Actually I got missed call alert SMS from Aircel from +52299 for that i replied "GET" to get the details. But Aircel claiming this as international sms because i sent GET to 0052299.
I have a proof that i sent this with +52299 attached with this. I raised complaints to Aircel but still now there is no proper response.

And today i received a message link thanks for choosing the pack of aircel nyassa trail pack.

But i didnt requested or activated this from any where. But i received from Aircel notification only. I called customer care but they said they are not seeing such pack is activated for my mobile.

I think Aicel doing somthing for customers to pay more?

Cheating customer?

I already mailed to care.[protected]@ also no reply.

I planned to move to other service provided.

      I am activated sms pack by self recharge*121*2# on 1/2/2017at 4:41pm.After activation I sent a request for deactivation to*121*5601#on same date at5:19pm and got successful deactivation msg.Buy sorry to informe you that on 2/2/2017at 1:23am it was renew again.I complain to cc to refund my amount.But they can't do .

        I had submitted an application for migrating 4 of our group members aircel mobile numbers from post paid to prepaid at a customer care center, on 26th December 2016. I was informed that the migration would be effected within 15 days asked me to pay the charges and rentals for the deemed 15 days. I paid the amounts mentioned immediately. Even after a month and more, I have not got any response. The people at the customer care also sound helpless when approached. From 31st Jan 2017, two of the mobile connections have been disconnected from the network, without any information or assigning any reason. Customer care or the call center, when approached are not able to give any reply in this regard. I am struggling without the phone connectivity since I need it for making all my digital payments and contacts.

        Aircel customer care ..the number you mentioned [protected] is only one of the four numbers I had submitted for migration. One number, [protected] is still pending for migration. In the meanwhile someone from aircel called me 10 days ago, saying they are not able to trace the documents for [protected] and asked to give them a week time to do the needful. Even though it is 10 days, the mobile number is yet to be migrated and I have not received any response till now.

        I had submitted application for migration of 4 aircel post paid numbers to prepaid. Nothing was happening. I had to call call center, walk to customer care center, velachery and post emails to aircel appellate authority, almost on a daily basis since 2nd February, 2017. (my application for migrating all the four numbers was submitted on 26th Dec 2016). It was after a lot of harsh talk, that two mobile numbers were migrated. Bothe the mobiles went dead for three days. Only after constant prodding and yelling, the mobiles were activated. And I had to continue the daily process of making calls, meeting customer care, and emailing and one more number was migrated. One number is still not migrated and I have been talking and emailing almost on daily basis. My emails to talkaircel and aircel appellatate authority are auto responded, which state two days time to settle my grivance. The two days' time has never seen any action or further emails. I was asked to make payment in advance for 15 days post paid service, promising my numbers would migrate within that period, which I promptly paid on the same day, 26th Dec 2016.
        It is pathetic the manner in which aircel treats its subscribers. I am not alone in feeling this was; I see a lot of people at the customer care, grieving and yelling about the irresponsible attitude of Aircel. I am wondering what are the options left to me as an honest subscriber, to get the remaining mobile number migrated. Would you suggest resorting to legal action?

          Sunday morning (29.01.2017) 9.17 am, I had received a msg like that" thank you for choosing Games Portal Fortnightly at Rs 35. You have been charged Rs 35 for 7 days" I don't know what's happening. Yesterday night only i had seen that message and deactivated the service yesterday night (01.02.2017) by myself. However not yet get back the amount.
          So, Please arrange to get back the amount as early as possible in my main balance.

                I recharged a rs146 on aircel app on 21st january and i got 50rs talktime and 1gb 3g data pack .. I used internet and when i checked my balance my talktime was zero but the data pack wasnt deducted.. I called customer care like 12 times and they says they dont have any update about it and i should call them after 6hours.. Even if i call them after a week. Also i emailed them but no replies.                           I am using BSNL Landline and Wifi Modem at home. Whenever I used that Wifi connection my main balance of Aircel No.[protected] reduced often without entering into Data Usage. The internet usage charge reduced to be avoided. and Kindly Check my network connection and stop reducing the Data usage amount from my main balance. It happened 5th time.                             I recharge my No [protected] Rs 44 as on 25 Jan 17, company send me message u recharge Rs 44=50TT28D but company gives me massage pack, I complain costumer executive regarding Balance benefit they have assured me that it will get convert to main balance but I wait 24 hrs they will don't give me ballance benefits then I was again call them he will again assured me sir after 4 hrs ur benefits are converted but I again & again call customer care executive after give his time but he was says sir Pl wait ur benefits will be change but today 31 Jan 17 when I call they gave me reply sorry it is retailers fault that retailer had not used correct format for recharge
                            So Pl give me my money back for my mentioned recharge on my No as on 25 Jan17 & today is 31 Jan 17. A week has passed and no soothing reply is given to me and they wasted my time and took no action regarding my grivience.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have not requested for the activation of this plan. You itself activating the unwanted plans for me. When i interacted wiht the staff of aircel showroom located opp to police quarters HOSUR. He said the plan is not activated. But today (31.01.207) i have received sms from aircel, stating that the plan was successfully activated for which i have not requested. I totally upset with this action by you. I am going to register complaint against you in TRAI for fraudulent activity. How can you change the plan on your own without seeking my permission. It seems like you are cheating public by means of plan change . So, kindly provide me the proper response at the earliest.

                              I don't want any further delay in this process. when i interacted with your customer care person he told me that it can't be cancelled today and asking me to call tomorrow. Do you think i don't have job apart from calling you whenever you ask me to call. it is your duty to provide redress customer grievance at the earliest.

                                      I have faced a problem regarding outgoing calls that I can't process with my aircel no. [protected] (West Bengal sim) since evening . In morning I was able to make outgoing call from this number, but from evening, it is saying that I had not submitted proper documents of identity.                                         We would like to inform you that your Aircel number ([protected]) has been disconnected from our end under Zero Monthly Usage condition. So, we request you to visit any Aircel store in your home circle (Karnataka) with valid ID proof ASAP to get it reactivated as we don't have service/support in Gujarat and hence are unable to help you in this regard in Gujarat.

                                        As we already conveyed, we don't have services in Gujarat. So, you need to visit the Aircel store (in your home circle) to get assistance in this regard.
                                        Further, we would like to inform you that you need to be present in your home circle to apply for the MNP request also (as you can not send PORT message while roaming in any other circle).
