Hi
I am unable to talk to my relatives at my native because my calls are not connected to the dialed nos. I can able to call most of the day only one call per day. Every subsequent calls when i dial, would be not allowed to be connected. When i will try for calling, the network signal appearing on my mobile screen will disappear.
This is happening continuously. I am not able to contact my family members, when i try or when i feel to contact them urgently.
Similarly, if i recharge some internet pack, when i run a video or youtube, for first 5 or 10 minitues, the videos would be continued. But latter on it will become very slow.
I can easily see the graph which shows that how the internet data web is becoming down after first 5 to 10 minitues. Then onwards even the simple emails won't work due to rapid slowness.
I am continiously using the aircel service since last 3 years. But from last one month your service has been worse than i was ever using.
So please make it perfect for me becasue i am paying certain value and not asking anything free of cost. Even other people are using sdyour service. But for me it is quite different. I feel this is like a discremenation.
So please provide me a justice for which i have a proper right.
