linking aadhar card while abroad

Hi,

What are we supposed to do if we are abroad and unable to link aadhar card to our aircel mobile number. I have been using this number for almost 8 years and currently i am out of country and will not be back until next year.

There should be some way for people who live abroad but still use aircel as they might have linked this number for various needs in india. Like would have given mob number to banks for...

1) i am using aircel postpaid for past 3 years. Upto july 22 2017 i was in monthly plan of rs225+tax/month which had data benefit of 512mb. After that i had given a request to port my number to other network so that i can use more data/month. My number [protected]. From the beginning i start using aircel every time i faced problems.. Now i'm in roaming & no time for all those things.
Complain about-
1. Balance deduct every time i recharge by active vas service which i never activated..
2. I recharged 67 for 1.5gb internet data (Offer 4 u) but i got only 350mb.
3. If i call on 198 (Cc number) every time call ended.
I've been facing those problems...

deducting 2 rupees daily without any reason

I am having mobile samsung guru which has no option for internet facility in it... Aircel company activated internet 2g data plan without my permission.. Daily rs2 deducted from my mobile.. The name of this 2g internet pack is ndmc170317p12. There is no response from customer service and in calling customer service they charge 50p per minute. Indirectly or directly they are taking my money from my balance.

aircel sim card linking to aadhaar

I have been using an aircel sim since 5 years but that sim card owner is my friend. Now as per government directive this sim has to be linked to an aadhar no. What should i do now as i am no longer in contact with him. Can i link it to my aadhaar. This number is really important to me as i have provided it everywhere.
Please reply as soon as possible. Solve my problem....

I have called on your customer care and said that i dint activate any service but still you deducted my balance on daily basis i request you to please deactivate ndmc170317sms2 pack as soon as possible. Kindly stop this service and refund my amount which is deducted due to this pack. They sent me a msg that pls sent stop on 155223. I did it & got a msg that there is no service activated next again...

I, ranjeet kumar, a customer of aircel having mobile no.- +91-[protected] want to say that i have to pay for the services for which i have not opted. Vas services like games club, movie masti, desi beats, etc are automatically activated without my consent and i have been charged for the same.

Is it a new way of cheating with customer?? I never subscribe any thing like this... How you sent me this message that my balance will be dedicated for 10mb data?? At least aircel should ask customer if they need it or not.. How can u activate such subscription without...

The address of the retail point was actually provided by aircel via a message. It seems as if he is the only retail point in rourkela.

Aircel is not worth for money and their customer care is useless, whatever we ask they will not give the solution at all. Actually i requested to change postpaid to prepaid sim at aircel north usman road branch on 04-jul-2017, and also clear due amount.

Still the request is pending and aircel generate monthly bill to me. I told to customer care more then 100 times but no one give solution to clear my request and treat me worst...
