My number is [protected], i am using this as postpaid number for more than 2 years, now i want to convert back to prepaid. Is there any way to convert it back to prepaid, if so please explain me the procedure for that!

Note: initially when i bought the aircel sim (Number mentioned above), i bought it as a prepaid only, then i have converted it to postpaid due to my official purpose, now can i go back to prepaid again?...

My balance deducted daily par day 50 paise and I'll dial no 155223 but it not work nad i also try *121*0200# but my balance is deducted continued
my aircel no is [protected] I'll call 198 and talk customer care executive but he told me call same time later he not stopped deduction on my account
I'll try calling 198 another days but I'll can not connected customer care please help me and Stop deduction on...

Without sending any proper intimation they have blocked all my 3 numbers. There was no message to all 3 numbers regarding the credit limit exceeding. But they have stopped all our services blindly. When called customer care and asked they are easily lying that messages were sent from them to all 3 numbers. They are totally lying here. Because we have not received any message in all 3 numbers. Such a waste network. Waste of being in this network...

Auto deducting 2 Rs daily I did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, I don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back....

3days ago, i recharged rs94 (10gb 3gnight data) pack on my aircel number
[protected] via paytm and received the confirmation of successful recharge but
I'm not able to browse the internet. The package is not activated.
Please resolve this issue or return my money asap.
I've been using aircel since 3 years and no issue at all but aircel service is getting worst day by day and also customer care service is very bad....

I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account since last months.

Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

Getting irritated by this pack who will waste 2rs everyday.

Kindly resolve the problem.

My aircel sim was locked by puk they issued a duplicate sim on 14 October but its not activated please activate it the aircel phone number is [protected] and the sim number is[protected] please activate it if you're not able to call this number call this alternative number [protected]...

I am register customer of aircel with no [protected] from hyderabad for past 6 years as for 7 days some unknown person calls me and say that no is related to him. How one no can be given to two members by the company. As this issue has been taken to customer care but no action is been taken yet. And the person going on disturbing me. As last stage i am lodging complaint of the issue is not resolved i am going to lodge complaint against person...

Kindly deactive the autoactivation of ndmc170317pi in aircel sim [protected] asap… it is already been two weeks after the autoactivation… even if i call the customer care they never connect me to the executives if aircel doesnt deactivate this aitoactivation pack and refund all my money back then i will have to throw away the sim…

Hi, I am trying to send sms to 1900 from my Aircel Number but its getting failed though I have enough balance.I tried with changing service center number too but it didn't work Please resolve my issue asap.

I am not able to send sms to 1900 from my aircel sim. I have balance greater than rs.19 (Maximum cost for porting). I can send sms to other numbers but not to 1900.

Whenever i try to send the port sms it takes a very long time and later says "unable to send message".

I have tried multiple phone, still i get the same problem. Please look into this issue.

My complaint is same as shudhanshugpt. My aircel no. ([protected]) has been charged rs.2 daily for the renewal of sms service ndmc170317sms2 for the last week without my consent. Why the hell did you did you do this guys?? I havn't request for any such service but you has activated it on my no. Without my permission. I would like it to be deactivated and my money refunded as soon as possible.
Please don't activate any such service yourself...

I have purchased a duplicate Sim to get nano SIM. I got a sim on 16th Oct 17. But the sim is not still activated.

It is already 1 week after I got duplicate Sim. I could not use two phones always for this issue.

Is anything need to be done by myside?

I am using aircel prepaid connection at chennai for past 12 years, i haven’t faced any issues as of now..

From past 3 days the connection got disconnected it seems (Due to aadhar linking).

I am not able to link aadhar for next 2 days as i am out of country for training from past 2 months..

Request you to extend the connection till saturday 21.10.2017, i will be in person...

I subscribed the kol2sms pack (Daily pack | 30 local/national sms for 1 day) on monday 16/10/17 to my number [protected] and since then it is getting renewed everyday automatically. None of your deactivation procedures like ussd string *121*5601# or sms "stop" to 155223 are working.in each of these cases i used to get a reply "it has already been deactivated" but each day it continues to deduct my balance.
