        Aircel had recently changed the plan without informing( they would say we have sent an sms but there should be bill protection period and customer must be informed in their bill that plan has been changed.) without this plan changed and they charged me higher. when i goto the billing dispute they have not responded properly. I am asking them to close billing and sent me a final invoice so that i can get services from other service provider. Now they have sent an mail from legal cell to go for legal proceedings.

          I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

          It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

          I have been trying to send the portability activation message to 1900 for a month now. (It is in the correct format and I am sending from a basic Nokia phone). I have spent hours repeatedly talking on your customer care numbers and all they always say is "You will receive a message within 24 hours." But still nothing has happened.

          It seems like a dirty trick applied by AIRCEL to block our messages to 1900. I swear if you do not resolve this immediately I will go to TRAI and complaint about the inconvenience you guys are causing me!! Please take this seriously and unblock my number to allow me to send PORT messages to 1900.

          I never knew that my life will be screwed so much just because of a number.
          I am not able to make banking transactions, not getting messages from my office. I am unable to withdraw my PF amount, all this is because I am not getting messages on my Aircel number [protected].

          I am trying to change from aircel to other service porvider as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me Unique porting code. I have sent the sms requesting UPC to 1900 multiple times from 01 march 2018 to 08 march 2018 but no avail.               I m aircel customer since 7to 8 months in dis period mostly my balnc is deducted unnecessary but now i recharge for rate cutters its deduct my money & not activating services when i call customers care they put my call on hold for long its not good aircel company is a cheater cheater my number is[protected] its shows som offers when reached they say we dont have this typ of service

                          On 26th Jan. 2017, on 121 offer for me was 45 TT on 40 recharge and and 500 mb data on recharge of rs. 24 but I got only 31 TT and 100 mb data.
                          Today one of them called and talks very rudely without listening my point.
                          My words are just that I had recharge many times that kind of recharges but I never mention to any retailer for specific discussion about specific or general recharge.
                          If they are providing any special off er than its their duty to facilitate their retailer for specific recharges.
                          Why I should pay for their internal affair.
                          So please take some steps to protect my rights.
                          And Thank you so much I got my deducted balance by complaint from here last time so I have true faith on this complaint box rather than directly talk with Aircel services

                                      i have also tried calling to 198. still i am facing the same problem .It is getting activated automatically
