      I am sending sms to 1900 from last 20 to 25 days, but always it says, ' failed to send massage'.
      I was called to customer care, but they said ' there is no problem in our service '
      I was also gave a complaint in writing to the care. [protected]@aircel.co.in, but they again said that there is no problem in our service.

        Sir i was checked my best offer by dialing *121# and here i see ftt of 69 without any t&c but company instead giving me 69 as ftt it give me 69 as promo balance. Sir i want my full benifit after recharge your helpline 198 is also not receiving my call.
        One more thing is that before i recharged i called your customer executive and she says you will get ftt of 69.

          Good morning... My self deepan chakravarthi. M from salem of tamilnadu.. My conceren is about aircell network... This is very worst customer services. (Eg-salem aircell headoffice four roads staffs very very worst behavier.)

          My number is [protected] (6 time mnp apply... But aircell stoped my transfer due to balances payment) but my account balances is negative valeu. (Ge bill amount 500rs but am paid 800rs.. When iss went to aircell office ask to my status.. Worst respon answer replid from aircell store...

          Note: i am also corparat employee.. As quality manager... I have more than 10000laks customer profile... Aircell loos very huge customer profile... The same process contionue means very quickly loos very large customer data base...

          My question to aircell team
          1) when return my refun amount for deposit amount...
          2) excess payment also am paid... That amount when return...
          3) very very disappointment for aircell (Four roads team)

From 27 th august, 2017 7.30 pm, my mobile lose network connection in my mobile. Whenever i go out from my home, the network becomes normal. But in my home, my aircel number has no network till now.                       My no [protected] keep on getting charged for various vas services without my consent.
                      Still i am keep on sending message to 155332.

                      Attached the screenshots.
                      Worst is usually it will be one or two services per month activated without my consent. But this month my balance rs 75 to rs 20 in two days without any calls to charge.

                      Pathetic service aircel. I been using your service for more than 10 years and you treating your customer like this.

                          I am getting an constant renewal message everday of "your ndmc170317sms2 pack has been renewed on your aircel mobile"

                          But i haven't registered on any such pack
                          I don't know how to stop this service..
                          Please stop this auto renewal and return the money deducted as soon as possible.. Otherwise i will change my sim.
                          And why your company don't make clear about a service with it's activation and deactivation. I can't find any deactivation code for this service in aircel website.

                            I am getting regular message like "your ndmc170317sms2" pack has been renewed". Although i have not taken any service and pack.

                            My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack.

                            Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance.
                            Else i have to move to the consumer court in this regard.

                            Just fix this issue and refund my deducted balance.

                              Whenever i call to customer care about sms, they are replied that system is down and they are not taking the complaints also.

                              Network of aircel is good in my house but whenever i am in travel then i am not getting the network.

                                But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving irrilavent solutions.

                                1.. I have balance in my mobile so there is no reason of not having balance to send msg.
                                2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                                3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                      Thanks. But nothing is solved. Again today 25 the august 2017 6.38 pm aircel send me a sms that thanks for choosing lehran tv aircel service rs 5 has been deducted for your account. Again and again aircel automatically subscribes some services and deducts amount from my amount. And now i can't deactivate the service also it shows that nothing is activated. Plz carefully solve the problem and put back the amount and plz deactivate these.. I am tired now to complain again.
