    I received bill for more than 1100 rs i ask them, they simply said one vas service is activated in ur number, so u can 399 rs for that vas service, but i never received any msg from them, after them long process, they said we reduced that amount u pay only ur usage amount, so i am also pay the amount, after that they will continous calling to me, and sent more than 200 msgs u will pay 399 rs,

    Till i received more call and msgs from aircel for wrong billing payment, customer service is there or not, i never activate any VAS service, so many msgs i received for bill payment, i received 5 times per day, if any vas service is activate, then Why they never send any msgs(for activated vas charges, vas period), full and full wrong billing, and worst customer service and backend team also

      Unnecessary service has been activated from your side without asking me on [protected]. Because of that I am loosing my balance daily. I tried to stop this service dialing *121*02# as suggested by customer care but didn't get succeed. Even after calling support team many times, customer care person deactivated it from his end on 31st March but still it is not deactivated.
      Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back.

        VAS named "NDAIRSMS2N" is activated and gets auto-renewed everyday.
        I have called the customer service for like 10 times and every single one of them tells me a new code that fails to work.
        Is this some kind of joke??
        Why are you guys sucking the money out of my account everyday for no reason!?
        Aircel fails to provide a good network anyway and now this?

          I m unable to send sms to 1900 for mnp. Registerd complaint in aircel. They gave fake complaint status that my complaint is resolved. Tried calling them 20 times. They drop calls when mention that i will complain in TRAI. This happened 5 times. Now i am fed up of this finding solutions to get rid of these fake company...

              Hi, i activated wbdecpi9 pack for my aircel number [protected], wb. But now it renews itself all the time. It is very annoying and i have already lost so much balance of mine, please deactivate it. Thank you. Almost 80 rupees is gone just like that.. And i tried many possible way but it never deactivates, tried texting to 155223, i even tried *121*903*, but it still don't work. Please its a request to the person incharge, make packs of one time activation not auto renew them without the permission of the user or else it will be a major cause for the drop in users for aircel.

                I have been receiving calls from Aircel forcing me to pay some balance amount of Rs.500 ( Approx.). A cancellation of my postpaid number was initiated paying all the outstanding amount via online on Sept 2016 and a copy of the acknowledgement was also sent to the customer executive for the termination of the same. I have been confirmed that the number will be terminated via call and after few months I m now been chased to pay some balance amount which I don't owe. I strongly feel there has been a Lethargic/Delayed action from Aircel which might have pushed the termination date thereby regenerating some amount. The number is now in "Invalid" format and I m not able to see the bill invoice when checked in the Online Portal. Unfortunately the call is landing to my mother's number ( Alternate one ) and she is been mentally harassed. Many times I asked for an explanation on the bill but in vain. They only wanted to payment to be done and today a lady called conveying the matter will be taken to court. I kindly request you to please take action against them. I have all the required documents supporting my statement.

                        Hello Sir, my number is [protected]. a service is automatically activated on my number & i many a time try to connect to customer care but it's replies that "this service is not available to this number" this is a auto reply then I try by using another my aircel no. that is [protected]. Customer executive told me that we deactivated that service, but it still continue then after I again call customer care using same number they rudely behave with me and reply to call them from the number in which service is activated.
                        I again try from number [protected] same happens as earlier from last 20 days that-this service is not available on this number.
                        Sir, i want to deactivate the service which I have no idea for what it is charging, refund the money which it charged from me and competition for mentally and financially torcher

                        Sir, i do not get any message for activation of service but I first time noticed when I make a call after that see balance statment, it was shocking, i had a balance of Rs. 150/- and it deducted some what Rs.30/- or more for seven days or more. I have not had a exact figures.
                        Then after I noticed a message again received for deduction of balance which I ignored earlier as routine message from company.
                        I hope it was started some what 20 days ago from today and I have remaining balance is Rs.10/- out of Rs.150/-, i do not have exact figure when and why they deducted.
                        For the concern of messages received I have not any for record.
                        Sir, you can check my profile statement, you get better and exact figures.

                                I m Avaneesh my aircel no is [protected] is having so much disturbance in my home, so finally on 24th March i can request to port my no to other service provider nd same day aircel customer care calls me and i said him the problem they said i can resolve your issue but i can't stay more with this service provider so i clearly said no to him...
                                No sir i dont want any resolution from ur side i want to port with other operator...
                                29March Aircel msg me your docket number 1-[protected] of mnp related has been raised. Resolution expected by 06/04/17 ..???

                                What is this i can't understand they refused my mnp request i think and of 29th March i can call 121customer care they said... (Aapka number port ho jayega) when i asked about this service request & resolution I don't get satisfied answer.

                                What the hell is this, i don't want to continue.

                                I want to port out from this poor network kindly help me out.

                                    My prepaid mobile No. [protected]. From my main account a sum to a tune of Rs. 250/- has been automatically deducted under the pretext for VAS which I have never opted for. Inspite of repeated representation to Aircel no remedial action initiated. I have evidence of deactivation. Even then the amount is deducted.
                                    It is requested to refund Rs. 250/- which has been deducted from my account without my request

                                      Hi sir/madam,

                                      I done recharge of rs 110 for mobile no:[protected] on feb 25th via mobikwik app. Recharge was not successful but money was deducted from my credit card. I i received message from aircel that "recharge amount of 11o was not successful. Your aircel transaction id : tnr[protected]". So i raised complaint in both mobikwik app and aircel customer care. When i contact aircel customer care they told me that amount will be refunded with in 7 days but not yet. I didn't received my complaint number from aircel to my mobile number even i requested many times. When i contact mobikwik app customer care they registered my complaint and ticket numbers are # 6149714, # 6025405, # 5988027. I received the below message from mobikwik app lastly that amount was captured by aircel. Please find the below message.

                                      "dear user, greetings from mobikwik! This is in reference to your email regarding recharge transaction. We have checked our system for transaction of rs 110 and is showing successful at our end. Please use the operator id - tnr[protected] to confirm the status with the operator directly. En[protected] [protected]f84d6d tnr[protected]/25/2017 12:13:13 pm[protected] aircel aircel - tamil nadu mobikwik systems pvt ltd approved no view as per your request, we have already escalated the transaction to service provider and received successful transaction confirmation from their end. Hence, we suggest you to contact operator with the help of provided details or forward written confirmation received from operator regarding failure status of mentioned transaction so that we can assist you further. Thank you for being a valued mobikwik customer. Regards, mobikwik team"

                                      Please do the needful and revert my money back to my card.
