Sir,
i am avisek mondal. My number is [protected]. Aircel has automatically activated some music pack which i do not activated and they charged my full balance for that. On asking them they clearly told that they will not refund my money. Aircel has done this many time with my number. Actually aircel is cheating their customer and when we call them they told that they can not refund that. Please refund my money at any cost. Aircel is a cheater. They are cheating their customer by those company activated pack from years. I don't activate it. Even i don't call the company or receive their call for a long duration but still they have activated it as soon as i have recharge a handsome amount at my number. I want solution.

    My mobile number [protected] has been given to someone else without giving me any prior information.
    This number belongs to Uttar Pradesh but I have been in Delhi for about 3 and a half months and did not use it for making calls.
    I got to know suddenly from my friends that my number has been given to someone else without giving me any information about it.
    many of my accounts are registered with this mobile no. including my state bank, whatsapp and many others.
    I went to customer care center with my identity details but they said that they can't help me in this.

    please tell me what to do to regain my number.

        Hi Amzad,

        We would like to inform you that in RC_249 pack you will get 300 minutes/day, post reaching the limit 30p/min call rate applies. Also, this STV should not be used for any Commercial Activity, else it will be deactivated. Commercial Activity means calling 100 or more unique callers in a week or 1200 mins in a week.

                  I gave a request to convert my postpaid to prepaid on 23-Dec-2016. I was asked to pay extra 256 rupees from my billing amount. The Guy said it will take 20 days to get processed. But January i received the billing for Postpaid.

                  clearing the Outstanding Bill.
                  The Outstanding bill amount Rs. 428 now is for the month of January Which is also paid.
                  Still no tower and service from your end Aircel team.

                          Why you cannot take the requested and discontinue service online like other service providers.

                                  I am using Aircel sim card for the past ten years (from 2007 onwards). My number is [protected]. On 22 Jan 2017 I had a missed call from +[protected] and I am unaware the man who called me. So I have given a missed call at 12:40PM and the missed call duration was 00:00:02 and it was charged about Rs 100/-Now please help me in this regard.

                                      Hi !

                                      I am Nitish Kumar Sinha and i am fade-up of the Aircel service. My number is [protected], due to high unused bill. I visited the Aircel store for converting to prepaid but the executive straight forward said " sir i am logging the detail but it is not possible to convert. In my report for 50 request till date 7 request approved" . My request has been lodged but it has not been converted till date as a result i am denying payment of the bill. The bills will only be cleared when it converted to prepaid.

                                      Now, consumer is the boss but aircel is a fraud company with no network and no service

                                      I cleared all outstanding previous month before due date and requested for conversion.This time i am not going to pay single penny till conversion.

                                      THIS 325 Rs is fake bill generated by Aircel as if i was converted it might be 100 rs.
