To my knowledge I have never subscribed to any of the additional services provided by Aircel. But the service provider without intimating to me themselves had subscribed my account to "Music Connect" for which I am charged Rupees 30 extra per month.

Mobile Number: [protected]

Also the same incident was happened to my Grandfather who is holding Aircel mobile account. Some of the people uses the phone only to make and receive the calls(voice) and I feel they take advantage over such people who will not have any idea how their balance is getting detected.

This kind of incidents by this service provider highly disappoints.

    I lost my phone 10 days back and have been trying since then to retrace my phone. The call center executives do not understand the IMEI number and the last location details against the IMEI.

                      the service is of 75 mb 3g data in rs. 12 everyday they charge me rs. 12, although i've told them to deactivate it. please resolve it otherwise i will go to the consumer court and it will make the matter more problematic.

                        I am Raju. My aircel no is [protected].
                        I had recharged my account with Rs. 45 last day. But it has been gone to the promo balance... Then I call to the customer care but customer care did not help me... Then I knew Aircel services are one of the worst service in the world if I could not get my recharge into main balance. So pls convert promo bal into main bal... I am not able to do any voice call/sms or activate any type of Internet pack...

                          I have post paid connection([protected]) in my name A.Sreethar, Chennai Adyar and i have requested your Aircel customer outlet in Kottivakkam branch in the last week of January 2017 and paid current dues, submitted all documents along with written request as requested by your office and i have been told that i will be called by your customer care office regarding the reason for going prepaid connection.The call has come and i have told the reason and i have been requested by your office to submit all documents along with one photo and the same has been submitted by me in your Air Cell office Spencer Tower, Chennai on 28/02/2017 after paying current and future dues.On that day i was told that the post paid connection will be converted into prepaid connection within 20 days from 28/02/2017 but till date same has not been done your office and my connection is still in post paid status.I request you to look into the matter and do the needful urgently for converting the post paid connection to prepaid connection.I request your co operation in this regard.
