      I am not a customer of Aircel, nor have I interacted with them earlier. I am registered with DND. In spite of all this, I am receiving lewd sms for prostitution in Bangalore (titled deep tissue massage ) from various mobile numbers of Aircel Chennai. Please find attached the screen shot of the same.
      Complaints to both my service provider Vodafone as well as Aircel are ineffective. Kindly help.

      I had complained to both my service provider as well as TRAI. I had also used twitter and also posted the indecent sms from Aircel Chennai on facebook.

        We have paid our last month bill with the Cheque (Cheque No: 998606; Date of the Cheque: 09/03/2017) Ph no: [protected]/[protected] bill amounted for both number for the last month is Rs.1019/-

        But yet we did not get any bill for the payment of the bill of last month. For this month we have received the bill of this month(March) as well as last month(February).

        We have not received any response of the payment of the bill.

        If the payment is not acceptable by the mode of Cheque return the Cheque and get the payment in the mode of cash.

          I have purchased a duplicate sim card of Aircel for one of my number [protected] on March 23, 2017. But till on this date I am not able to make any calls and send messages from my sim. Every time I try to make a call it says "This facility is not available on your number". I have contacted the customer care also they say that the sim is in active state but they dont know why calls are not being made. Please solve this matter as I am very angry with the services of Aircel.

          i have visited the Aircel store also he suggested me to call 59059 but they say that it is your old number so call 121 or 198. But there all the customer care executives are so busy that from 24/03/2017 to 29/03/2017 my call has never been connected to customer care. And i cant make calls to any number, cant send text messages and cant receive calls. I have recharged my number also but didnt receive message instead balance got credited to account.
          Please resolve this matter on priority basis if you dont want to loose your customers. As i dont have any other mobile operator to make calls except aircel at this time.

            As such, we did not even start this service.

                  The worst loss for a company is to lose the trust of its customers..which Aircel has done... Aircel has wilfully been deducting small & big amounts of money, in the name of Infinite masti, Snovabits etc... inspite of repeated complaints, they continue to do so... Similar such deductions have been made to those i know..Some really serious action needs to be taken to curb such fraud. They are sure to lose all their customers..

                          I tried with MNP . Registered complaint tht i couldn't send any messages to 1900 for MNP.
                          They gave fake complaint status that my complaint is resolved. Tried calling them 20 times. They drop calls when mention that i will complain in TRAI. This happened 5 times. Now i am fed up of this finding solutions to get rid of these fake company...

                              Hi

                              I am unable to talk to my relatives at my native because my calls are not connected to the dialed nos. I can able to call most of the day only one call per day. Every subsequent calls when i dial, would be not allowed to be connected. When i will try for calling, the network signal appearing on my mobile screen will disappear.

                              This is happening continuously. I am not able to contact my family members, when i try or when i feel to contact them urgently.

                              Similarly, if i recharge some internet pack, when i run a video or youtube, for first 5 or 10 minitues, the videos would be continued. But latter on it will become very slow.

                              I can easily see the graph which shows that how the internet data web is becoming down after first 5 to 10 minitues. Then onwards even the simple emails won't work due to rapid slowness.

                              I am continiously using the aircel service since last 3 years. But from last one month your service has been worse than i was ever using.

                              So please make it perfect for me becasue i am paying certain value and not asking anything free of cost. Even other people are using sdyour service. But for me it is quite different. I feel this is like a discremenation.

                              So please provide me a justice for which i have a proper right.

                                Hai every one
                                I will suggest to all mobile user !!! Please do not use Aircel Sim in feture .Because they do not have good service .
                                I done my Aircel mobile Sim on 20th March 2017 . After i did not make any single call from my no .After two days i check my ballance .That Was only 10 Rs left on . And i am trying o make A call to customer care officer But No chance. No one can make a call to any officer .There is no option to speak with any en-charge authority person .
                                Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    We would like to inform you that we have verified your account details and found that the recharge for the amount of Rs.127/- was not successful, the amount would get reversed to your bank account within 7 working days from the date of the transaction. If it does not come to your bank account within 7 working days, we request you to send the bank statement for further assistance. Once the bank statement is shared we would check it from the relevant team and refund the amount to your Aircel number.
