My number is [protected], i am using this as postpaid number for more than 2 years, now i want to convert back to prepaid. Is there any way to convert it back to prepaid, if so please explain me the procedure for that!

Note: initially when i bought the aircel sim (Number mentioned above), i bought it as a prepaid only, then i have converted it to postpaid due to my official purpose, now can i go back to prepaid again?...

no proper intimation about credit limit and all of a sudden they cut down all services

Without sending any proper intimation they have blocked all my 3 numbers. There was no message to all 3 numbers regarding the credit limit exceeding. But they have stopped all our services blindly. When called customer care and asked they are easily lying that messages were sent from them to all 3 numbers. They are totally lying here. Because we have not received any message in all 3 numbers. Such a waste network. Waste of being in this network...

Auto deducting 2 Rs daily I did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, I don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

I'm not able to browse the internet. The package is not activated.
Please resolve this issue or return my money asap.
I've been using aircel since 3 years and no issue at all but aircel service is getting worst day by day and also customer care service is very bad....

Hii

I am the customer of aircel since last 7-8 years and shame to inform you.

I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account since last months.

Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

Getting irritated by this pack who will waste 2rs everyday.

Kindly resolve the problem.

cannot send sms to 1900

I am not able to send sms to 1900 from my aircel sim. I have balance greater than rs.19 (Maximum cost for porting). I can send sms to other numbers but not to 1900.

Whenever i try to send the port sms it takes a very long time and later says "unable to send message".

I have tried multiple phone, still i get the same problem. Please look into this issue.

My complaint is same as shudhanshugpt. My aircel no. ([protected]) has been charged rs.2 daily for the renewal of sms service ndmc170317sms2 for the last week without my consent. Why the hell did you did you do this guys?? I havn't request for any such service but you has activated it on my no. Without my permission. I would like it to be deactivated and my money refunded as soon as possible.
Please don't activate any such service yourself...

duplicate sim issue

I have purchased a duplicate Sim to get nano SIM. I got a sim on 16th Oct 17. But the sim is not still activated.

It is already 1 week after I got duplicate Sim. I could not use two phones always for this issue.
