Good morning... My self deepan chakravarthi. M from salem of tamilnadu.. My conceren is about aircell network... This is very worst customer services. (Eg-salem aircell headoffice four roads staffs very very worst behavier.)

My number is [protected] (6 time mnp apply... But aircell stoped my transfer due to balances payment) but my account balances is negative valeu. (Ge bill amount 500rs but am paid 800rs.....

My number is [protected]. My address is 218/3, shambhu dasgupta sarani, prabha apartment, uttarpara, googly. I live in bhadrakali area in uttarpara. From 27 th august, 2017 7.30 pm, my mobile lose network connection in my mobile. Whenever i go out from my home, the network becomes normal. But in my home, my aircel number has no network till now. I can't use internet, i can't cl or sms also in home. I face many problem because of it. Plz solve...

Sms pack NDMC170317 has been activated for 90 days without my request.
I want to deactivate it your customer support executives are also not helping.
This is not ethical to activate any services without permission of the consumer and make money...

My no [protected] keep on getting charged for various vas services without my consent.
Still i am keep on sending message to 155332.

Attached the screenshots.
Worst is usually it will be one or two services per month activated without my consent. But this month my balance rs 75 to rs 20 in two days without any calls to charge.

Pathetic service aircel. I been using your service for more than 10 years...

Deducted my balance 2 times ... And providing worst services such as low internet speed with continued internet disconnection.. unable to contact customer care since many days... They are always iritating ne... They provide too high rates of call nd low internet speed always. ... If i want to call them.. they are always busy on another call......

I am getting an constant renewal message everday of "your ndmc170317sms2 pack has been renewed on your aircel mobile"

But i haven't registered on any such pack
I don't know how to stop this service..
Please stop this auto renewal and return the money deducted as soon as possible.. Otherwise i will change my sim.
And why your company don't make clear about a service with it's activation and deactivation....

I am getting regular message like "your ndmc170317sms2" pack has been renewed". Although i have not taken any service and pack.

My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack.

Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance.
Else i have to move to the consumer court in this regard.

I want to port my aircel no [protected], but i am not able to send port msg and any other msg also.

Whenever i call to customer care about sms, they are replied that system is down and they are not taking the complaints also.

Network of aircel is good in my house but whenever i am in travel then i am not getting the network.

Pls suggest how can i port my this no with another operator....

Thanks. But nothing is solved. Again today 25 the august 2017 6.38 pm aircel send me a sms that thanks for choosing lehran tv aircel service rs 5 has been deducted for your account. Again and again aircel automatically subscribes some services and deducts amount from my amount. And now i can't deactivate the service also it shows that nothing is activated. Plz carefully solve the problem and put back the amount and plz deactivate these.....

Some aicel tv services were activated on my number. It shows"thank u for subscribing lehran tv, ultran tv service etc. Rs/7 is deducted from your number."but i didn't activate anything. When i sms 155223 to stop this, it shows no vas is activated. Every day some services are activated automatically. Plz put the deducted amount on my number. Plz deactivate the services as soon as possible. I am facing the problem regularly. And plz be sure...

I have a prepaid aircel connection on this number - [protected]

from past few days it doesn't allow me to make calls as it claims the "telephone charge is overdue" .I incoming calls are allowed, i have recharged but it doesn't seem to help. not able to complain in 198 as well for the same reason.

Rs.5 has been deducted from my aircel mobile number for choosing store at Re1 at Rs 5.0.But i haven't subscribed for that.It is really annoying to get the balance deducted for what i had not done.This is not the first the amount was deducted.Kindly take this in account and reimburse the amount....

My name is edwin pereira and yhis mail is regarding the service provided by your company is worst then ever. Even a local chai wala shop gives a good service as your company doesn't have that reputation i guess that's why you are doing this type of work.
My point is i need to port my number ([protected]) to other service because of this reason
1) bad service
2) network issue whenever our place current (Power) gets off...
