Hello Sir, my number is [protected]. a service is automatically activated on my number & i many a time try to connect to customer care but it's replies that "this service is not available to this number" this is a auto reply then I try by using another my aircel no. that is [protected]. Customer executive told me that we deactivated that service, but it still continue then after I again call customer care using same number they rudely behave with me and reply to call them from the number in which service is activated.
I again try from number [protected] same happens as earlier from last 20 days that-this service is not available on this number.
Sir, i want to deactivate the service which I have no idea for what it is charging, refund the money which it charged from me and competition for mentally and financially torcher

Updated by chandan singh bhati Sir, i do not get any message for activation of service but I first time noticed when I make a call after that see balance statment, it was shocking, i had a balance of Rs. 150/- and it deducted some what Rs.30/- or more for seven days or more. I have not had a exact figures.
Then after I noticed a message again received for deduction of balance which I ignored earlier as routine message from company.
I hope it was started some what 20 days ago from today and I have remaining balance is Rs.10/- out of Rs.150/-, i do not have exact figure when and why they deducted.
For the concern of messages received I have not any for record.
Sir, you can check my profile statement, you get better and exact figures.
