Dear, sir mai mantaj mansuri aircel ka ek upbhokta hun mere mobile n.:[protected] par automatic vas service activate kar diya jata hai aur massage ke dwara mujhe ye jankari di jati hai ki mere mobile par fla vas service activate ho gaya aur uskeliye rs. 35 charge hua for 7 days. Fir ek massage aya jisme kisi dusare vas servise ke activate ki bat kahi gayi aur uske liye rs.15 charge kata. Aur jab mai complain karta hu to hsamesha customer care bussy batlata hai. Akhir ye sab balance kyo kata jata hai aur hume presan kiya jata hai.

    I want change Aircel to Vodafone and i not getting UPC code as Aircel network is very weak calls get disconnect again and again. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 11 oct 2017but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC.

          My number is [protected], i am using this as postpaid number for more than 2 years, now i want to convert back to prepaid. Is there any way to convert it back to prepaid, if so please explain me the procedure for that!

          Note: initially when i bought the aircel sim (Number mentioned above), i bought it as a prepaid only, then i have converted it to postpaid due to my official purpose, now can i go back to prepaid again?

            My balance deducted daily par day 50 paise and I'll dial no 155223 but it not work nad i also try *121*0200# but my balance is deducted continued

            I'll try calling 198 another days but I'll can not connected customer care please help me and Stop deduction on my account

              Without sending any proper intimation they have blocked all my 3 numbers. There was no message to all 3 numbers regarding the credit limit exceeding. But they have stopped all our services blindly. When called customer care and asked they are easily lying that messages were sent from them to all 3 numbers. They are totally lying here. Because we have not received any message in all 3 numbers. Such a waste network. Waste of being in this network for the last 13years. No use really. Such a waste customer care service and no value for the customer.

                Auto deducting 2 Rs daily I did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, I don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

                  3days ago, i recharged rs94 (10gb 3gnight data) pack on my aircel number
                  [protected] via paytm and received the confirmation of successful recharge but
                  I'm not able to browse the internet. The package is not activated.
                  Please resolve this issue or return my money asap.
                  I've been using aircel since 3 years and no issue at all but aircel service is getting worst day by day and also customer care service is very bad.

                    I am the customer of aircel since last 7-8 years and shame to inform you.

                    I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account since last months.

                    Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

                    Getting irritated by this pack who will waste 2rs everyday.

                          I am register customer of aircel with no [protected] from hyderabad for past 6 years as for 7 days some unknown person calls me and say that no is related to him. How one no can be given to two members by the company. As this issue has been taken to customer care but no action is been taken yet. And the person going on disturbing me.                                 I am not able to send sms to 1900 from my aircel sim. I have balance greater than rs.19 (Maximum cost for porting). I can send sms to other numbers but not to 1900.

                                Whenever i try to send the port sms it takes a very long time and later says "unable to send message".

                                I have tried multiple phone, still i get the same problem. Please look into this issue.

                                The phone retries sending the message multiple times, each time when it fails I receive a popup saying the SMS cost was rs.0. This happens 4-5 times and then I get a notification saying the message was undelivered.

                                    My complaint is same as shudhanshugpt. My aircel no. ([protected]) has been charged rs.2 daily for the renewal of sms service ndmc170317sms2 for the last week without my consent. Why the hell did you did you do this guys?? I havn't request for any such service but you has activated it on my no. Without my permission. I would like it to be deactivated and my money refunded as soon as possible.
                                    Please don't activate any such service yourself in the near futute without the user interface.

                                      It is already 1 week after I got duplicate Sim. I could not use two phones always for this issue.

                                        From past 3 days the connection got disconnected it seems (Due to aadhar linking).

                                        I am not able to link aadhar for next 2 days as i am out of country for training from past 2 months..
