This concern is regarding the mob number #[protected] which is in the name of indumathi. She is my mom. She does not need postpaid connection and so she visited the ambattur aircel store and has requested them to disconnect or cancel her postpaid connection 3 months before. She even got a call after that from aircel confirming the disconnection. But its still not yet disconnected. She has visited the store multiple times asking them the status and they keep on asking her to come and check.

How stupid are you guys to make a customer running tired behind you!! Jus for a very simply request. She is not even going away from aircel but just wanted to disconnect the postpaid and have prepaid connection in the same number.

How many times you stupid people want her to visit the store. She is still getting the postpaid bill of rs 500 each and every month. For your stupid service we cant struggle. We will not be paying the bill anymore.

Let me know decision asap

      I am tired off by making calls in aircel customer care and worst is they never resolve my problem regarding network issue just simply sent me a text "your problem has been resolve succesfully."

      I am facing network problem in my office location near sec.64 noida time and again i lodge complaints regarding this network issue.
      Whenever i tried to port my aircel no. My message has never sent since 2016 i am trying to port this company to aircel.

      I will suggest to all (Who can read this message) never go for aircel because it will suck your family and your life too.
      I have a asthma patient in my home she needs my helpevery now and then but my phone is "always out of reachable area."

      Thanks Aircel Team Issued was not resolved after being frustrated i changed my network from aircel to Vodafone. Aircel team had not solved the problem actually, somebody called me and said i am calling from aircel then i told him my name then he said oh sorry again i made call you, we will look in to the matter then afterwards i changed my no. Its better to accept you had not resolved my problem.

          Dear sir..
          I'm using the mobile number [protected] by tata docomo post paid connection for around 3 years.
          Due to lack of service from tata docomo, i wish to port my mobile number into aircel post paid.
          After the final bill settlement to tata docomo, i've submitted all my proofs (Aadhar card with thumb inpression) with aircel showroom which is located in no.6a, lawsons road, opp to vestry school, cantonment, cantonment, tiruchirappalli, tamil nadu - 620001, on[protected].
          My unique portal id expiry date was[protected], but portability approved on[protected] and tata docomo has deactivated on same date. But unfortunately still now my mobile number is not in use and yet now not activated. On 10th of october, home verification also completed by them (Aircel).
          But, thereafter there is no any clear response from the showroom people.
          Whenever, i go the showroom, they are telling that, it will get activate in just half n hour. But, their are so many half n hour has been gone. They are making the customers fool. Till now repeatedly they are saying the same answer.
          At the same time, yesterday[protected] afternoon, i've done a complaint through online in aircel customer care live chat. They promised me, that my complaint will get resolved within today evening[protected] evening 18:52:55 pm), but that too has been not happened.
          Iam working as a sales manager in private health insurance concern, and my profile is marketing. Without mobile, i can't able do my work and i've lost many valuable customers in these 6 days.
          And, right now, i'm in hospital due to an accidental injury.
          So, i humbly request you to resolve the same.

              Hi,

              What are we supposed to do if we are abroad and unable to link aadhar card to our aircel mobile number. I have been using this number for almost 8 years and currently i am out of country and will not be back until next year.

              There should be some way for people who live abroad but still use aircel as they might have linked this number for various needs in india. Like would have given mob number to banks for otp details etc.

              Request you to please solve this issue for all the people living abroad.

                1) i am using aircel postpaid for past 3 years. Upto july 22 2017 i was in monthly plan of rs225+tax/month which had data benefit of 512mb. After that i had given a request to port my number to other network so that i can use more data/month. Then aircel representative called me and told that "we can change your plan to rs300 (Including gst)/month and you can use 6gb data/month" and asked me to continue aircel network. I used 6gb as per the information. My next month bill came as rs1150. Due to this my credit limit exceeded two weeks before the due date and my outgoing was barred. When i enquired about this at complaint helpline (198) they said the plan was changed with data benefit of 1gb/month only (After calling 4 times only i got this information). They also told that bill can't be reversed and asked me to pay the given bill and it will be reduced for next month billing or you will receive chequein case you changed to other network. I paid the bill on august 18.

