Hi, i activated wbdecpi9 pack for my aircel number [protected], wb. But now it renews itself all the time. It is very annoying and i have already lost so much balance of mine, please deactivate it. Thank you. Almost 80 rupees is gone just like that.. And i tried many possible way but it never deactivates, tried texting to 155223, i even tried *121*903*, but it still don't work. Please its a request to the person incharge, make packs of one...

I have been receiving calls from Aircel forcing me to pay some balance amount of Rs.500 ( Approx.). A cancellation of my postpaid number was initiated paying all the outstanding amount via online on Sept 2016 and a copy of the acknowledgement was also sent to the customer executive for the termination of the same. I have been confirmed that the number will be terminated via call and after few months I m now been chased to pay some balance...

My sim card is locked on 1-4-17. So please unlock it....

Dear team, Yesterday evening I received a msg like that" thank you for choosing pocket store fortnightly at Rs 49. You have been charged Rs 49 for 15 days" I don't know what happening. Pls deactivate the unwanted service and get back the amount as soon as possible in my main balance. Hello Sir, my number is [protected]. a service is automatically activated on my number & i many a time try to connect to customer care but it's replies that "this service is not available to this number" this is a auto reply then I try by using another my aircel no. that is [protected]. Customer executive told me that we deactivated that service, but it still continue then after I again call customer care using same number they rudely behave...

I have bought two sim cards which I have lost now. I want to close the account so that I don't receive any bills further.

It is almost two months but still am not able to close the account

Worst service if I call customer care.

No response in visiting showroom back and forth several times.

I m Avaneesh my aircel no is [protected] is having so much disturbance in my home, so finally on 24th March i can request to port my no to other service provider nd same day aircel customer care calls me and i said him the problem they said i can resolve your issue but i can't stay more with this service provider so i clearly said no to him...
No sir i dont want any resolution from ur side i want to port with other operator...

My prepaid mobile No. [protected]. From my main account a sum to a tune of Rs. 250/- has been automatically deducted under the pretext for VAS which I have never opted for. Inspite of repeated representation to Aircel no remedial action initiated. I have evidence of deactivation. Even then the amount is deducted.
It is requested to refund Rs. 250/- which has been deducted from my account without my request...

Hi sir/madam,

I done recharge of rs 110 for mobile no:[protected] on feb 25th via mobikwik app. Recharge was not successful but money was deducted from my credit card. I i received message from aircel that "recharge amount of 11o was not successful. Your aircel transaction id : tnr[protected]". So i raised complaint in both mobikwik app and aircel customer care. When i contact aircel customer care they told me that amount...

I need the complete call history details of my sister aircel prepaid no [protected]. Please mail me the call history for the last two months (February to march 29th till today date) to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com....

Please deactivate games club and song package from my mobile because i have not activated any such things. I think it is very wrong because my balance is deducted without any reason....

Aircel no- [protected] has been recharged by retailer on dated[protected] time 08:00 p.m by RS. 95 and internet pack Rs. 545 but not recharged till date.

I am not a customer of Aircel, nor have I interacted with them earlier. I am registered with DND. In spite of all this, I am receiving lewd sms for prostitution in Bangalore (titled deep tissue massage ) from various mobile numbers of Aircel Chennai. Please find attached the screen shot of the same.
Complaints to both my service provider Vodafone as well as Aircel are ineffective. Kindly help....

We have paid our last month bill with the Cheque (Cheque No: 998606; Date of the Cheque: 09/03/2017) Ph no: [protected]/[protected] bill amounted for both number for the last month is Rs.1019/-

But yet we did not get any bill for the payment of the bill of last month. For this month we have received the bill of this month(March) as well as last month(February).

I have purchased a duplicate sim card of Aircel for one of my number [protected] on March 23, 2017. But till on this date I am not able to make any calls and send messages from my sim. Every time I try to make a call it says "This facility is not available on your number". I have contacted the customer care also they say that the sim is in active state but they dont know why calls are not being made. Please solve this matter as I am very angry...
