer care se mujhe koi madad nahi mili woh bas bahane chipkate rahe hai maine pucha bas itna hi batado ki balance katne ka karan kya unhone woh bhi nahi bataya kaha system kharab hai or ek number diya jismain koi service active
Karne ka aya na ke deactivate karne ka ager asay hi balance katata raha to mujhe consumer court jana hoga

Hello aircel team mujhe achcha laga ki aapka reply aya magar main is par number 155223 call karchuka hu or is yah bataya gaya ki koi vas service active nahi hai iske bawajud roj balance kat raha hai
Or main aapko pehle hi bata ki mere number pe ndmc pack bhi subscribe nahi hai
Please meri help kare nahi majburan mujhe yah network port karna hoga

Aircel team i call 155223 this many times and she say any vas service are not active on your number and i also try ussd code*121*0200# and showing message ndmc pack is already deactivated but my balance is dedicated every day sometimes dedicated rs.2 sometimes dedicated rs.1 and now dedicate 50pasie continually tow days please help me thanks

Bahan ke lo.. maine ajay raj rajan ki authority ko bhi emails kiye par javab nahi mila to mujhe laga email padha nahi hoga lekin tum logo ka reply aya iska matlab email padhte to ho lekin consumer ki problem resolve nahi karte or karoge bhi kyon problem mai to tum khudhi dalte apni jeb bharne ke liye tum log itne be sharm ho ki consumer kitna bura likhta hai gusse mai lekin tumhe koi farak nahi padta
Lekin ab tumhe farak padega jab main consumer court jaunga jitna paisa tumne mere account se kata hai uske hajaro guna tumse wasul krunga

Aircel ki maa ki choot aircel chore hai aircel customers ke saath fraud karta hai mujhe lagta hai aircel paise kamane ke liye kuch bhi kar sakta hai
Jaise ke ki apni maa bahan beti bivi ki choot bech sakta hai
Balki bechta hoga hai jo customers ka paisa chura sakta hai uske liye yah koi badi baat nahi aircel dalla hai aircel ki maaki choot aircel ki bahan ka bhosda

      I subscribed the kol2sms pack (Daily pack | 30 local/national sms for 1 day) on monday 16/10/17 to my number [protected] and since then it is getting renewed everyday automatically. None of your deactivation procedures like ussd string *121*5601# or sms "stop" to 155223 are working.in each of these cases i used to get a reply "it has already been deactivated" but each day it continues to deduct my balance. Kindly direct me to deactivate this sms pack. Otherwise i have to leave my aircel no.

        Who the hell has activated ndmc170317pi2 pack on my number [protected]. I didn't. And my account has been charged on daily basis what the hell is this???. I want my money back. You don't have right to activate any hell services without asking me. So kindly return my money and deactivate this service. Is it a gift of being your old customer.           Sir,
          I m talking anushka singh. I recharged with rs.70 top up on 9th october and net recharge of rs.58 on 14th october. But today[protected] both balance and net balance is showing zero without it's full use by me. Even validity is also there. So i tried to contact aircel customer complaint care 198. But they refused to help me and talked rudely.
          You are requested to please show your interest in this issue and help me. Otherwise i m an advocate and is ready to file a case against you guys as i also recorded the calls which i have done with your customers executives telling their names too.

            Sir,
            I wants to say that your online offers are not appropriate as i recharged today with 345 it was shown that i will get 1gb data per day for 70 days and unlimited local and std but i get only data offer of 1gb per day for 28 days as in rupees 298 website was providing 28 gb data and unlimited calling for 28 days, now i am feeling totally deceived as i had payed extra 47 rupees. Please remove such recharges from your website as it is not supporting cashless transactions as i go for online transaction to contribute in cashless india and also pay gst for it but i didn't get what i expected. Sorry for my rude behaviour.

                  Sir, i am a customer of aircel and my phone no. Is [protected]. Today unauthorisedly my main balance has debited of rs 40. Aircel company debited my account by setting dialer tune automatic by his own choice. I called to customer service center but they told that wait for 16 hours. It is not a good service by aircel to customer. Please solve this problem as soon as possible and refund my balance.

                    I never subscribe to limitless music service. But i have a message from you that i have been subscribed this service. I never did this. When i trying to say this issue to custer care they were jst ignoring my complains. I am using aircel and i am old cutomer, if this issue may problem regulerly then i have to change my sim card.                             I allso recharge ₹349 on dated 04/10/2017. Per day 300 minute local+std call and weekly total 1000 minute. My frist 1000 minute complete on dated 09/10/2017, next 1000 minute started at 11/10/2017 12 am. But today 14/10/2017 my free minute not working after 120 minute (Approx) then i called to customer service, they are give different information and that plane not working till now.

                            Please take action as soon as possible.

                              Hi team received a call from one of airecl number. I just picked it up. And i could hear aircel promotion and within 30 sec the phone got disconnected and i received a message thank you for subscribing to music connect at rs 13.00 for 13days and you will be renewd after 13 days to unsubscribe sms stop to 155223. Is this a new fraud style to loot money. Its a pure case of cheating. I want to sue this aircel company in crores if possible pls help. They might have collected lots of money this way from poor people. Hang the person who thought of this idea to cheat innocent indians. Can't we answer any incoming calls.. I have to teach this people a lesson.

                                I wanna deactivate this service... Even i didn't ask for this service but ur company activated it. Even i have not been using any data... So stop activating any service without taking permission from ur customer. Everyday due to this service automatically my balance is cut out. And after that we have to face problem which is just a waste of money and time so, plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  First of all, vas is activated on my number without consent. After deactivating vas they again deduct balance. When i call, they assured me to refund within 24hrs but didn't do so. After 24hrs, they told that not possible, make false excuses and assured me to call after 4hrs but didn't do that also. Now when i try to call, they didn't pickup call at all.

                                      Firstly, i got a call from +[protected] on 15 th of october at 4.53 pm. The tele caller said u are special customer and u r selected for this a prize and we are giving u free minutes. Ok

                                      Secondly, she said i will send u an sms with this then after this offer will start. Then i got a message from u people of deduction of 97 rs.
                                      The number is used by my mom. She is a housewife.

                                      We have a rate cutter activated on this number of her. And we dont even informed properly that it special offer will l cost us this badly.

                                      This is a total scam and fraudulent act i want my money back. We are a lower middlele class people.
                                      You might think we are cheap and so poor and we are poor so stop looting us.