                2) since my plan is for 1gb/month only i wanted to port my number to other network again. Again aircel representative called me and told that you can use 11gb/month and unlimited calls at rs300/month (Including gst) and requested me to continue on aircel network. Again i used 11gb 3g data (Only after confirming with customer care) till 4 september (Where my bill cycle ends). Again this time my bill amount came as 1600. My outgoing was barred as my credit limit exceeded. I registered complaint at complaint helpline on last week. They said they will send my request for process and i will get my problem solved in 2 days. After two days i received text message stating that my complaint was processed. When i check there is no change.

                3) i went to aircel exclusive showroom (Near little mount bus stop) on 13th sep 2017. The person didn't even listen my problem fully. She simply said you used more than 15gb data and hence bill amount is 1600. When i said my data usage shows only 11gb, she said it can be edited and you would have edited it. When i try to explain my problem fully, she left her place and told me that i will receive an email regarding this. After that i got only my itemized bill only.

                  My number [protected]. From the beginning i start using aircel every time i faced problems.. Now i'm in roaming & no time for all those things.
                  Complain about-
                  1. Balance deduct every time i recharge by active vas service which i never activated..
                  2. I recharged 67 for 1.5gb internet data (Offer 4 u) but i got only 350mb.
                  3. If i call on 198 (Cc number) every time call ended.

                    I am having mobile samsung guru which has no option for internet facility in it... Aircel company activated internet 2g data plan without my permission.. Daily rs2 deducted from my mobile.. The name of this 2g internet pack is ndmc170317p12. There is no response from customer service and in calling customer service they charge 50p per minute. Indirectly or directly they are taking my money from my balance.

                    The main issue is that this company blocked all deactivation code for 2g internet site on the internet so that customer has to call their customer care and then they charge money for them.

                      I have been using an aircel sim since 5 years but that sim card owner is my friend. Now as per government directive this sim has to be linked to an aadhar no. What should i do now as i am no longer in contact with him. Can i link it to my aadhaar. This number is really important to me as i have provided it everywhere.

                              I am facing same problem of ndmc170317sms2. I have called on your customer care and said that i dint activate any service but still you deducted my balance on daily basis i request you to please deactivate ndmc170317sms2 pack as soon as possible. Kindly stop this service and refund my amount which is deducted due to this pack. They sent me a msg that pls sent stop on 155223. I did it & got a msg that there is no service activated next again i got service renewal msg. Again i called customer care this time they did misbehave with me & now my number is blocked. I am unable to get connect with 198 & service is still continue. After that i searched that on google so i got a number (*121*212# and *121*214#) to deactivate it. But again there is no solution. I am really very disappointed with this. If anyone can provide me solution in a day so good otherwise i am going port my number & also going to do complain against aircel fraudulent.

                              This is 3:50 am & again I have got msg that ndmc170317sms2 has been renewed and 2Rs has been deducted. What the ### are doing guys. There is no solution after complaining on consumer complaints. It means I don't have two things to do port my number & viral your fraudulent on social media. May b it will be helpful.

                              First of all Plz read my complaint carefully. I have already done that for 3 times & i am getting messages that there is no service activate on my number but still getting msg of deduction & renewal of that service regularly.

                              So thanks for suggestion but thats not helpful anymore.

                                  I am not able to change my mobile number from aircel postpaid network to any other network or aircel prepaid network.
                                  Also aircel customer service centers were not giving proper response. Each one asking to do different things and no one is is providing proper solution.

                                  Initially i want to convert my aircel network to other network (Reliance post paid), i have submitted all the proof and corporate letter since my mobile number is under corporate cug, but aircel didnt approve the request and rejected the same.

                                  So i asked customer care and they suggested me to convert to prepaid and then port to any other network, they told me to contact the showroom where i took sim, but the showroom was not accepting my request, they told that they are not converting post paid to pre paid, immediately i called customer care and raised complaint for the same, but they have closed the complaint without giving any solution.

                                  Another customer representative informed to come out from cug by submitting the letter from corporate, so i have submitted the letter for processing the same, but they are not accepting that too,.

                                  Aircel is doing worst service and not giving proper response and not allowing to process any request.

                                  Kindly take necessary action over aircel and help me in cominig out from aircel network.

Vas services like games club, movie masti, desi beats, etc are automatically activated without my consent and i have been charged for the same.
