Today[protected] VIP GAMES is activated in my mobile no [protected] without my knowledge. I haven't applied for any services and I haven't subscribed to fun TV. I received a msg saying "thanks for using Aircel service and after vip games activation msg. 50 rs has been deducted." I called customer service 198 and had a worst service experience, customer service guy is suggesting me to do port out to other network. I'm using my Aircel number for more than 8yrs, I am experiencing heavy problems in Aircel VAS service. I need refund otherwise I am going to stop using Aircel and I'll force my family also to move to other network. Hope I'll get a fair response. -- Albert Raja

                I have brought aircel pocket internet recharge card of ₹47 in the card it is printed that recharge of 1GB data validity of 15 days, when i scratch the code and recharge it i got only 350MB data for 10 days only

                  Please stop sending me promotional recharge messages. It is very Irritating. If I need any plans then I will contact you guys. And please activate DND. It is really annoying. And I ported my two # thinking it would be better than other service providers. But my calls get disconnected often and voice breaks. Your so Called 3G Internet, doesn't work as it should be. Please look into it.. Or else I will wait for my 3 months of Porting option and leave Aircel for good. I will not do that if you resolve my problems. Please look into it. I hope you will do that.                         My no: [protected] in that I had done recharge of 199 rupees from my kotak banking app, money has got deducted but recharge not done.
                        Then I called 198 & share the problem, your executive told me to mail this on care.[protected]@aircel.co.in, I done the same with attachment of banking transaction snapshot, after that ...
                        I am not able connect any aircel c.c number till now, then I had given call to nodal officer on[protected] first one sir picked my call & he told me 'I am going in a meeting in 30 mins I will call back you'. After 3 hours I only given call on the same number & this time one mam pick my call I need to again explain her also my story then she told on this issue she will get back to me for sure before 5:00 p.m. after that...
                        That time to till now I am not able to connect that same nodal officer no.[protected].
                        Can you tell me ?

                                        Thank you for your response in activation of Aircel postpaid connection but the problem is as I mentioned I work for army most of the time I will be in roaming While taking sim from Aircel store the person informed me that one India 299 pack will have no roaming charges along with that I will get 800mins which can be used for calls through out India even in roaming Today after activation of the connection I contacted customer care and surprised to hear that the free mins are useless in roaming and we will be charged for incoming also So I want to know few things in clear before using of sim 1. Now a days 4G is being established through out country still the sim issued to me is of 2G 2. Why is Aircel store in Tirupati is being so irresponsible in providing proper information before issue of sim 3. Why the Aircel store people so neglect about the problems faced by the customers and even not respond in time (It took 15 days for activation which could be done in three days) 4. I'm astronished to hear that there are no plans for roaming in Aircel in postpaid still we have to depend on add on packs So I hope that you look into the matter and do the needful, will be waiting for a positive reply with regards to roaming pack Thanking you With regards Dileep D
